1) Why are my floor times so heavily dependent on the layout I get throughout the sepulchre? There's literally a 30-40%+ time difference in some of the floor layouts which seems a bit excessive. Some variation is healthy, but when the variation is so much it just feels bad when you get back to back bad layouts, especially considering it's a timed minigame.

1.5) To make matters worse, someone loading the instance beforehand can set the traps on a wonky cycle and make floors even slower.

2) The loading zones really need to be fixed. Being 6 tiles away from the statues that shoot arrows then getting a loading lag is awful.

3) The teleporters, specifically the blue ones, seem very inconsistent in how far you get teleported. Some of them almost feel like they do more harm than good.

4) The Hallowed Focus seems very underpowered given the success rate of portal frames scales with the tier of spell and Enchant Onyx being very cheap to cast.

4.5) A Hallowed Lockpick which reduces the failure rate of opening coffins could be added as a new potential reward, given the fact that it's still possible to fail opening chests at 99 Thieving with a lockpick.

Thanks for the feedback! Here's my thoughts on the points.

1) I don't actually mind this too much, when running through it for hours as a training method all that matters is the average time for each floor and this is only really a hindrance for speedrunners.

1.5) Again, only really an issue for speedrunners, the average result for everyone else should be fairly consistent over any given hour

2) Yeah, I agree and I intend to fix those but I don't believe I'll get that fixed this week as I've had other things to prioritise such as bolt sizes, "scuffed flames" etc.

3) I actually reviewed some of those today and some of them do feel very random in the distance, I fixed some of them so that they at least aren't so swingy. I don't think it's a huge issue though because that also means teleporting back can be not as much of a set back and the real reason to take teleports since the hotfix is the temporary immunity.

4) I agree, I think we were maybe too generous with how good enchant onyx performs.

4.5) I don't mind failing at 99 thieving with a lockpick but did you know that the strange old lockpick already has a higher success rate than a normal one, you can still fail but it's a bit lower.

Nope, it's only applications are coffins in the Hallowed Sepulchre and it's main feature to skip doors at barrows.
