465s am oh I am so thrilled to be here CB I
468s know you already got to experience
470s calling all heroes earlier on during
472s minor one now I get to be here for minor
474s 3 with you we're going to have an
476s amazing set of games but most
478s importantly this tournament this circuit
480s is just so incredible it's a great place
482s for underrepresented genders to be able
483s to play at the highest level I can't
486s wait to see what we have in store for us
488s today I you said it I mean like I I will
491s never stop touting uh you know how much
493s I love calling all heroes and how
495s important it is it's a great place for
496s marginalized gender players
497s underrepresented communities to come
499s together have a place to cultivate you
502s know get both talent and players on all
504s sides uplift everybody a variety of
506s roles and just make it a great place for
509s these players to get together and have
511s some sick competition like you love to
513s see it right you love to have these
514s players having a place to cultivate and
516s grow as talent and I'll never stop
518s singing its Praises I love this program

521s much you and me as well and as well as
524s everyone who is joining us here today
525s but it has been quite the journey to get
528s here to minor 3 we've already had a year
530s worth of competition I mean look at all
533s these amazing events that we already had
535s last month minor 2 of the Washington
536s Justice and here we are now today minor
539s 3 uh it's getting down to the
540s nitty-gritty there are not a whole lot
542s of events left before the championship
544s in the last chance qualifier this is one
546s of the last chances teams have to be
548s able to get those circuit points that
549s are oh so important if they want that
551s automatic spot to get into the
553s championship tournament later on in
554s February absolutely that that
557s championship tournament is going to be
558s the big paycheck that's the big money
560s that's the big one that all these
561s players are playing for but you know of
563s course we do have uh we do have just
565s today's tournament to focus on or sorry
567s this uh this current tournament for now
569s get there that's our current stop on the
571s road to that championships where today
574s we're going to kick things off with some
576s of our Swiss rounds we're going through
577s six Swiss rounds today that's going to
579s be the first three today and the next
581s three tomorrow and the top eight teams
584s are going to qualify for that double
585s elimination bracket next week where
588s they're going to be playing for that
589s cash prize and for like you said those
591s all important circuit points that are
593s going to be an increasingly short supply
596s as time goes on yeah it means that there
598s are some chances you can slip up here in
600s the first the second round maybe even
602s the third round and still have a
604s possibility to qualify for that double
606s elimination bracket that's going to be
607s happening next week but it is going to
610s be a first to two all day today so not a
613s lot of room for error when it comes to
614s those Maps you fall down one and you
616s already are falling down a pretty big
618s rabbit hole you're really got to start
619s off strong to get going but there is a
622s lot on the line as you said it's not
625s just circuit points we also have some
627s cash priz as well 20 ,300 Canadian for
631s first $1,800 Canadian for second $1,400
634s Canadian for third and then last but not
637s least if you get fourth $1,100 Kon doll
640s as well as the circuit points that are
641s being assigned not per team but per
643s player I I mean the cash prize is
645s definitely going to be a big motivator
646s for a lot of these players but the real
648s motivator in my opinion does need to be
650s those circuit points cuz you want to
651s make sure that you have enough to
652s qualify for the Championships lest you
654s have to you know Brave your way through
656s the hurricane that's going to be lcq to
658s try and get there because that's where
659s again the big the big tournament's going
662s to be if you're not there you did it's
665s cuz you didn't come correct it's cuz you
667s didn't come correct when you had to and
669s like we said there are fewer and fewer
670s opportunities after this again only one
672s more major tournament after today or
674s after this weekend sorry yeah and there
677s are some teams already that are looking
679s great that are in great shape to make
681s that Championship bracket in February
683s Washington Timeless Valiant Guardians
684s two of the teams that are really high up
686s in those standings have a lot of circuit
688s points to their names but there are some
690s other teams Vancouver Titans blue Fable
692s trainers you know they've been doing
693s really well in these tournaments but
695s they are kind of on that bubble where
697s they could potentially get knocked out
699s if they don't have some good upcoming
700s tournaments like today tomorrow next
703s weekend as well as major three upcoming
705s so there is a lot on the line here yeah
708s they're going to have to take the most
709s of those opportunities to earn those
710s those tournament points uh and to earn
712s that cash prize but hey you as a viewer
714s you can be earning some things as well

754s don't know about you but as we WRA that
757s up I'm probably just going to like you
758s know speak to the tournament admins and
759s be like hey I was casting can I like get
761s the the Skins can you just like slide
763s them my way yeah please can I can I
765s please have some Contender skins please
767s that is all I ask for but as we wrap up
770s that uh we got to talk about our first
772s matchup of the day it is Swiss so you
774s know we're going to see a lot of
775s different matchups based on kind of win
776s loss throughout today and tomorrow but
778s we got a bit of of a banger to start
780s things off trainers versus yippy Cary I
782s think this is going to be a very
783s interesting match up one that we haven't
785s necessarily seen on calling all heroes
787s but we've seen these team two teams in
788s performance um in some other tournaments
790s recently yeah absolutely I I think this
792s is going to be a great match to kind of
794s get set the tone for how we're going to
795s kick things off today drainers as a team
798s has been uh you know they had a really
800s strong performance in the last minor I
801s think they placed third place in that
802s one and between then and now had an
805s absolutely Stellar performance in a uh
807s another Community tournament the
808s kunoichi fuffle where they played in
810s both the na and EU brackets for that
813s tournament and won both of them in the
815s same day and there was a lot of other
817s calling all heroes teams uh you know
819s playing as a collective in that
820s tournament as well as some of the talent
822s being scattered about some of the other
824s rosters there but that shows that this
826s team is capable of showing up however
829s they're showing up today with a slightly
830s different DPS core than the one that
833s made that incredible feat they no longer
835s have peace they now have IES and Senna
838s is going to be out this weekend so we
839s have KJ stepping in but that's still a
842s very competent DPS line I mean you still
845s look at this roster and it's star set a
847s kindred from New York exceler academy
849s one of the best tank players that we
850s have in the calling o hero scene uh
853s previously going by wika now going by
855s Scarlet on the support role also very
857s very good and highly touted in that role
860s so we're going to see a lot of former
862s nyxl all over calling all heroes
864s throughout this weekend and next weekend
867s and like you said I mean they did really
868s well and that was a tournament like you
869s said even though it was a bit of a
870s different roster they beat a full
872s Valiant guardians or they at least
874s placed above them in the North American
876s tournament oh no no they they they won
878s they they've won the the whole thing
880s they're like yeah no this team is is
882s quickly racking up a lot of the
884s accolades and you know despite only
886s coming together as a collective in the
887s previous minor tournament making a big
889s showing there you know making some of
891s the other top tier teams sweat the ones
893s that did eventually end up walking away
894s with it and then coming through in that
896s tournament and just wiping the floor
897s with all of them in both Reg regions it
899s says a lot but their opponents are a
901s Mainstay of calling all heroes pretty
903s much since day one team yippy carry and
906s uh yeah they are grinders they've been
909s around as a collective not making too
911s many roster swaps since the Inception of
913s calling all heroes and you know that's I
916s mean drainers have to be the favorites
918s but yippy Cary like they're a team that
920s can absolutely surprise you especially
921s if drainers come with a slow start today
924s yeah absolutely and I think you look at
925s this lineup you look at sunshine a very
927s popular streamer in the OverWatch
928s community has a huge falling very good
930s hit scan player we'll see what she can
932s do but I also kind of want to look at
934s this organization as a whole you see up
935s there their manager ocean GM for team
938s Ireland in this world cup also
939s previously owned a contenders team in
941s Korea and then also this organization um
944s you know yippi carry kind of a newer
946s team overall not like the actual lineup
948s but the brand but this is part of K
950s Esports which has been around for you
951s know about a year or two playing in
953s other Esports titles usually in those
955s tactical Shooters so they have this I
958s would say infrastructure structure that
959s some other teams may not have you know
961s they have these managers they have these
962s coaches they have a lot of resources at
964s their disposal that even the best
965s players might not have it's more of a
967s pickup style team so even though they
970s might be The Underdogs I'm very curious
971s to see if that infrastructure if that
973s organizational prowess that they have
975s can give them a leg up potentially and
977s help them get this upset they yeah they
980s also they have that and the team
981s cohesion again like I said from being
983s you know around since the Inception of
984s calling all heroes they're definitely a
985s team that can make some noise they've
987s been on the outside looking in for a lot
989s of the playoffs throughout there but
990s like I said they feel like a team on the
992s rise they are grinders they are capable
994s of bigger things but going up against
996s drainers in the first round got to feel
998s a little bit scary again you're kind of
1000s hoping for drainers to have a really
1001s slow start and maybe have sunshine to
1003s have a big pop off game and hope that
1005s that's enough to carry you to victory
1007s either that or rely on the team cohesion
1009s rely on the organizational structure
1010s backing this team you know all of that
1013s yeah you got to bring all of that to the
1014s table and come correct here it's only
1016s the first round but you still want to
1017s make sure that you get out ahead of the
1019s pack well if you're going to rise you
1020s got to rise together and hopefully the
1023s map Pool will be in their favor we're
1025s going to see exactly what that looks
1027s like in just a moment layout all the
1029s potential Maps throughout the entirety
1031s of the tournament we're going to be
1032s starting out on control and the first
1034s round it's already been predetermined
1036s for this one it's going to be Oasis but
1038s after that it's going to be losers pick
1039s so we could see nabani Midtown ional it
1042s goes to map three flash point new junk
1044s City Casta and today it could be a a
1048s four map pushed as a tiebreaker colosio
1050s new Queen Street we're not going to be
1051s seeing escort unfortunately until next
1053s weekend for playoffs when there is a
1055s first three format but still a pretty
1058s solid map I'm very excited to see what
1060s teams are able to pull out here we we
1062s might see escort if one of these teams
1063s manages to find a way to draw on either
1065s control or flasho it hasn't been done
1067s yet but these are some real Trailblazers
1068s we have here surely someone can crack
1071s that potential code and then also you
1073s know maybe okay I haven't figured out
1076s push yet they just leave the bot in the
1077s center we could we could find way I
1079s think it's possible no one touches it
1080s just like they literally just don't
1081s touch it throughout the entirety of the
1083s 10 minutes they just leave it they right
1084s in the center I think that is the only
1086s way that could work but it could happen
1088s it actually could happen I don't think
1089s it's going to happen but if it does we
1091s this would definitely be a record
1094s setting
1095s occasion well as we uh as we kind of
1098s shift into Oasis which I think is
1100s impossible to draw I don't even know if
1101s I can come up with a a hair brain scheme
1103s for that one we're going to be looking
1104s to see what maps come up first you know
1106s we talked again about drainers in their
1108s roster and highlighted Kindred and I'm
1109s really glad you did because I tout her
1112s as potentially the best junker Queen in
1113s all of calling all heroes I say
1115s potentially cuz there's always a couple
1116s other contenders out there but I've
1118s always been a huge fan of her junker
1119s Queen play and I in my opinion it's one
1122s of the best but she's also liked to play
1124s a lot of the Reinhardt as of late along
1125s with the rest of Team drainers they've
1127s you know they've come out with some of
1128s that like London Spitfire es Ryan Rush
