The store page just has a link to purchase memberships but the actual game isn’t downloadable or at least there isn’t an option to add it to my cart. Anyone else having this problem?

External link →If you refresh your Steam client you should be able to download it now - sorry about that!
There was a slight delay due to some issues on Steam's end, but it appears that they're resolved now!
