I recently reached 61 Defence, and I received a bunch of blue text saying that I was now able to do some tasks and can claim some rewards by talking with 'Adventurer Jon'.
But I can't seem to find anything about this guy? Who knows?

It shouldn't appear for anybody reaching a level as high as 61 (gratz, by the way). I've sent you a DM asking a couple of questions.