1130s from time to time that's kind of what
1131s got them those victories in the kunoichi
1133s Kur fuffle that and a little bit of
1135s flexibility so whatever kind of Pain
1137s Train the drainers come out here with
1139s Kindred is going to be the one driving
1140s it so whatever she's on pay close
1143s attention absolutely and you know the
1145s Jinger Queen gives you a bit more
1146s Mobility because you your shout gives
1148s everyone Shields and also some increased
1150s movement also i' say a little bit more
1151s upfront damage to stain ability with her
1153s Jag and knife being able to heal her
1154s Ryan I feel like plays a bit more
1156s passively except when you're ready to
1157s charge in full steam ahead you can also
1159s go for some fire strikes from just God
1163s knows where I mean we saw hottie in
1164s OverWatch League playoffs hit some
1166s insane ones basically was playing
1167s Widowmaker with those fire strikes so we
1170s I think that will really kind of show us
1171s what kind of tempo or what kind of braw
1173s they're playing either one that's a bit
1174s slower Pace but more waight for your DPS
1176s to do a lot of damage and then engage or
1178s the junker Queen you're running in
1179s straight ahead and she is just going to
1181s be leading the full team but it is going
1183s to be it looks like University to start
1186s things off which is going to be very
1188s good I believe for the side of drainers
1190s because if they want to play this brawl
1191s style this is potentially the best
1193s submap on Oasis for it yeah I think if
1196s we end up going to city center that's
1197s going to be the one trying to keep it I
1198s on it's going to be the most different
1200s the biggest outlier cuz you know we talk
1202s about the junker Queen we talk about the
1203s Reinhardt and how they're both very in
1205s yourface Brawl just one a little bit
1206s more passive than the other but with
1209s both Gardens and with University we are
1211s actually starting out on Gardens either
1213s of those can be favored on that potent
1215s like on these
1217s submaps yeah I think High Ground is a
1219s lot more important here on Gans because
1221s that is a big part of the point itself
1223s in kind of taking control of the
1225s objective early on I would say less so
1227s on University but as you can see like
1228s already
1229s car they're going to rotate they're
1230s going to try to take that High Ground
1232s they're going to try set their Bastion
1233s so the zarya going to be coming out to
1234s play into a sigma so actually not what
1236s we expected at all this be more of a
1237s poke C that's coming out from trainers
1239s but they'll have a big Shield to be able
1241s to protect their Bastion where fora once
1243s you run out of bubbles I mean you don't
1245s really have anything that protect your
1246s Bastion at all I mean this composition
1248s from drainers was essentially the
1249s composition that won Florida Mayhem the
1251s championship so you know they've done
1253s their homework they have scouted it all
1254s out and they've already taken down
1256s Kayla's immortality field and they've
1257s knocked oh they lost KJ get booped right
1260s off the map there by unlucky and Scarlet
1261s going to follow that's what a two-piece
1264s there to open it up unlucky man with two
1267s environmental kills y be car going to
1269s take first control off of that one and
1271s now Kindred is just kind of left alone
1273s on an island her and you are going to
1275s follow and yippy carry taken for his
1277s control Kayla they do have to use
1279s immortality field to make sure no one
1280s gets stagered but huge plays I mean
1282s unlucky me they got to re they got to
1284s change their name after that I think
1285s they got to go by luckiest person or
1287s just most skilled person in the lobby
1289s after those very nice sound waves to Bo
1291s off the support line from drainers but
1293s they got the capture before that fight
1295s was even over no luck that that was
1298s right right place right time knowing
1300s exactly where to be where they were
1301s about to poke their heads out and making
1302s them pay for it but now K going to go
1305s ahead and take a different approach not
1306s going to you know go through that choke
1307s point and risk getting booped off again
1309s this time just taking an approach from
1311s Main but they can't really fully commit
1313s though they don't have uh they don't
1315s have KJ set up on the Bastion much of
1317s anywhere z turn though with an early a
1319s but they already lose Scarlet going in
1322s they do manage to take down unlucky but
1324s that's not a great trade to lose your uh
1326s your you lose the support that early on
1328s the way in gratic flux going to come out
1330s from Kindred though but it whips and
1331s yippy carry they're able to hold on
1334s strong they take down KJ and it's once
1336s again just Kindred that was a pretty bad
1340s fight for the drainers there yeah they
1342s lose two ultimates they only get one out
1344s of Kayla now e car they're going to have
1346s both DPS ultimates a sound barrier
1349s almost a graviton surge they have
1351s everything to put this away and the most
1352s dangerous thing is that because they
1354s lost that first fight took them so long
1355s they got so staggered out this is
1357s basically Last by territory they could
1358s get 100 to zero here on the first point
1360s of Oasis especially if y Car Cycle these
1362s alss out rees's p is going to go ahead
1364s and pop the Dragon Blade already two
1366s down for the drainers it's looking like
1368s YY car is just going to walk away with
1369s this one and that's one ult invested for
1372s a full one one team fight and less than
1374s 10 seconds for anyone from drainers to
1376s touch KJ definitely not going to be the
1378s the one to do it is they're going to go
1379s ahead and Pop That artillery strike
1381s Scarlet does sneak in the back door
1383s she's able to trigger OT but is there
1384s going to be a followup touch it looks
1386s like it's going to have to be her again
1388s actually Kindred pins in pitting Terra
1390s but the sound barrier from unlucky means
1391s she's going to be sitting pretty there
1393s with that uh with all that over Health
1395s unlucky pressuring Scarlet away and
1397s drainers they don't have any ultimate
1399s abilities they don't really have much of
1401s anything they don't even have
1401s positioning they don't have a tank any
1403s longer they're able to pop that blizzard
1405s there from evest but is anybody going to
1407s get is anybody going to get caught up
1408s and it looks like no sunshine and Terra
1410s just mopping the floor with the
1411s remainders of the drainers and that's
1413s going to be Gardens going the way of
1414s yippi Cary surely once they deal with
1417s Scarlet down the drain they go not the
1420s expected result whatsoever based on past
1423s tournament performance yippi carry they
1425s come out with the zarya composition it
1427s works wonders I cannot understate how
1431s good unlucky main was to open things up
1434s if they don't get those S Wave kills
1436s they don't get those boops off the map
1437s this could have been a completely first
1438s submap but they just completely Chang
1440s the game and from there yippy carry they
1442s take control literally and they never
1444s let go I I thought actually it was a
1446s little bit touch and go at the end the
1447s charge in from Kindred it seems like y
1449s car is a bit split they use the sound
1451s barrier doesn't catch everyone um you
1454s know the I think the gravit on search
1455s also wasn't the most high value impact
1458s but they get it done that's a great way
1460s you said yourself they have to start
1462s this out fast they got to start this out
1464s and play excellent that is exactly what
1465s they've done but can they keep that
1466s momentum going now that we are at City
1469s Center yeah this is going to be the one
1470s to watch again because you don't have
1472s the rush favored uh geometry you know
1475s Kindred is still going to default over
1476s to that junker Queen her Comfort pick
1478s again I tout her is one of the best in
1480s calling all heroes on this hero but is
1482s she going to be able to find a whole lot
1483s of purchase there with the space they do
1485s actually manage to take down Reese
1486s species and that's a great two-piece to
1488s open things up there fores if they're
1490s able to take down sunshine I think
1491s they're pretty much set for life the
1493s immortality field already blown from
1495s Kayla off the field KJ takes down such
1498s sunshine and that's it yeah that's it
1500s that's the fight there drainers they
1502s clap back after losing gens and take uh
1504s take first cap on City Center you best
1507s understanding purposly how to play this
1508s Genji when you see someone weak you just
1510s Dash and get that final blow you get the
1512s reset and you keep going for more there
1514s those Genji plays huge follow up it
1516s seems like drainers despite losing that
1518s first submap they have re awoken they're
1521s looking for blood as no not a lot of
1524s ultimates built up just yet but winning
1525s that neutral fight and getting a lot of
1526s point percentage right off the get over
1528s looking really nice yipp car they're
1529s going to find a way back in you can see
1531s that trainers they're just playing
1532s natural cover really well yeah they're
1534s trying to bait yippy carry in and it's
1536s looking like Reese's is taking a little
1537s bit of the bait there doing a little bit
1539s of limit testing though goes in a little
1541s bit too deep and Reese's is there with a
1543s punish and yeah drainers they might have
1545s overextended just a wee bit and Y car
1547s going to be happy to take advantage of
1549s it the lamp comes out from Zep turn but
1551s it's quickly dealt with and the
1553s remainers of drainers are on the back
1554s foot you see Zep turn getting taken down
1557s there sunshine with the clean up a nice
1558s little Dash and ypp carry at about 50%
1561s going to clap
1562s back must be putting in a lot of work
1564s they have gotten their ant Matrix now
1566s twice really quickly they're actually
1568s the first one to get an ultimate here on
1569s this second Point despite the fact that
1571s they didn't win that first fight so they
1573s must be doing some insane healing some
1574s insane damage that is helping them get
1576s these ultimates but that could be a huge
1578s game changer here if they are able to
1580s get that window off quickly this is
1582s going to be where it gets really
1583s dangerous ant M just come out but you
1585s still have Sunshine set up on the
1587s Bastion he's a very difficult hero to
1588s dislodge and you can tell that drainers
1590s don't want none of that but they're
1592s going to go ahead and get an early pick
1593s off there it's KJ taking down Reese's
1595s and that's going to give him a window to
1597s pop that overclock and hopefully take
1599s down Sunshine but the grenade is there
1601s with a little Boop to follow it up and
1602s KJ overextends just a little a little
1604s bit as well and I mean drainers they're
1606s still able to find a fair bit but that
1608s looked a little bit touch and go there
1610s for a second it's going to be yippy
1611s carry dropping the point at about 40% to
1614s drainers who flip it back in their favor
1617s yeah it's going to be the the flip back
1618s immediately back and forth the point
1620s continues to go but drainers overall the
1622s ones in a better Al Bank position they
1623s do use two there to win that one out but
1626s I feel like this ultimate coming out
1628s from the Jugger Queen could be
1629s everything the Rampage especially cuz
1631s there is no sound barrier on the other
1632s side from unlucky M it's actually going
1634s to be the Bastion artillery St that
1635s start up it's going to force out the
1637s sound beer because of the graviton surge
1639s that was using
1640s combination yeah the graviton surge was
1642s thrown up on The High Ground but doesn't
1644s look like there was anybody there to
1644s follow up on it and yeah everybody just
1646s Falls I mean scarlet and best the sound
1648s barrier and the rest of drainers just go
1650s aggressive those that aren't turn
1651s currently tied up and a in a graviton
1653s surge way up on The High Ground but yeah
1655s drainers are able to just weather that
1657s storm with a little bit of an investment
1658s there and they are now swapping their
1660s comp completely but they are keeping
1662s their sound barrier they're keeping
1663s their blade and they're going to have to
1664s go quickly but drainers they do win that
1666s fight but they use everything to get the
1667s job done so they are not in a great
1669s standing all Bank wise you carry they
1671s should win this unless things go
1672s horribly WR but they lose Terra yeah
1675s that's a great way for it to go horribly
1676s wrong losing your tank that early
1678s Kindred is on the prow looking for the
1679s backline Reese's pops the Dragon Blade
1681s but is only able to find one for it the
1683s sound barer comes out but the body
1684s blocking from Kindred means nobody from
1686s yippy carry can touch the point and the
1688s drainers will take City Center and now
1691s we're going to University where this
1692s junker Queen can be a very scary pick oh
1696s this is where it's going to be scary as
1697s you combo with a may you block someone
1699s off of the wall and they are absolutely
1701s done for we'll see if that may comes out
1704s into fruition but I want to go back to
1705s that last fight really quickly maybe
1708s care I really thought they had that in
1709s the back it just feels like some
1710s miscommunication there the Winston
1712s jumping in a little bit too early as the
1714s touch gets forced off that High Ground I
1716s mean they had beat they had blade you
1719s got to wonder if they played that a
