Venator bow is bugged. The bouncing arrows are only hitting 50% of their max instead of 66%

The Ursine Chainmace special attack no longer hits a guaranteed 20 damage on wildy bosses and only hits 0s, this is a massive nerf! i'm guessing an oversight from the ring of recoil changes? can you fix this please
