Rein… problem!?!

But for real, your argument is completely valid.
Do you think that 5v5 will change how you feel about Reinhardt?
Short answer: No.
Long answer: Blue posts track Blizzard teammates on the forums, which would include Community Managers on the Overwatch Team! However, there’s no need to worry because I am in very close contact with everyone on my team. We talk every day!
It’s actually very encouraging how collaborative and respectful everyone is on Team 4. I haven’t met anyone who gatekeeps or knocks people out of a discussion because they aren’t a “balance important person”. I love this game, and I am super passionate about engaging with the community and representing the community to my team (and vice-versa)!! You will continue to see my name pop up on the forums to provide discussions, share information, and maybe engage in some light to moderate trolling.
I thought this was super sweet when I joined, but we close out every Team 4 standup by saying, “Let’s make a great game!”
That applies to all of us-- even the Community Managers.
Yup! I love the group of people working with gameplay insights data. They are too cool!
But they are one piece of the puzzle, right? Game dev is a science and an art. I’m stoked to see how your opinions on Reinhardt will change with the future of Overwatch. I know it can be frustrating right now, but we have some really cool stuff coming down the road.
Don’t worry about it, man! It’s all good.
I sincerely don’t mean to diminish anything that anyone here is feeling, but I do empathize with your frustration. We want to share everything we have with you guys as much as you guys want to know! It’s just taking us time, collaboration, and a LOT of hard work to get there.
I’m pretty confident playing tank is going to change dramatically when we move to 5v5, and I am interested in how that will change perceptions on Reinhart when we get there!