1720s little bit more patiently if that could
1721s have gone differently but instead going
1724s to University where drainers probably
1725s feel the most confident it doesn't look
1726s like that Ma to come out but it feels
1728s like all of a sudden they're in the
1729s driver seet they get 100 to Z go on that
1731s first sub map but they have completely
1733s turned the momentum around yeah I mean
1735s going back to that fight I do think it

1768s on the prow and you know drainers it's
1770s Scrappy they lose a couple bodies on the
1772s way in but they do get first cap here
1774s and it's another situation where you
1775s have sunshine on the Bastion but you
1777s can't really get her set up Zep turn
1780s there with one of the plays of the game
1782s she throws in the immortality field
1783s that's what you got to do when you have
1784s an aggressive tank like this you throw
1785s it on to them as they fall weak you get
1787s he them healed up they got the Jag NE to
1789s heal themselves you also just throw in
1790s the primary healing and they are able to
1791s sustain throughout all of that unlike
1793s Tera who unfortunately just doesn't have
1795s the same sort of support when they try
1796s to go in and because of that Diner's
1798s able to win that first fight out you be
1800s care they are not giving up they got to
1802s stop they got to let them not go in like
1804s that and Kayla is just obliterated yeah
1806s the commanding shout comes out and
1808s everybody from drainers just walks
1809s forward on that yippy carry everybody's
1810s low HP they don't really have a whole
1812s lot of sustainability and they're
1814s scattered as well and that's going to be
1816s a late kill on unlucky main there like
1819s at 40% it's going to be you know yippy
1821s Carri they have a couple more fights
1822s here but that was a pretty clean fight
1825s there from drainers a drive fight too
1827s they use absolutely nothing they're
1828s getting ultimates online if they rotate
1830s these well enough they could be reverse
1832s sweeping the first map of the series of
1834s this tournament on stream and it's
1836s looking very very good for them I think
1837s you be car they got to play a bit more
1839s passive right now but how do you do that
1840s when they keep running on top of you
1841s like there's no room for breathing right
1843s now this junker Queen they continue
1844s Kindred continues just to run on top of
1846s your backline you can't really be
1848s passive you have to go aggressive to try
1849s and get Sunshine set up but Kindred is
1851s not going to let that happen with a
1852s Gracie to the face takes down sunshine
1855s and yippy carry they don't have a leg to
1856s stand on right now cuz drainers just
1858s kicked it right out from underneath them
1860s Kayla even invested that amp mrix to try
1862s and get sunshine in position but it's no
1864s good and again it's a dry fight from
1866s drainers they don't invest anything and
1868s now they have everything they have an
1871s ALT apocalypse as my good friend suin
1873s coin a long time ago they're going to
1874s use the first one the application Matrix
1877s but it's going to be the blade in
1878s response yeah but the sound barrier from
1880s there is there from scarlet and that
1881s blade is looking pretty dull there
1883s Reese's even gets low and has to back up
1885s to the immortality field KJ Pops that
1887s over block takes down Terra now you got
1889s no tank now you got no space it's a
1891s token artillery strike coming out from
1893s Sunshine but the rest of yippy carry
1895s have fallen and drainers will take Oasis
1898s in a clean 100 to zero on University
1901s Gardens looked a little bit shaky but
1902s the other two maps were all drainers all
1905s the time it just seemed like they were
1907s leveling up throughout the series
1908s continue to get their power level up
1910s higher and higher the second map of the
1913s series a little bit more back and forth
1914s we saw some you know the point being
1917s flipped on City CER a bit but here they
1919s answer getting Z to 100 with 100 to Z of
1922s their own they never gave up control and
1924s the tempo of their play we talked about
1926s this at the very beginning of this map
1928s if we saw Kindred playing the junker
1929s queen versus the Reinhardt the junker
1931s Queen had to be aggressive you had to
1933s constantly be running in to their front
1934s line their back line just anyone you can
1936s that's exactly what they did at the end
1938s you could see that Synergy that coercion
1940s was getting better and better as time
1943s went on and the the result is expected
1945s the way they got there not so much I I
1948s like how by the way how you called out
1949s the aggressive use of the immortality
1951s field there from Zep turn because like I
1952s said you know Kindred she's one of the
1954s best if not the best junker Queen in CA
1956s and if you have the best junker Queen on
1958s your team you're going to know how to
1959s play in a way that's going to enable her
1961s to be as aggressive as she wants to be
1962s to get the value that she wants to have
1964s she was constantly in Sunshine's face
1967s not letting that Bastion set up and if
1969s you play tank on live patch right now
1971s you know you are terrified of that
1973s little omnic thing and just the amount
1976s of burst damage that he can put in down
1977s he just melt you in in a second it makes
1979s playing tank miserable but not if your
1981s name is Kindred not if you have Zep turn
1983s using the immortality fields to keep
1985s that aggression in check going just
1987s right into the eye of the storm and
1989s taking down the Bastion over and over
1990s again you don't let him set up he gets
1992s no
1993s value yeah it's very true and uh I I
1996s mean I have some insight as the social
1997s media manager for this Spitfire uh the
2000s comms basically when we play Rin comps
2002s is like literally hottie just yelling
2004s for a lamp from Landon so I'm assuming
2006s it's something like that like this slam
2008s L like you know like I'm weak I'm going
2010s in nothing can stop me this is either a
2012s oneway trip you're going to save me and
2013s we're going to win this fight that's
2014s kind of how you have to play like pedal
2016s to the metal you cannot give up any sort
2018s of room because with that Bastion on the
2020s other side if you give them that
2021s Alleyway to shoot through they are just
2023s going to melt you down so making
2025s Sunshine uncomfortable forcing her into
2027s a spot where she is getting run up on
2029s where she can't really be as much of the
2032s damage dealer she wants to be as they
2034s were or just even going for the back
2035s line right off the bat so there's no
2037s healing when sunshine gets weak or when
2039s Tera gets weak I mean that's just a
2041s winning scenario every single time and
2043s again like it was a bit of a slow start
2044s I think we saw them try to play
2045s something a little bit different you
2047s know the sigma comp it did work for the
2048s Florida Mayhem like you said but just
2050s like every other team in playoffs I mean
2052s they're playing what they're comfortable
2053s at this meta isn't really a meta I would
2055s say sure there are some like
2056s pre-arranged comps but most teams are
2058s just playing what they're good at and
2059s they are making it work it's entirely
2062s possible that that comp that they came
2063s out with you know the Florida Mayhem
2064s Sigma composition there was just them
2066s like trying on a new pair of shoes to
2068s see if they could walk see if they can
2069s maybe run in them they stumbled they
2071s could barely crawl with it but you know
2073s it was a suboptimal map for that kind of
2074s composition like Gardens is a lot better
2077s for like something more dive Centric or
2078s something braw the Poke comp with the
2080s sigma that's not that's not where he
2082s lives that's not where he likes to be so
2084s you know just trying on a new pair of
2085s shoes seeing if it fits it didn't we go
2087s back to all reliable we go back to what
2089s we're good at we go back to junker Queen
2091s aggression that team cohesion having
2093s faith in your backline to have that lamp
2095s there for you when you need it and just
2096s don't let yippy Cary get set up because
2099s you know sorry I almost drop my apple
2101s pencil you know how dangerous that
2104s fastion could be once he is set up and
2106s once he's able to melt out put out all
2107s that damage I I can't stress enough how
2110s much I hate playing tank against Bastion
2111s right now like I'm a support main and
2113s I'm always like I want to try other
2114s roles maybe I'll try tank and then I
2116s play one game and then I'm like I don't
2117s want to try tank anymore I'm done the
2119s other team swap Bastion ruined my fun no
2121s one else in the lobby gets to have fun
2123s Bastion is a fun ruer confirmed but we
2126s will be moving on to to the next map in
2128s our series we'll see if Bastion can ruin
2130s the fun for that as well it is going to
2132s be yippi car's pick I'm very intrigued
2134s to see what they go with here because it
2136s seems like they really want to commit to
2137s that zarya composition if I was them I'd
2140s go for Midtown I think Midtown gives you
2142s the best opportunity to kind of run that
2143s zarya take some High Ground doesn't
2146s allow necessarily the junker Queen to
2148s run into you I I don't know really if
2150s there is a potential symmetri comp that
2152s strainers could run because I feel like
2153s that would make Midtown work for them
2155s but if not I I feel like if they want to
2157s stick to what they've been doing that's
2158s the best bet uh I would not choose Nani
2160s though I mean we we've seen these teams
2162s not really go for dive just yet I can
2164s both it be an interesting one I feel
2166s like ien Wald would be more towards the
2167s strengths what we've seen so far from um
2171s draer so that's why my V would be for
2173s Midtown if I was in y car's coaching
2175s room right now Midtown probably makes
2177s the most sense but I feel like you know
2179s if you want to play to the enemy team's
2181s weaknesses that maybe nubani might be a
2182s good shout because you know Kindred
2184s again very great on those brawl tanks
2186s but how is she on the Winston we might
2188s have to find out yeah I mean he's
2190s Winston's kind of falling out of favor
2192s but hey you know we are we're also
2193s watching some of the uh some of the
2195s matches from the previous minor and even
2196s some of the matches that were played you
2198s know ever since then from between then
2200s and now there's also a lot of teams that
2202s are playing something a little bit more
2203s Rush Centric or a little bit more poke
2205s Centric to try and just control The High
2207s Ground on nubani rather than the the
2209s dive compositions to challenge it so are
2212s either of these teams going to try and
2213s play the dive and if they do is that a
2215s trap I think bring up a great point is
2218s it's like do we play to our strength or
2219s to our enemies weakness and I think here
2220s they're trying to play to potentially
2223s the whole team of drainers but
2224s specifically potentially kindra's
2225s weakness here where we saw the wind uh
2227s we saw the sigma did not look great on
2229s the other side we did see terara play
2230s the Winston also didn't look that
2232s fantastic in like the five seconds we
2233s got to see of it because they
2235s immediately got blown off the map
2236s unfortunately just got blown up into
2237s Smither but with this it could be a
2240s chance for them to show that they can be
2241s a Winson player or they just force more
2243s of that poke uh style composition they
2245s want to play Sigma into Sigma
2247s uh I we haven't really seen Sigma at all
2249s from the side of Yi carry but if they
2251s can force that match up maybe that's one
2253s that they favor uh you know maybe they
2254s can get Sunshine set up in better
2256s positions especially behind the sigma
2257s Shield that can really be that
2259s game-changing defensive utility that
2261s helps them stay alive it means they
2262s don't have to play you know as scared
2264s they don't maybe have to play as
2265s defensive they're not as worried about
2267s someone running up on them because also
2268s Sigma does have that accretion does have
2269s that big rock they could just chunk at
2271s someone that's going to crowd control
2273s them into Oblivion where they get
2274s stunned for a little bit so this could
2276s be a bit more defensive and a bit more
2277s in their favor speaking of defensive
2280s when drers go on the defensive here I
2282s kind of want to keep an eye on KJ
2283s because I have a feeling that if she
2284s goes for a hit scan Centric hero like
2286s say Ash which is one of her signature
2289s Heroes that uh it might be a very
2291s dangerous thing for yippy Cary to try
2293s and play into because she is lethal on
2296s hit scan Heroes by the way you know we T
2298s I talked about Senna being on this
2299s roster as well being their starting hit
2301s scan player the fact that KJ is on their
2303s bench is absolutely insane you have two
2305s incredible hit scan players ready to go
2308s at a moment's notice and if you have
2309s either of them set up on The High Ground
2311s here on Nani you better keep your head
2313s on a swivel or you're going to lose
2316s it yeah I mean that just shows you the
2318s talent that Jers has and that's why
2319s they're a top four team right now we
2321s talked about the top three finish in the
2323s last minor but currently sitting at
2324s fourth in the standings looking like
2326s they're in a great position to
2328s potentially qualify for the championship
2331s event just straight out the gate they
2332s continue to put on these strong
2333s performances and it's off the back of
