Why does the staff of collection and it's related book, unequip when you logout and log back in?

Asking the team to see whether or not this can be adjusted, I think some Coll Log stuff is checked on login so might be being unequipped in case the thresholds for a rank have changed since your last logout, so unequips just to be safe that you can't flex without the numbers to back it up!

EDIT: We believe we've found a way to adjust this safely that should still unequip if you've fallen south of the dynamic threshold at the top end, it should no longer auto-unequip on every login. Safety first, iteration second!

It's intended behaviour that we're open to adjusting, thanks to QA for making sure the staff works as intended!
