Torags hammer hoarders are gonna be in a panic. I really like the new melee set.
We're open to the idea of updating Torag's Hammers. The changes needed to enable the Dual Macuahuitl would make it easy to do the same to the Torag's hammers without changing their actual dps :)

If that's the perception from reading this I wanna make sure we're not giving/taking away any hope. Whilst we do want this to feel like you're exploring, we don't want to give the impression that there will be any random generation as it's not meant to replicate dungeoneering.

can we get clarification on "auto-cast any spell you'd like"? does that mean the staff's auto-cast menu rotates between whatever your spellbook has, meaning it's the first staff capable of auto-casting any eligible spells? (obviously excluding things like claws of guthix, ibans' blast etc)
Sorry, this is a mistake, this slipped by me! Right now, the intent was for it to autocast Arceuus spells, but I'm conscious that this might scream ancients to people. Really open to feedback on this one.
I'm hoping this is just an oversight, but the Frostmoon armor looks to be lacking a magic attack bonus. It's like 100% of the set is tied up in the weapon.

What does `Action delay` now mean ??
Isnt everything based on ticks?
Normally there would be a 5-tick cooldown between attacks (this is the action delay), that weapon would skip that delay if triggered.