2335s these DPS plays uh I think we've talked
2337s a lot about Kindred um but I mean both
2340s IES and KJ have been putting up some
2342s great numbers thus far we'll see if they
2344s could continue that it looks like we're
2346s going to
2347s see I believe a yii carry on attack
2351s first it's going to be interesting if
2353s they bring out the doomfist this would
2355s be something that we haven't really seen
2358s a lot of so far at least in the calling
2360s o Heroes vods that I watched but playing
2362s into aine I really like this uh
2365s obviously there's the tank uh knock
2367s knock back passive which makes them a
2368s little bit more resistant to that but if
2370s you can displace that Ry constantly I
2372s mean it can work wonders we'll see what
2373s Terra ends up doing right now they're on
2375s road hog they're actually going to go to
2376s Winston with all said done I'd love for
2377s them to try the uh doomfist if this
2380s doesn't work out but they're going to go
2381s for that more traditional dive setup one
2383s thing that I am intrigued about is
2384s there's no mercy to uh pocket the echo
2387s they're going to go for Speed instead
2388s which makes me think they're going to
2389s play a little bit more together with
2391s this Lucio and try to take either The
2392s High Ground or just the point and force
2393s them to fight them there the problem
2396s though is that that doesn't really give
2397s Kayla an opportunity to you know have a
2399s whole lot of agency in the fight she can
2401s or they can maybe hit a couple of
2402s grenades a couple of sleep darts from
2404s afar but you know without sunshine to
2406s pressure the backline it's not I don't
2408s think you're going to be able to F find
2409s much purchase off of any of those
2411s grenades and I think they know it Kayla
2412s not going to stick their head out for
2413s too long the rest of yippi carry going
2415s to just try and reassess here as this is
2418s a very difficult nut to crack here with
2419s Kindred up on The High Ground she's
2421s going to go ahead and drop down and
2422s pressure out Terra Big Sleep Dart coming
2424s out and a lot of damage actually on
2426s drainers but lamp from Zep turn is good
2428s keeps everybody alive and now the
2430s fight's happening on the low ground but
2432s Tera going to go ahead and make the dive
2433s up on to The High Ground but KJ finds
2436s first blood takes down reason Tera yeah
2438s you don't want to jump into that that is
2440s the last place that you want your
2441s Winston to be and Terra is just going to
2443s head on out and if you're yippy Cary how
2446s do you crack this doomfist go doomfist I
2449s don't think the Winston is be able to
2450s crack this code I mean Winston's great
2453s at like challenging High ground but you
2454s can see that ders they're playing a bit
2456s they're just putting their r on the low
2458s ground and then like saying like either
2459s you can go for this tank that's just
2460s never going to end up falling you're
2461s going try to go for a squishier
2462s characters but we're also going to do a
2464s ton of damage with the echo I mean the
2466s focusing beam the sticky grenades that
2467s can melt someone bastion's primary fire
2470s as well as the grenade can also just
2472s melt someone so it's so hard to just
2474s jump into them they're going to swap to
2476s this Genji so this deflect maybe he's
2478s able to get some relief a little bit
2479s less damage at them maybe even Force
2481s some damage back at them but this dive
2483s doesn't have to be like perfect it it's
2485s a full dive so you definitely want be
2487s perfect and it looks like the intro to
2488s that is perfect Reese's going in with a
2490s 2K that's pretty high value picks there
2492s and kri going to fall as well so maybe
2494s the dive comp is just what the doctor
2495s ordered yippy Cary staking their claim
2497s on the point they're going to get at
2499s least two ticks here before anybody from
2500s drainers is able to contest if at all
2503s and I mean what a great couple of Entry
2505s frags there once again it's Reese's
2506s coming through with the big plays that
2508s yippy car need to crack that defense
2511s yeah the Genji swap is what they need at
2512s the end of the day just able to be a bit
2514s more aggressive I feel like this also
2515s plays better with the Tracer because the
2517s Tracer does a bunch of Chip damage you
2518s go in with your dash you get that
2521s followup and then you get the reset
2522s after the elimination so a lot of just
2524s kind of quick and calculated moves and
2527s some good team coordination that help
2528s them get that point and really nice
2530s adjustment a lot of teams you know
2531s they'll bang their head against the wall
2532s constantly trying to force the
2533s composition to work oh we almost have
2534s ultimates let's just play for that but
2536s instead they're going to go for the
2537s stick and it's only going to get the
2539s immortality field really nice from z
2540s turn again they've been on fire she has
2543s been Landing these all dayred with the
2545s shatter there but she was and there was
2547s no one alive to follow up everybody was
2548s still looking at that pulse bomb that
2550s came out from sunshine and that shatter
2552s is just down the drain now and the rest
2554s of drainers they have to go on the back
2555s foot yippy carry they continue to March
2557s this cart forward off the back of just
2559s one little misplay there says I've had
2562s enough playing passive I've had enough
2563s of Reinhardt I'm going back to the
2565s junker Queen We are going to run
2567s straight into them once again the yiy
2569s car they have some things to work with
2570s here the blade is going to be without a
2572s nano but still could find quite a lot of
2574s value in the as well as I mean it's
2576s going be actually the and Matrix first
2577s but they're going to just knock him off
2578s The High Ground with the Primal Rage
2579s that's a great Primal from Terra but
2580s they'll leave the pedal platform coming
2582s out from Scarlet to lift Zep turn up
2584s into the heavens away from the angry
2586s monkey as she descends it's now just
2588s going to be the Dragon Blade coming out
2590s from Reese's but Kindred with a knife
2592s just shuts that one down despite that
2594s though yippy Cary the cart is very close
2596s but drainers they're able to take
2598s control Force the rest of yippy carry
2600s back and stop the cart just shy of that
2602s checkpoint we haven't even talked about
2604s the fact that there's a life Weaver on
2605s the field right now but that's not even
2607s that important because I didn't want to
2608s address it I wanted to pretend to ignore
2610s it as long as I could yeah life Weaver
2613s is not the real character don't worry I
2614s mean scarl has been playing really well
2616s the ultimate there comes out and gets a
2617s lot of healing out throughout the Dragon
2618s Blade which got shut down but again the
2620s immortality field has zeter sh just been
2623s Landing them at the perfect time the
2624s timing on immortality field is like the
2626s different like a second could be
2628s difference between winning a team fight
2629s and losing it and getting getting it out
2631s right before the blade hits getting able
2633s or getting your Kindred like just
2635s keeping them alive is everything think
2636s and that has just been helping them win
2637s this over and over again uh speaking of
2639s great immortality fields that was not
2641s one from Kayla forced out early just to
2643s try and keep themselves alive but it's
2645s no good speaking of though Reese's Beast
2647s is actually going to take down Zep turn
2648s so a B for a b but it seems be a little
2651s bit back and forth actually YY kry they
2654s might be able to make something out of
2655s this if they can keep Sunshine alive and
2657s Kindred says nay to that Sunshine sent
2659s back to spawn but no one was touching
2662s with a bit of a back there you can see
2664s yeah look at right there being like Oh
2666s no we done it now and I was actually
2669s going to comment that Kindred like had
2670s to fall from the flower pedal at one
2672s point to stop unlucky man from tapping
2674s it but there at the last second I mean
2677s you've gotest in the sky on the echo no
2680s one's actually on the point keep be
2682s carried they're given a Lifeline they
2683s are given a bone because again this is a
2685s first to two this is an elimination
2686s match it is Swiss but being able to keep
2689s this map alive potentially being able to
2690s force M three at least getting a lot
2692s more cart progress that is enormous keep
2695s car our gifted so much there we'll see
2697s what they can do with it Reese is
2699s actually getting really close to another
2700s blade as well and an early pick off onto
2702s KJ means Reese is going to have plenty
2704s of time to farm for one Kindred has to
2706s go for an aggressive Rampage but the
2707s lamp is good and she's going to fall for
2709s it sunshine with two big pickoffs there
2712s and there's not really an opportunity
2713s for drainers to dig their heels into the
2715s dirt yippy car they're going to get more
2717s cart progress and even if the cart stops
2719s here which it very well might with those
2721s two pickoffs there even getting the cart
2723s this far on numani sometimes is just as
2725s good as
2727s and it's not getting out the
2729s amplification Matrix that's impressive
2730s because that was a needed ultimate zip
2732s turn had to use it there but it's
2733s getting out the duplicate they don't get
2734s to build up their own a matrix the
2735s fight's already over trainers had to
2737s throw out everything they had and
2740s they're going to make some swaps now
2740s they're going to go back to more of that
2743s poke style comp Scarlet's going to swap
2745s from the life Weaver to the lari so a
2747s lot more damage output potentially if
2748s they're hitting those head shots uh
2750s we're going to see now the Genji as well
2752s instead of the echo but I'm really going
2753s to be looking at Scarlet she has to hit
2755s like she has to do cons consistent
2756s damage here is Zar they have so much to
2758s work with here I mean they might just
2759s end it right now they could combo any of
2762s their DPS ultimates with the graviton
2763s search and they could just wipe the
2764s entire team speaking of DPS ultimates
2767s we're going to kick it off there's that
2768s graviton Surge and the artillery strike
2770s right on top of it sunshine with a nice
2772s 2K and KJ was coming up on the only ult
2774s that drainers had at their disposal
2776s she's not able to build up to it yippy
2777s carry can keep the pressure on and they
2779s do just that reeces pops the blade Zep
2782s turn is down a couple quick quick swipes
2784s to take down Kindred and it's only Zep
2786s turn and best to try and stay alive
2788s though KJ comes out with the overclock
2790s but nobody is showing their face she has
2792s to try and slide in to go for the
2794s contest but she only has the pylon to
2796s keep her alive and it is doing a ton of
2798s work there but as it falls KJ's life is
2801s on the clock she's somehow able to slide
2803s away but it seems all but done for Yip
2806s for drainers as yippy carry continue to
2808s March forward that's said you best takes
2810s down reason it's still a little bit
2813s touch and go terra's down drainers they
2815s might have have found a Lifeline with KJ
2817s staying alive just long enough the stall
2820s is so impressed with the swap on to
2822s doomfist the Tracer swop as well they do
2825s everything they need to just deny that
2827s last 1.2 M for the full cap for yippy
2830s carry and I got to say I think the blade
2832s was used a little bit preemptively it
2834s was used when there was only one member
2835s alive save that for when the rest of
2837s drainers is respawning instead now they
2839s still have another fight to go and this
2841s is last fight territory they have no
2843s more time left they do have an ant mrix
2845s they to S very unlucky M they fall
2848s there's no more Lucio ultimate that's
2850s the best possible pick you could have
2851s gotten you still have the window coming
2853s up from Kaleb but they're going to fall
2854s kri is going to punch right through it
2856s has no problem breaking a few Windows
2858s the meteor strike going to come down
2860s with the captive sun to burst down Tera
2862s Reese's still contesting finds two might
2865s actually be able to pull this off if
2866s they can just get rid of Kindred the
2868s beat is back unlucky main comes back and
2870s rez's still alive but Kindred has just
2872s so much HP Zep turn on the kyone now
2874s going to teleport in with the Swift Step
2876s Falls but they still haven't dislodged
2879s Kindred they have to try and get rid of
2880s this doomfist and they just don't seem
2882s to have the resources to do it do yippi
2883s KY and with tayor gone unlucky man goes
2886s in for a big pick off there but gets
2888s cleaned up and Kindred is once again
2890s able to keep the stall alive as the rest
2893s of drainers swarm the point and evict
2895s yippy carry from it this seems to be
2897s where the cart will stop as terara with
2900s their last breath is going to fall 1.2 M
2904s away from the cap there for yippi carry
2906s but drainers with some incredible last
2908s minute clutch
2910s stall I think that I mean can you think
2912s about how this map could have gone if
2913s they hadn't given up the point if they
2915s hadn't Cen n that could have been a
2917s secondo hold but instead they give up
2919s almost everything until the very last
2922s moment 1.2 meteors separated between
2925s stalling them on second and the full
2927s point or the full capture of the map
2929s going to give you carry they gave it all
2931s they had but drainers just too good too
2933s clean in the clutch the spawn advantage
