Here for jagex customer support
So, my account has been perm-banned, and it is unappealable. Here is where it gets interesting, please allow me to elaborate;
First, the account has been used at one/two addresses (as I have moved house, approx half a mile) and one other time during a LAN party at a friends house, at a JMod request, I can obtain those Public addresses for verification.
During my account breach, I can see that an authenticator was added, and can categorically confirm this was not by myself, I am fully aware that I should have had 2FA enabled, but please help me without a roast more
The ban states this is unappealable for "automation" - I am unable to see the date, however, due to various working commitments my account has not logged in from my own, public facing address for upwards of two weeks, so I am concerned as to how this has so easily bypassed the net, I thought accounts can be locked for security when accessed from unknown addresses.
To add salt to already a deep wound, my account at present has been permed as of the 29th May - today, I have seen Jagex take my membership fee OUT of my bank account $11 crabs, If they have terminated a mutual "contract" between the terms of play, in turn they should terminate their sub system.
I reach out to you, the people of reddit, to help me speak to a Jagex Mod who can help me piece this mystery together, find out why my account was locked, what actions it has been falsely accused for in this case, and ultimately help me recover it... I have invested a lot of time into this account, and for it to be so easily taken away, is extremely disheartening.
Please upvote this, even if you wish to see a JMod Smackdown - I will not post any account information here for the sake of keeping this as "secure" as I can and still have a chance of recovering.
Jagex - to yourselves directly, I am the original owner of the account to the extent I can provide billing information,addresses, Physical addresses, previous passwords, activity done on the account, items owned prior to the ban, Bob the cat's last known location prior to the ban, my last choice with the sandwich lady and MUCH MUCH more.
I hope this reaches the wider audience, and can assist me in recovering my account.
