I just lost 20 mil gp to a death pile bug

I was gearing up to do Mage Arena 2 and my death pile just expired early... by about 58 minutes. I was pulling items from the pile when it disappeared right before my eyes. I assume this is a leagues related bug but I want to warn all other UIMs right now, do not death pile. RIP about 20 mil in items and supplies... To any other UIMs who have experienced such a bug, any luck reaching out to Jagex to have this restored or am I S.O.L.?