2936s too much to overcome we're going to see
2937s some replays of exactly how this C9 came
2940s out so see the echo fly and Kindred oh
2945s no I mean
2948s ree Reese be feeling good about that one
2951s like that that like could have purpose
2955s exactly that was not on purpose they
2957s were just trying to do damage and
2958s they're like okay cool we got the point

2970s smart play from kred to do that but it

2977s success just kind of falling in Yepi
2979s car's lap there but also think of how
2981s like yiy carry could have absolutely
2983s capped it if not for that one Widow shot
2986s onto unlucky M when unlucky was about 3%

2997s though still got a lot of push still a
3000s lot of map to play a lot of meters to go
3002s for drainers if they want to take the
3004s clean two Z and clean out or clear out
3007s the first round of this Swiss stage and
3009s they're going to be trying to run this
3012s Sigma poke comp once more have not
3014s really found any success on it take that
3017s High Ground see if they can do a little
3018s bit of poke there's no Bastion this
3020s time um on their side at all so KJ going
3023s to have to get it done with Zan which
3024s they have been doing very well going to
3026s be Reese's yeah who needs a backline
3028s when you just have sticky bombs that can
3029s just blow up your soldier in there and
3031s yeah that's a lot of your damage now
3032s taken off the field and that's going to
3034s be make it all the all the harder to try
3036s and hold this High ground but despite
3038s that trainers with both supports alive
3040s and with Kindred up there do want to
3041s hold it and Tera can't really contest it
3044s right now is she doesn't have a she
3045s doesn't have any any agency over this
3047s right now they're just waiting for
3048s everything to go here we go great Rock
3051s there from Kindra to take down Reese's
3052s and once again Tera repelled and
3054s drainers hold this High Ground but they
3056s have to come down eventually and they
3057s are going to do just that Kendry going
3059s to push forward to try and make it an
3061s unsafe place for the rest of yippy carry
3063s to be unlucky main going to get quite
3065s unlucky there a couple of those Spears
3067s from Kindred and Kindred is just
3069s charging forward with the rest of
3070s drainers following her that should be
3072s the cap for drainers and they play that
3075s so well on the side of drainers they
3076s don't give up The High Ground despite
3077s losing one right away they continue to
3079s hold it and Y be car is too scared they
3081s don't want to go in they don't want to
3082s overplay their hand they don't want to
3083s overextend so they just play it safe
3085s they play the low ground and they allow
3087s for drainers to regroup and I saw
3089s actually what was a very good attempt
3091s from Kayla to throw in the anade they
3094s throw it in I don't know where it hit it
3095s might have been too high maybe it hit
3097s the roof it might have hit the sigma
3098s Shield it just never landed so the
3100s timing actually there from M car was
3102s good Tera goes in as well as reesus goes
3104s in off of what they assume is going to
3105s be a huge biotic n that's going to anti
3107s everyone make them unhealable but it
3109s never lands and instead they just get
3111s blown up in that fight they give up the
3112s first point with lots of time for
3114s drainers to move on and now they're
3116s taking over the second point on the
3118s map where is sunshine currently lurking
3121s commanding sha going to come out from
3122s Terra the amp Matrix from zpp turn to
3124s try and repel the oncoming Onslaught and
3126s it does seem to have at least rerouted
3128s them yippy carry going to go through
3129s this little room over here the amp or G
3131s mortality field forced out rally going
3133s to come up from scarlet and sunshine has
3135s been plucked off in the backline by Zep
3137s turn so no longer do the backline have
3139s to worry about that pesky little Tracer
3141s pressuring them from behind and the rest
3143s of yippy carry are slowly forced back as
3145s they don't have to check their backs
3147s anymore they can just keep on going KJ
3149s with a nice 3K she's going crazy there
3152s and the night a little bit of sticky
3154s bombs to top it off drainers a clean
3156s team Fight Win tertis trying to take
3159s them to the wastelands and it didn't
3160s actually go off they get eliminated in
3163s the middle of their ultimate that would
3164s have been the big fight winner
3166s potentially or at least something to
3167s turn it around and now that's going to
3168s be second point for free they can't no
3170s C9 needed this time no C9 needed at all
3172s we just walk this one right in I mean
3175s who to C9 when you just win the fight
3177s that cleanly when you force them to back
3178s up drainers they are absolutely
3180s asserting dominance they're finally
3182s making the sigma poke composition work
3184s it is working wonders they're going to
3186s use the gravitic flux and this time it
3188s is going to land they're about to do a
3189s whole lot more than poking a little bit
3191s of slamming back down to the Earth the
3192s am Matrix the an Matrix comes out and
3194s the immortality field was good but every
3195s but for Meep carry their HP is just so
3198s low and drainers are happy to take the
3200s last little bit there as they March the
3201s payload on towards that golden box of
3203s Victory the attack from yippy Cary
3205s looked pretty good A little shaky at
3208s times but their defense they're running
3210s out of
3211s time I think Kendra just plays every
3213s character the same at this point there
3214s is no SK key on her keyboard just
3216s running in on the sigma creating plenty
3218s of space KJ still has the overclock
3221s which could do D of damage especially
3223s because of where they're playing they
3224s might not see it is going to be a s
3226s barrier s barrier is used though so they
3228s do have the overshield yeah that's going
3230s to make it really difficult for KJ to
3231s find any purches she's on 5 HP but just
3233s playing Ring Around the Rosie with
3234s unlucky man but that takes time and that
3236s ultimate is now down the drain great use
3238s of the of the sound barrier there from
3240s unlucky man and that's going to repel
3242s any hope of an attack that drainers had
3244s but Scarlet popping the rally it looks
3246s like she wants to keep IES and Kindred
3248s in the fight they want to keep the
3249s pressure up I'm not sure how smart this
3251s is without your Baptist there but they
3253s can at least hold what ground they have
3255s and help and help try and keep yippy kry
3258s on the back foot here playing around
3259s this corner Ekko going to pop the
3261s duplicate there onto the Tracer going
3263s into the backline trying to Route Around
3265s car who seems to be seems to have
3267s flanked the drainers but they just put
3269s themselves into this little hallway of
3270s death the pulse bomb comes out it's good
3273s Kayla Falls gravitic flux from Kindred
3275s lifts them up in the sky but they're
3277s nowhere near the cart the only one left
3278s alive to touch his sunshine and her life
3280s is done that's going to be it drainers
3283s take Nani and take the series
3286s 2 you have to have some serious
3288s confidence to be in a 3v5 and continue
3290s to hold position not back off the cart
3293s they use the rally and it seems crazy at
3295s the time but GP carry can't jump in
3297s there's there's too much overheal they
3299s have too much I would say crowd control
3301s with the sigma to really like again you
3302s don't overextend don't want to risk you
3304s know just giving up the fight for free
3306s but they just don't push when they have
3308s the numbers of advantage and because of
3309s that drainers again they stabilize on
3312s the C they run back in they use the
3314s duplicate they create chaos it looks
3316s like they actually swapped who on attack
3318s and defense if car was playing on the
3319s stairwell like completely out of
3321s position for Defenders I would say there
3323s or at least not where you'd expect to
3324s hold as a Defender
3326s and from there it just seemed like their
3327s number had been called they put up a
3329s great fight especially I mean they kept
3331s it close both Maps honestly were both
3333s very very close came down to the wire
3335s but drainers this is why they're one of
3337s the top teams they get that two Z and
3339s they start off this Swiss stage so so
3341s strong it it did end up being
3343s potentially closer than I think a lot of
3345s people seeing this match up would have
3346s initially thought you know all
3348s throughout though gy carry they held
3349s their own had some great plays Zep turn
3352s constantly on point with a lot of those
3355s uh mortality fields to help keep Kindred
3357s alive help keep that aggression it helps
3359s save you know helps save KJ when she
3362s gets pulse bomb there like we saw in
3363s that early replay a couple of misplays
3366s from drainers and a couple of weird
3368s positional routing from gy carry but the
3371s team cohesion still feels like it's
3372s there I have a feeling that yippy Cary
3374s still has potential to get a couple wins
3375s under their belt as we progress through
3377s the Swiss rounds here but drainers are
3379s going to be a team to watch out for
3381s throughout the entirety of the Swiss
3382s rounds and if they play like this and
3384s clean up a few of those plays almost
3386s certainly in the playoffs yeah I could
3389s see ypp Cary as a dark horse I could
3391s absolutely see them making the playoff
3392s stage of how they play St I mean they
3393s kept it close I I think especially on oh
3397s this last point the third point on their
3399s attack they could have gone for the full
3400s cap this could have been extra rounds
3402s just a few things to clean up and that's
3404s the thing about a Swiss stage you know
3405s you have so many games to play every
3406s game you get a little bit stronger a
3408s little bit more coordinated a little bit
3409s more in the zone so they can keep this
3411s momentum going even though it's a loss
3413s you say hey like look at how well we
3415s played such a good team drainers who are
3417s I would say not guaranteed necessarily
3419s but definitely expected to be in the
3420s playoff like we took them to the Limit
3422s we went 100 to zero them on the first
3424s point of control that is not a statement
3427s that a lot of teams can make in calling
3429s all heroes so they can definitely keep
3430s it going and make that playoff push they
3432s got at least five more rounds in the
3434s Swiss stage to make it happen so I'm
3436s excited to see what they can do but
3437s drainers again like they are a team to
3439s watch out for absolutely it's like I
3441s said yippy Cary they're Grinders you can
3443s even see like Reese's fees here with
3445s some incredible numbers on the Genji and
3447s time and time again was coming up with
3449s just what the the team needed to try and
3451s stay alive to try and keep the push
3453s alive to try and get that cart that last
3455s extra little bit also to get the C9 but
3458s also you know to open up fights a very
3460s key player for yippi carry and I said
3462s the again this team is full of Grinders
3464s they've been together for a long a long
3466s time reesei is one of the newer players
3468s that has slotted in on this roster as of
3470s late seems to be a real Boon for this
3473s team and even though they lose 20 here
3475s still still a team to watch out for
3477s because we're seeing improvement from
3479s this team they might not be on the
3480s outside looking in for forever but drers
3484s not letting him in today not just yet
3486s going to have to go through the rest of
3487s the Swiss rounds to see if you're able
3488s to make it there drainers congrats on
3491s the 20 a great start for the Swiss stage

3942s playing even though I'm not playing
3944s right now you know it's uh it's great I
3946s like to compete I'm sure the other
3948s people like to compete but I haven't
3949s really spoken to them yet this weekend
3951s so you
3953s know well compete beting your team is
3955s thus far you guys come off a two Victory
3959s however a bit of a close one um I mean I
3961s got to ask like what are your opinions
3963s on how um Oasis went especially like
3965s losing that first submap 0 to 100 uh I
3969s don't know I didn't really watch the map
3971s so uh I don't know just just like just
3974s guess just like just like imagine what
3976s happen and give us your Feb well I'm
3979s going to imagine that we trolled because
3981s we're that's probably pretty true
3982s actually I I
3985s all right well you know in theend end of
3988s the day we won the map and that's all
3989s that really matters so yeah it's true I
3992s mean I got to say I think the mental
3993s fortitude from you know losing a submap
3995s like that to come back and then 21 and
3997s then also get 100 Zer on the third one
3999s is very very good it's very strong
4001s mental fortitude um I got to ask you
4004s know you guys drainers as a whole are
4006s one of the top teams I would say in
4008s calling all heroes at the moment are
4009s there any teams that you're looking
4010s forward to playing at throughout this
4011s tournament or just watching your team
4013s play uh uh uh Valiant because last time
4017s we we like lost to them but that was
4019s kind of fraud watch that wasn't really
4020s real that didn't happen and this time
4023s they don't have X10 to carry them and
4025s Halo as well so it's kind of different
4026s you know so yeah I'm I'm gu to go

5071s very very high well a high octane
5074s matchup setup for the Swiss round two
5076s we're right in the middle of the Swiss
5077s rounds but before we get to that let's
5079s have a quick little look at the standing
5081s see how everyone's performing see uh
