I've had a jagex account for a long time now, but i receive the newsletter and the emails confirming when i buy membership on my old account email.

I imported my GIM to my mains jagex account and since i mostly play on that account now i've noticed that all emails from the newsletter and order confirmations goes to that old account email, the jagex account is under my mains email. Is this a bug or how can i change that? Seeing as that email isn't usable to login with etc.

Hey there!

When you upgrade to a Jagex account all of your 'core' emails (account security etc.) convert to your Jagex account email, but marketing information remains with the registered email of your individual characters.

You should be able to change this via your communications preferences, but will need to have access to the currently registered email to do so.
