Just to be 100% sure: If I have a pet out, and a full inventory, and I roll a pet, will I still be able to get it from probita?

Yes :)

Happy Pride all, reclaim your pets and bring them along to celebrate!

By the looks of it, it goes to the insurer and can be claimed for 1m.

If you get a pet and didn't have space (i.e. tangleroot or a boss pet etc) - it will go to Probita, but you will also get a free reclaim token allowing you to reclaim it (effectively for free).

Don't you guys usually write about the world rotation in these posts? I saw the pvp worlds swapped.

Seems to have been missed off when the post first went live, but it's in there now as expected. Sorry about that!

Lastly, we’ve enabled loot drop broadcasts for all pets, including duplicate drops. Happy hunting!

Anyone know what changed here exactly? Wasn't this already the case?

There were no loot drop broadcasts for duplicate drops in the past. You'd just see the "You have a funny feeling like you would have been followed..." and that was it. Now everybody else knows how lucky (Or unlucky?) you've been.

I've definitely seen "would have been followed" broadcasts in clan before today though.

There are a few different situations that can trigger the different messages. Some displayed a broadcast, others didn't. Now every drop is broadcast, since it's such a rare drop, so why not!

Would items like the Keris Partisan show its regular max as max, or would you need to crit the max roll to see the max splat?

For something like the Partisan, you will have two possible max hits that will show. The one where you don't crit, and the one where you do. Bearing in mind that if the target didn't have enough HP for the damage you're trying to inflict, you wouldn't see it.
Basically it rolls damage out of your max hit, then has a crit damage modifier that applies to both the damage and the max hit. If damage = max hit after all the modifiers, then you will see the special splat.
Some damage reduction will also affect your max hit. Say you're fighting someone that protects against the combat style you're using, both your damage and max hit will be reduced, but you'll still see if you hit your max.