5083s where things are shaken out after that
5085s first round of wins and
5087s losses yeah I think the most interesting
5089s thing is that Valiant Guardians in a
5091s despite getting that first round round
5093s win did struggle had to go to that map
5095s three had to go all the way to push to
5097s get the job done not something you'd
5099s exactly expect especially from Valiant
5101s Guardians who are one of the top teams
5103s at this event finished second at the
5105s last event but overall I would say it's
5108s about what I'd expect I mean we haven't
5110s seen Jerry nightmare just yet they did
5112s get a buy one team gets at least at
5114s least one team gets a buy every round
5116s just because we have an odd number of
5117s teams here at this event other than that
5119s I think this is about what I would
5121s expect after the first round of the swis
5122s state
5123s there's there's a couple teams down
5124s there in the lower end like bad blood or
5126s as a thought that you might expect to be
5128s a little bit higher but you know we're
5130s only one round end and sometimes your
5132s first Swiss round doesn't go as planned
5134s you get a slow start or you get to go up
5135s against a Washington Timeless or a
5137s valiant guardians or potentially a
5138s drainers and it just doesn't pan out but
5141s there's still plenty of time to shape up
5144s which makes it all the more interesting
5146s that we're going to kick things off with
5148s Washington Timeless versus Valiant
5150s Guardians as our next game up potential
5153s playoff finals caliber matchup and we're
5155s getting it in Swiss round two I mean
5158s this is one heck of a banger match up
5162s right out of the get-go second round and
5164s we're getting the two teams that were
5165s finalists in The Last minor the not only
5168s in the grand finals but also in the
5169s upper bracket final and I mean there's
5171s some tea there uh Valiant Guardians
5173s actually knocked Washington ESS to that
5175s lower bracket and then Washington
5176s Timeless beat them in that Grand Final
5178s so these two teams have you know been
5180s sharing blows they've been taking Maps
5183s series off each other there's no real I
5185s would say favorite coming out of the
5187s gate which is what makes this so
5188s exciting and like this is not just for
5191s like obviously you want to go as
5193s undefeated as you can in the Swiss stage
5194s but there is so much more at stake this
5196s is for Pride this is for bragging rights
5198s and this could be for momentum later on
5200s when they eventually were assuming uh
5202s rematch in that playoff bracket and this
5206s match it's an onion right there's layers
5208s to this because not only is it a playoff
5210s caliber match not only have these two
5211s teams met before not not only have they
5213s traded blow for blow they've also traded
5215s a couple of players we have players like
5217s Halo who previously played for Valiant
5219s Guardians now playing on Washington
5221s Timeless I believe as a starting
5222s position on that roster you have you
5225s know Washington Timeless making some new
5226s changes you have Valiant Guardians also
5228s making some roster changes but a lot of
5230s the core pieces of both of these teams
5232s are still in play and still just as
5234s dangerous and just as deadly as they've
5237s ever been and I mean we might just be
5239s getting a little bit of a preview of
5241s what the grand finals of this tournament
5242s and up looking like I I fully expect
5245s both of these teams to make it to play
5246s off so the lookout for these two teams
5248s to get an early uh you like you said
5250s bragging right just a little bit of a
5252s get one over on the other one we haven't
5254s seen a lot of all chat yet but like I I
5256s just want to see the all chat fly I want
5257s to see the ha we beat you earlier on you
5259s know we beat you in round two of Swiss
5261s can't beat us now yeah it's GG's it's
5263s over it doesn't matter if we see you
5264s again later on but we're going to see
5266s exactly what those lineups look like and
5268s I know you hinted at it just a little
5271s bit but there is H Halo in the starting
5273s lineup and I mean this is a player
5275s absolutely look out for I love that
5277s sniper also they put Mercy as their
5279s favorite player as well as sosler you
5280s know just we got a lot of Mercy lovers
5282s out here as again you can get their skin
5284s by watching the stream but I think Halo
5286s is like the big name to look out for
5287s former OverWatch League player uh was
5289s just recently A New York exeler
5291s previously but before that the Boston
5292s Uprising as well um and now that they
5295s swap teams like this could like really
5297s tilt this like I would say rivalry in
5298s their favor I do love me a little bit of
5301s tank Mercy that's my preferred of
5302s playing Mercy is to Front Line take as
5304s much damage as possible yeah run out
5307s just with the the Blaster out trying to
5309s do as much damage as possible before my
5310s short life expires I don't think that's
5313s what snipers going to be played they're
5314s known a little bit more as one of the
5316s better sigmas in all of Washington
5318s Timeless or sorry in all of calling all
5320s heroes but for Washington Timeless
5322s they're going to be a huge Boon they've
5324s had such a successful run with this
5326s roster and if Sigma is shaving out to be
5328s a little bit more and more meta like we
5330s saw from the grand finals of Florida
5332s Mayhem at OverWatch League like we saw
5334s drainers hint at just a little bit like
5336s I said trying on that new pair of shoes
5339s this could be a very dangerous roster
5341s and snaz and BN as a DPS core definitely
5344s nothing to sneeze at there's a lot of
5345s Talent on this roster and I'm just
5347s curious to see how the addition of Halo
5349s shapes this whole rounds this whole
5351s roster out I feel like New York exceler
5354s Academy is the gift that just keeps on
5355s giving to other teams it was such a
5356s stacked lineup they were one of the
5358s favorites in calling all heroes and Bun
5360s now moving over to that roster we're
5362s going to see what she can do I mean
5363s she's one of the best DPS in the scene
5365s by far we got to cast her during thr of
5367s uh defiant Pride cup a few months ago
5369s and she was absolutely fragging out in
5371s that one but now Valiant Guardians we're
5373s going to see what they bring to the
5375s table moving fish S one of my favorite
5379s tanks and not only Callo Heroes but all
5380s of kleich love seeing what they do on
5382s red birs actually got to cast them on
5384s land for the Intel inspires kle
5386s Championship just a few months ago uh I
5388s don't think they took the W there but
5391s still they played out out of their mind
5393s and again like this is another lineup
5395s like whips also very talented in that
5397s hit scan role yeah he's a pretty great
5400s hit scan player and if given space to to
5402s make some plays with there can be one to
5404s watch out for might be popping up on the
5405s kill feed from time to time and again I
5407s like that you bring up moving fish a
5409s well-known player from that red Bird's
5410s roster was typically slotted into that
5412s roster to play some of the off tank
5414s roles which I think makes it kind of
5416s interesting because moving fish also was
5418s typically slotted in you know back in
5420s the day when they were playing for red
5421s birds often tank basically meant you
5423s come in to play Sigma on circuit Royale
5425s so Sigma might be like the key thing
5428s that both of these players you know
5429s moving fish versus sniper that they're
5431s going to try and bust out and you know
5433s we'll see who gets the better of it or
5434s we'll see if I'm just completely wrong
5436s and one of these other players has
5437s something better that they have in their
5439s back pocket that they want to come out
5440s here with but regardless that's the
5442s head-to-head that I want to see but you
5444s can look at any position on either of
5446s these rosters and pick the head-to-head
5447s and it's probably going to be a banger
5449s either way support for support DPS for
5451s DPS hit scan for hit scan where do you
5454s even
5454s begin I think we got to talk about
5456s coaches really quickly I mean Le now the
5458s coach of valiant Guardians I do not
5460s believe that they were the coach at the
5462s time of their last matchup uh during the
5465s Washington Justice minor so this is a
5467s whole new mindset you know coaches can
5469s completely change of strategy it's also
5471s you know there's a little bit of a
5472s difference in the support lineup as we
5473s talked about Halen moving from Valiant
5474s Guardians to Washington Timeless but I
5477s really want to see what Le does how you
5479s know these compositions are molded
5481s because you know as a former player for
5482s New York sucel here for the Houston
5483s Outlaws they have a lot of experience at
5485s the highest level of play and that
5486s brings a lot of knowledge into that
5489s coaching role so that could actually be
5491s the biggest difference here today yeah
5493s the coaching staff the management staff
5495s on both these team is also an integral
5496s part of their success and I'm looking
5498s forward to seeing what they've all
5500s cooked you know what's really sad is
5501s that both of these teams can't have
5503s Flawless Swiss stages because we have
5505s this matchup here one of them is going
5506s to have a blemish on their record at
5508s least one because there's still four
5509s rounds after this that they could
5511s potentially amass another loss or two
5513s you know again with teams like drainers
5515s waiting in the wings you never know that
5517s team did in fact best both of these
5519s teams in that kunoichi Kur fuffle
5520s between the last minor and now but that
5523s does not mean that these two teams are
5525s not deadly are not dangerous we'll see
5527s who the more deadly of the two is when
5529s we go in to our first map here yeah and
5533s it is going to be le Jong Tower again
5535s this was predetermined already uh next
5538s round is going to be Antarctic Peninsula
5539s if you want a little sneak peek at that
5541s but here on Le Jong Tower I think this
5543s one is going to be very very interesting
5545s I feel like Le Jong Tower is one of the
5547s control Maps where it has kind of the
5548s most unique set of compositional play
5551s Styles like I feel like each kind of
5552s submap plays a little bit differently
5554s control center very brawl Centric we've
5557s seen a lot of symmetra on I'm just going
5559s to call it Market because it really
5560s depends on you know the map filter and
5562s the day filter now Night Market date
5564s Market yeah one of the two I feel like
5566s you it's kind of more of a poke comp and
5567s then Garden has always been a bit dive
5569s heavy but as we've seen these teams you
5571s know on the bond in the last series
5573s didn't really do that much dive there
5575s was some attempts but overall it was a
5577s lot of poke a lot of brawl is what we
5579s saw and I'm curious to see if that Trend
5581s continues we are going to be starting on
5583s day Market it is the day so that will
5586s give us a really nice sneak peek of I
5588s mean I'm expecting Sigma comps like I'm
5589s expecting like either like they TP
5591s through and try to set up on point or
5593s maybe they just try to fight out kind of
5594s in the courtyard um away from the point
5598s but I'm expecting Sigma yeah I I I've
5600s talked at ADN and will contines to do so
5603s until everyone is sick of me about the
5604s prevalence of Bastion in the current
5606s climate of competitive OverWatch and you
5608s know both of these teams are going to be
5609s teams that are ahead of the curve that
5611s are at the Forefront of that playing
5613s what is best for them and you looking at
5615s Washington Timeless this looks like
5617s exactly the kind of composition that I
5618s would expect that's that Florida Mayhem
5620s composition though with the May there
5622s Valiant Guardians I don't know how I
5624s feel about coming out here with a
5626s doomfist though round it can work I mean
5629s especially with the far Pharmacy like
5631s you create chaos the pharmacy just Rains
5633s Down from above one thing that I forgot
5634s to mention is that aramore actually
5635s isn't able to play uh this week so this
5638s is a bit of a different maybe supporting
5640s lineup That Valiant Guardians would want
5642s to run in general um so they might be
5644s trying to play some more Comfort picks
5645s like maybe they want to go for the
5646s pharmacy because they prefer Mercy just
5648s with who they're running here so you
5650s know making those adjustments we'll have
5651s to see if it works well there I it can
5654s work but they can't get run up on like
5656s if the sigma gets too much space or the
5658s Bastion gets too much space like there's
5659s not much Val Guardians can do but they
5660s get the first pick yeah that's quite a
5663s bit of value right there chis with a
5664s nice two-piece there takes down bun as
5666s well with the the mercy pocket from KO
5668s playing dividends but she flies a little
5670s bit too close to the Sun and Orion is
5672s more than happy to make that Icarus fall
5674s back down to Earth but that said valot
5676s Guardians even despite losing chado in
5679s that fight look to take this first point
5682s pretty cleanly she gets res right back
5684s up and this is where I'm a little bit
5686s worried for Washington Timeless they
5687s don't have a true hit scan player except
5689s for orian on the Baptist at I do like
5692s these swaps they're actually going to
5693s swap the diva which can just kind of fly
5695s up into the pharmacy but BN sosler yeah
5698s yes hit scan technically but they're
5700s such short range hit G they really won't
