Hi, here's my issue.

I have a jagex account "[[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])" and also I have a runescape account with login "[[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])", which is not connected to the jagex account (but I have other accounts connected to that jagex acc).

Also, the "[[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])" email is registered to the runescape account "[[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])".

I'm unable to log in via the game because I need authenticator (which I don't have anymore).

I find it impossible to log into account settings panel through the links you posted. It pushes me to jagex account login every time and logging "via runescape username" and using my email there won't work

Is it simply not possible and my account is gone?

If you have a Jagex Account and want to import the character sharing its email, head to https://account.runescape.com/game and then log in with your Jagex Account.

You will see an indicator near the Import button to show there's a character with the same email address ready to import.

Follow the steps to import the character and then you'll be able to access all of them using your Jagex Account email and password.

If you have an RS account with the same email address as a Jagex account as its login email - no. The expectation is that when you switch to a Jagex Account, you import all of your characters to that account and then use the Jagex account to access them.
