[2021] Every world is overpopulated with rune mining bots/gold farmers.. this is even a PvP world. Some of them are 95+ mining. When will this be fixed Jagex?

They're gold farmers and they're banned.

Because they're not bots, they're generally players manually farming bosses for gold and selling it. It's something we look at every day, but you have to understand that people who aren't actually using a bot and are doing this need to be investigated closely so that legitimate players farming bosses aren't banned for it.