5701s be able to deal with this far in this
5703s guy so it's going to be up the trumu to
5705s continue to run into them or they might
5706s just try to avoid them completely take
5708s the objective I think Guardians they got
5710s to make a move where they might get this
5711s up for free yeah they're playing a very
5713s scattershot composition where they want
5714s to be all over the place and try and
5715s swarm Washington Timeless and Washington
5717s Timeless have fallen right into that
5719s trap and they're going to lose Halo as a
5721s result there that's a great early
5722s pickoff there a lot of the speed a lot
5724s of the maneuverability now taken off the
5726s field as will the rest of the team be if
5727s jado has anything to say about it she's
5730s on the hunt and still has that pocket
5731s Mercy Carol actually does get cleaned up
5734s there so that pocket Mercy now off the
5736s field but doesn't really matter because
5738s I think enough work has already been
5740s done for Valiant Guardians to hold on
5742s tight to not only the point but to a
5744s Full House of ultimates and this stagger
5746s On A TRU is so impressive just does get
5749s hacked out but she's able to run away
5751s they're going to have everything
5752s including n in just a few moments I
5754s Guardians are playing this to Perfection
5756s I really think they need a cidy and Ash
5759s maybe even a solder 76 just something
5761s that's a little bit more long range DPS
5762s because shado is just running around for
5764s free right now and as long as Val
5766s Guardians don't use like everything here
5768s they should be able to to win the next
5769s two fights on ultimates alone I mean
5771s speaking of ultimates here comes a nano
5772s potentially with a barrage but don't
5773s even need it Halo gets a little bit too
5775s close to shado again and the rockets
5777s just going to take that Lucio out I mean
5779s I don't even know if Halo's going to
5780s have a chance to build up a sound
5782s barrier this entire match here but
5784s Washington Timeless they find the flip
5785s there but doesn't really matter moving
5787s fish is taken down too and like another
5791s easy hold coming out for valian guard or
5793s not hold but going to be a flip 16% for
5795s Washington Timeless that's going to be a
5796s little bit annoying and prevent this
5798s from going into one fight territory but
5800s now that's about where we are I mean
5802s they actually have a chance to win this
5803s now that flip could be huge the EMP is
5805s ready to go but they lose the ksun rush
5808s orian is taken Offline that is disas
5812s they still do have you know potential to
5815s out for a bit especially self you get on
5816s the point you just use it there and then
5817s you get the REM so there are wions still
5820s even without the K rush but they got to
5822s move quickly and EMP going to come out
5824s from bun and they do take down moving
5826s fish they do also have presence on the
5827s points they might actually be able to
5828s find the flip there that's a great heads
5831s up EMP there and a nice back cap there
5832s from sosler and Washington Timeless with
5835s the aid of the EM do seem to be winning
5836s the fight Sombra hasn't had that rework
5839s yet doesn't have virus so you know
5840s Valley and guardian to worry about bomy
5842s Buddy being stalled on their computer
5844s but they do have to worry about Orion
5846s and trumu going in deep there just
5849s making a swap over onto the Genji yeah
5852s it was just you know it was just for fun
5853s I mean that was definitely on purpose to
5855s get rid of the ultimate because it looks
5857s like the whole team is making a swap
5858s everyone has swapped so they've
5859s completely changed his composition
5860s around but I I have to wonder they had
5863s ultimates at their disposal still and
5864s now they have nothing Wasing Timeless
5866s have completely flipped the script it's
5867s 99 to 46 and now they have everything in
5870s their disposal and you can see already
5872s they're going to be using that ksun Rush
5873s the P Spa from sosler goes wide though
5875s but a nice 2K there from Halo the Boop
5878s taken down M and whisp and that is a
5880s great way to kick off this fight 60% for
5882s Washington Timeless and Counting as they
5884s just mop the floor with Valiant
5886s Guardians a great play from
5889s Halo and this felt personal I was going
5892s to say Halo actually felt like she was
5893s getting targeted early on I noticed she
5894s was falling a lot she definitely was
5896s yeah that's your you know that's my ex-
5898s teammate I got to show them up now going
5899s to make them wish they were still
5900s playing for us but
5902s that sound wave the double sound wave
5903s gets two boops right off the map that is
5905s a huge fight win and they still have
5907s self-destruct they still have sound
5908s barrier they're going to use up to go
5910s aggressive super super aggressive and
5912s that looked like it might have been
5913s another Boop there but doesn't quite get
5915s any much of anything that said though
5917s mean Pops that uh immortality field it's
5920s going to fall Carol gets the better of
5921s Halo in that exchange but sniper going
5922s to go ahead and invest that
5924s self-destruct it's just going to amount
5926s to a whole bunch of charge there for
5927s moving fish who is trying to beam down
5930s anything that D shows face but Orion
5932s with a nice little kunai head shot there
5934s we're at 9998 but chado on the Genji is
5937s finally paying dividends and valan
5939s Guardians they flip the point they've
5941s taken it and it's just Orion to try and
5943s contest Halo goes in for the touch but
5945s Orion dies to the Swift step there and
5947s Halo to the blade Valley and Guardians
5950s at a close one are going to take day
5953s Market that was only one submap I feel
5955s like we just went through all of Le Jong
5957s Ty with how back and forth how close
5959s that was I want four maps of this give
5961s me the time Breer this is exactly why
5963s these two teams were in the last grand
5965s finals they play to each other so well
5968s Washington ESS with an insane comeback
5970s with valali guardians make the swap it
5973s was such a risk but a calculated race
5975s they did the math CB and the numbers
5977s came out in their favor the comp swamp
5980s it takes a while to build those
5981s ultimates but they get them just in time
5982s for that last fight and it is such a
5985s Difference Maker such a well read change
5988s that they made that could have not you
5990s know that could have gone horribly wrong
5991s for another team that maybe isn't as
5992s disciplined isn't as well prepared but
5994s they take that first submap now we're
5995s moving to gens they're going to be going
5997s actually for a Jugger Queen and Tru is
6000s going to be bringing out doomfist
6001s themselves I'm interested to see that
6003s Halo is not going to be going back to
6005s the Lucio cuz this feels like the Lucio
6007s map here on on leang Tower but instead
6010s opting for the brg and I think they
6012s might have expected Valley and Guardians
6013s to come out with a doomfist of their own
6015s and try and play a little bit of counter
6016s dive I'm curious if any swaps are going
6018s to happen as the two teams are still
6020s just kind of in the Poke phase right now
6021s not really engaging all that much sniper
6023s going in to try and bait out a little
6024s bit of cool downs and see if there's an
6026s opportunity to go in a little bit more
6028s aggressive but valan Guardians have
6030s their feet firmly planted on the point
6032s and no one from Washington Timeless is
6034s primed to dislodge them just yet sniper
6036s goes in again pops up the power block
6038s and not getting a whole lot of damage
6040s there gets that power up punch but goes
6042s a little bit wide and yeah this should
6044s be valali and Guardians C in the first
6046s point
6047s here surely right but sniper able to get
6050s out they do get bumped on and the point
6052s goes way so it's a 44 a huge an on the
6054s point that forc out immortality field oh
6057s I mean this is so back and forth right
6059s now yeah I mean the fact that trumu is
6062s able to stay alive is kind of everything
6063s there if you had lost them you wouldn't
6065s have been able to go back in but they do
6067s go back in and that is a lot of players
6069s onto one moving fish feeling quite Out
6071s of Water there and as might be
6073s Washington Timeless starting to uh make
6074s a case but flipping the point here some
6076s nice sticky bombs from bun and the
6078s follow up there to take down Caro and
6080s yeah this is like all Washington
6082s Timeless in the kill feed right now the
6084s flip comes through only 28% to kick it
6086s off for Valiant Guardians they swapped
6088s from the juger queen to the zarya right
6089s away was just using the sh to get out of
6091s spawn a little bit more movement speed
6093s the zarya into the doomfist is a very
6094s interesting match up and I'm honestly
6095s not sure who wins I think if you have
6097s your bubbles generally as zarya like you
6099s can stop like the CC the crowd control
6100s from coming through of the punch but you
6102s can see that like sniper just living for
6104s free just able to get out of some insane
6106s situations and that's a big part of why
6108s washing are able to win that one out now
6109s they have a lot of uls atos the over how
6111s do he feel the thr out again really
6112s early on and so is the sound
6126s barrier Koo with a nice Boop there onto
6128s sosler that's a great opening there for
6130s Vali and Guardians after all the ults
6132s that they invested to try and come
6133s through here it's got to amount to a
6135s little bit more though because the more
6137s this the longer this fight takes the
6138s more percentage valali and guard or
6140s watching time are going to get the
6142s dragon blade comes out from bun and
6144s trumu goes in for a nice little
6146s two-piece and despite the investment
6147s from valali guardians Washington
6148s Timeless hold strong it's very expensive
6152s though the dramatic pause leads up to an
6153s epic fight and they use three ultimates
6155s there it takes a lot for watching
6157s Timeless to sustain there that guards
6158s are actually in a great spot they have
6160s the graviton as well as the blade ready
6163s to go so as long as they can lock down a
6164s few people there's no immortality bu
6166s that can really stop them from getting a
6167s lot of value immediately they're going
6169s to use the overclock to try to create
6170s some distance get some damage in it's
6173s not going to really amount to much
6174s besides stalling killing some time off
6176s the clock which is better than nothing
6178s but now Guardians like they got to go
6180s for this fight Now quickly now that
6181s that's offline and they're going to do
6183s just that graviton surge comes out whisp
6184s with a nice two-piece right into that
6186s and chado has the blade if she needs it
6188s but snaz takes her down and Valley and
6190s Guardians despite losing that one don't
6192s have a whole lot of players left they
6193s can stall this out to 99 but tru's life
6196s is on the clock not going to last all
6198s that much longer 96 is where it's stop
6201s and Valiant Guardians flip the point
6202s back in their favor and that's such a
6204s good discipline like my thought is use
6206s the blade confirm that fight when move
6208s the gravit H they just use the graviton
6210s and that's it they just go in
6211s aggressively they have a very high
6213s charge moving fish who's just running in
6215s with them with the primary fire as well
6217s as the alternate fire and they might
6218s able to get a huge blade
6220s flank what a what a dragon blade there
6223s that one was just for sosler but with
6225s that out of the way bun takes down wisp
6228s we have a little bit of a DPS for DPS
6229s trade but you got to think that with the
6231s positioning that's going to favor
6233s Valiant Guardians they also have support
6234s ultimates if they need to withstand but
6236s bun melts down chado and there wasn't a
6238s sound barrier or an immortality field to
6241s try and keep her alive and now
6242s Washington Timeless they have a way in
6244s sound barrier comes out from Carol but
6246s doesn't catch much of anything it's
6248s definitely not enough to save mean who's
6249s going to fall sniper going in deep but a
6252s little bit of a trade support for
6253s support with Halo still alive to keep
6255s watching them Timeless up in the fight
6257s meteor strike comes down just to keep
6259s sniper alive it's still back and forth
6261s but this favors Valiant Guardians as
6264s long as they're able to keep it going
6265s but Washington Timeless they get the
6266s flip and at 96% there has to be a touch
6269s can anybody come in it's not going to be
6271s moving fish especially if Halo has
6273s anything to say about it she pops the
6274s rally so much over health so much the
6277s chunk through and I don't think it's
6278s going to be enough for Valiant Guardians
6280s to chunk through this is going to be
6282s Washington Timeless holding strong on
6284s Gardens Halo showing her old team who is
6287s boss right there I I don't know if we
6290s have an angle of it but I'm pretty sure
6292s that they just used the whip flail
6293s straight into moving fish as they were
6295s trying to jump across the barrier with
6297s their punch knock them straight into the
6299s water let them sleep with the fishies
6301s and then the rally on top of that the
6303s sustain with the over Health as well as
6306s the shield B actually hitting a stun in
6308s the ultimate form just all Halo all the
6311s time in that last engagement helps them
6313s Force now what is going to be our third
6314s point of control it's going to be
6318s control center yep here it is yeah yeah
