So I made an account a while back with an email (fake email just giving an example) [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) & I've been logging into the game with just that. I just created another jagex account so I just used the same email [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]). Now I can't log into the account that I've been playing on forever. Is the account gone because I registered a new jagex account under the same email?

Hey there,

If the login e-mail and registered e-mail of the account both matched the login e-mail of the Jagex account, then the character would have been automatically imported to the Jagex account.

If you were using the Jagex Launcher as a non-upgraded account prior to the upgrade, you will need to sign out of the Launcher first, then back in with the new Jagex account credentials.
