Heyo! I've been made aware of this issue and have passed on, we're investigating the issue. Would like to hear from anyone who is using the Steam client or Official client on the launcher to see if the issue is replicated there, so point them this way if you know of any
Any word on this? Still consistently crashing every single time I try to world hop on mobile (iOS, latest version of game and OS)
Fix being tested, but we still have to finish testing and then go through the App Store submissions/approval process

Because the solution to resolving this is not the weekly update. We need to build a new mobile client, test it and submit for approvals on both app stores. Mobile client launches are independent of the Wednesday updates. I don't have an update as I wasn't able to make a sync on the progress yesterday
I've only seen Jagex talk about the crashing on mobile. Are you guys aware that some people are crashing when world hopping on the official client too? (e.g. Steam)
Yeah, I've had a couple of replies on Reddit re. the desktop clients. I did forward that on to the team so i'd hope the fix will also resolve the desktop issue. The mobile playerbase on the official client is a lot bigger, so it's much more likely I hear about it. Appreciate you reaching out to let me know
