Our team have been looking into the issue and we are confident that it was a widespread service issue rather than something related to our servers in particular. It seems to be resolved now though, hopefully it stays that way!

I don’t wanna get a Ven Sigil only for it to be lost to a D/C. It would be cool if you guys added a rewards niche like in TOA for these big bosses.
I hope not! I would advise avoiding anything dangerous for a while at least, there's unfortunately not much we can do in this instance as it's out of our control.
