Okay, some context: I've done almost every Christmas event since I was young. I loved going in every year and playing the new event, it always got me in the Christmas spirit and it's become a tradition to play it every year. Even when I wasn't actively playing the game, I would make sure I signed back in to at least play the Christmas event. I have fond memories specifically of the 2005 event where you had to go into Santa's workshop and you could get the red green and blue marionettes. The events were always super creative, and I had a blast with them.
These events haven't all been great, but a lot of them have. I really liked the 2021 event as it was decently lengthy, had a bunch of different things you could do. Last year's was okay. A bit short, but it was fun.
This year? C'mon now. It takes maybe 5-10 minutes to figure out a simple sliding ice puzzle and then you sling some snowballs at Anti-santa and you're done. That's it. I don't expect a full on lengthy quest for something that's only going to be in the game for a couple weeks, but this just felt like it was completely phoned in at the last minute. Anyone else feel this way?
