[2020] Connectivity Issues (30th August)

Hi all!

You may have noticed, but lots of you are having connectivity issues with RuneScape at the moment. It doesn't appear to be anything with our game worlds, rather it's connected to the same issues plaguing pretty much the rest of the internet. It's being investigated, but looks to be an ISP issue. Our sysadmin team are confident things are starting to settle down. Whilst this has been ongoing they've been working hard on routing options. They do acknowledge that from a player's perspective (yours) it'll be a bit of a 'mixed bag' based on your location/connection.