6321s if you if you know that enemy you know
6322s exactly what they're going to try and
6324s Pull and Halo was not born yesterday she
6326s knows that team well she knows exactly
6328s what moving fish wanted to go for there
6330s and said no we're holding strong this is
6333s a Washington Timeless Point here and
6335s hopefully so will be control center as
6337s they go back to that Sigma composition
6339s that didn't work out too well for them
6342s on night market and vant Guardians are
6344s pulling out the uh the Boston Uprising
6346s comp from playoffs running that orisa
6348s maybe expecting a Ry or a juner queen
6350s they can run into it's going to be Sigma
6351s which I think makes this a little bit
6352s more difficult to execute but you can
6353s still play very aggressively and in
6355s their face yeah moving with the spear
6358s spinning there the wall though they
6359s might get caught up but they do that's
6361s such a great wall there from bun and
6363s that's going to be enough to melt down
6364s moving fish and the rest of valiant
6366s Guardians have to be on the back foot
6368s they're scattered as Washington Tim just
6370s March forward and should take the first
6372s cap here almost for free one cool down
6375s one Dead tank one easy capture and that
6379s t so much moving fish orisa is one of
6381s the best tanks in the game at surv have
6383s to swap to match yeah they do they have
6386s to go for a m themselves they're still
6387s going to stick with the orisa so they're
6388s probably going to try to use it as a
6389s counter wall more so than as an
6390s engagement wall if they get caught off
6393s uh like that exactly like they get
6394s caught off by the walls they're going to
6395s use it to create separation but now they
6397s finally get some push in Oran though
6400s very close to the ant Matrix I'm
6401s assuming it's going to fly momentarily
6403s as soon as they get it online it's very
6405s difficult for Washington Timeless to try
6406s and play into this because you have
6408s moving fish just moving right at you
6409s like a snowplow with those ja avin and
6411s with those amp Matrix coming up for mean
6413s they're going to go ahead and match it
6414s but sosler with the early pickoff there
6416s onto whsp and Valiant Guardians are
6418s following left and right that amp Matrix
6420s not getting them a whole lot of purchase
6421s and that's another easy Fight Win for
6424s Washington Timeless Shield beat spinny
6427s thing that's all I'm going to say the
6428s sigma Shield is so huge in this scenario
6430s as well as the ktic grass you eat a
6431s bunch of damage and sure I mean withis
6433s you can do that as well but it's just
6435s not nearly as much whis just doesn't
6438s have that same sort of safety that same
6440s tank to really protect them as much
6441s usually mov is to be going in all the
6443s time they don't have that same
6444s protection it's going to be now the
6446s artillery strike out as well as it's
6448s such a lethal combo we'll see if it
6450s finds much with anything KO pops the
6451s sound barrier to try and make sure that
6453s it doesn't but Tado was just a little
6455s bit too low and Halo clean that one
6457s right up Bun not going to let moving
6459s fish get out 70% and Counting and valali
6461s and Guardians have yet to find a way to
6464s get in the door cuz Washington Timeless
6466s just keeps slamming it right back in
6467s their face oh that could have been a
6470s great dagger on the a great first pick
6472s over extension if they were able to get
6474s that but instead they're going to have
6475s to find a way to the point 15 seconds
6476s they got to speed through this and hope
6478s they can get as many people there
6479s they're going to find the bast hello
6481s sosler what are you doing my friend wh
6484s just going to go ahead and melt down
6485s sosler but that was like blizzard
6487s invested for just that kill but I think
6488s to get rid of the Bastion that is
6490s probably worth it is that's going to
6492s really hinder Washington timeless'
6493s ability to take space and speaking of
6495s taking space Valiant Guardians are going
6497s to do just that Force the remnants of
6499s Washington time was back flip the point
6501s in their favor and Matrix coming out
6503s from Orion to try and keep the fight
6505s alive but having flipped the points they
6507s have to be swift here the terch comes
6509s out from REM moving fish it does a lot
6510s of damage but not as much as trumu does
6512s in return but wisps still alive still
6515s kicking and still kicking Washington
6517s Timeless off the point you only have
6519s this Sigma and Halo just trying to keep
6522s trumu alive not able to do so Valiant
6524s Guardians have finally stti their claim
6526s and gotten on the board chisato
6529s dedicates the blizzard to only one
6530s member but if you can get the
6531s elimination off of that it's worth I
6532s think a lot of people like overestimate
6535s like the value that like Earth shatter
6537s or blizzard like these AOE abilities
6538s need to get if you can lo down one kill
6540s and win the fight off of that that is
6541s all you need and there they do it to
6543s Perfection it was desperate times it's
6544s even more desperate times they lose
6545s moving fish again bun sets up her team
6548s for just amazing fight wins it's such a
6551s good wall chado has to go for one as
6552s well but it's just not the same it just
6554s doesn't work out and the rest of to
6556s Wasington Timeless just going to March
6558s forward and completely evict Val and
6560s guard from the point aside from that one
6562s little fight there control center was
6564s all Washington Timeless all the time
6567s they never once well only once but
6570s nearly never once took their foot off
6573s the gas firmly in the driver's seat the
6574s whole time and Washington Timeless run
6577s it back and take Le Jang Tower two to
6579s one what a performance you said
6582s hopefully it's their map it was
6584s definitely their map yeah they give up
6586s the point I mean they give up 50% which
6588s is honestly more than they probably
6590s should have because that flip happened
6591s way before that fight ended but other
6593s than that very Flawless they had a
6595s strategy of using that maywell and Bun
6598s executed it to absolute perfection I
6601s mean every time they needed a wall to
6603s cut off moving fish it was there and
6605s every time they were able to cut off
6606s moving fish moving fish die it's just
6608s that simple it's a two-step plan and it
6611s was just every time it worked out that
6614s was I mean that was the game plan for
6615s Washington timeless it was just put up
6617s the wall and push go but when the game
6619s plan didn't go according to plan it was
6621s Halo that actually ended up being the
6623s clutch player for Washington Timeless
6625s that helped win them some very key
6627s points on leang Tower what a steal to
6630s take Halo from Valiant Guardians bring
6632s her to your own roster and then come out
6634s with those big boops like that you know
6636s we're obviously looking at her getting
6638s you know direct impacted by chisato's
6639s Rockets but as soon as she was given the
6641s opportunity to clap back she went
6643s absolutely massive shouts out to Halo
6646s for that one but all of Washington
6647s Timeless for just having it all together
6650s on Le Tower and if they keep up this
6652s Tempo can valali and Guardians you know
6655s find their way back into this series or
6657s is Washington Timeless just primed run
6658s away with this one I think there's
6661s plenty of opportunities for them to get
6662s back this I'm expecting flash point at
6664s the very least like I was saying before
6665s give me push give me map four I could
6667s absolutely see it happening but we got
6670s to get there first I think the biggest
6671s thing for Valiant Guardians is it seems
6673s like they had a lot of different comps
6674s up their sleeves I mean both teams in
6676s Washington Timeless as well pull out a
6677s few different looks but that Pharmacy
6680s was not something I expected to see
6681s whatsoever the far Mercy In The Sky did
6684s so much for that first point and even
6686s when they swap PS like they already had
6688s 99% we didn't really see that same sort
6690s of I would say perfection right out the
6692s gate like later on like we didn't see
6694s them be able to just like take the first
6697s cap take that first fight win it seemed
6698s like they really struggled outside of
6699s having that Pharmacy so I'd love to see
6701s them get a little bit weird with it try
6703s to go for some more funky sort of stuff
6704s that's like more in their wheelhouse
6706s because that was a really big reason why
6709s they were able to win out on um day
6711s Market from the Geto and it seems like
6713s on control center on Gans uh not as much
6716s success and I was actually really
6718s surprised they didn't run the pharmacy
6719s on Gardens I feel like that's a great
6721s map for it we see a lot of time you go
6722s for like that bridge play where you try
6724s to knock them off um with the Boop
6726s ability that she has but none of that
6728s like ever came into our screens it's
6731s it's interesting if we want to talk
6732s about like compositions I did like the
6734s doomfist look from Valiant Guardians
6736s with the Farmery but there might not be
6738s a whole lot of other Maps where you can
6739s realistically get away with that and I'm
6741s a little bit worried because when it
6742s came down to what we kind of expect the
6745s meta to fall into currently again that
6747s that grand finals championship winning
6749s Florida Mayhem composition Washington
6751s Timeless look a lot more well-versed in
6753s it they seem to have the pieces together
6755s they're playing that Sigma to Perfection
6757s they've got the uh you know they got the
6758s Bastion the May and even the sojourn
6760s looks that they can throw in there and
6762s you can have a look at the Bastion play
6765s coming out on uh on either side here it
6767s was definitely snoer getting the better
6769s of whis there not by much but especially
6772s when you get down to the bottom of that
6773s list there the eliminations and the
6775s eliminations per 10 good Lord the elims
6778s per 10 snaz was putting in there oh my
6780s goodness what wait wait what what what
6783s am I looking at I don't think I've ever
6784s seen eliminations per 10 that high but I
6787s mean it's not just the tank we talked
6788s about the tank not having fun with
6789s Bastion no one's having fun in this
6791s Lobby except the Bastion player when
6793s they are just putting out that much
6795s misery and damage and eliminations I
6798s mean it's it's eliminations it's not
6799s final blows when you're pumping out that
6801s much damage as a Bastion and things are
6802s falling left and right of course you're
6804s going to be pading your elimination stat
6806s there just a little bit and I think
6808s sosler might have a chance to continue
6810s to do just that cuz like I said you know
6812s Washington Timeless they have this
6814s really really strong composition that
6816s they seem to be better versed in than
6818s Valiant Guardians you can even see when
6820s Valiant Guardians tried to mirror it for
6822s their own their own sake they went with
6823s the Arisa variation of it which you know
6825s like you said Boston Uprising tried that
6827s as well but it didn't work out for them
6829s in the end it wasn't quite good enough
6831s and when you're playing like Washington
6833s Timeless is it's a tough nut to crack
6835s it's so difficult to overcome it's like
6837s that Ryan Rush comp but you just can't
6839s get close to it cuz the sigma gives you
6841s more range yeah Commander x one of the

6848s orisa comp is better than the Ryan comp
6849s and it's like like you just play Corners
6851s better but doesn't matter how many
6852s corners you play better if there is a
6854s May wall in your way and you know even
6856s wave golden even with the spino ability
6858s that orisa has just can't Escape just
6861s didn't have enough survivability and now
6863s Washington Timeless they are up one zero
6864s which means Valiant Guardians it's going
6865s to be their map pick for number zero and
6868s we're going back to Nani this seems to
6870s be a favorite so far at calling all
6872s heroes at least what we've seen so far
6873s on stream all the teams want to play
6875s this and I'm expecting more of the S
6877s what we saw before I think we're going
6878s to see a lot of Sigma once again
6881s potentially so that might so this might
6883s be the same question is last time where
6885s I was like you know maybe they want to
6886s play some of the dive compositions but
6888s is that a trap and it very well might be
6890s because we saw moving fish come up with
6891s the doomfist and it kind of worked we
6894s saw shado on the far and it kind of
6895s worked with the mercy pocket we see a
6897s lot of echo we see a lot of dive
6899s compositions on numani this could be
6900s something that Valiant Guardians have up
6902s their sleeves something that can play to
6904s their actual strengths here but I do
6906s also kind of want to caution again you
6908s know when you have snaz on that Bastion
6910s when you have as much of a lethal
6912s composition as uh as Washington Timeless
6914s does on that High Ground especially if
6916s they're going to go for the sigma
6917s variation again it's not going to be any
6920s easier to crack you have to try and
6921s leverage your flyers and try and
6923s leverage your Dives and hopefully the
6924s doomfist to displace the sigma get him
6926s off of that High Ground bait out the
6928s accretions and go in and take space that
6930s way but it's not like it's it's not easy
6932s like I'm describing it as like as though
6934s it's easy it's not easy it's just like
6936s riding a bike easy peasy anyone can do
6938s it but I think you bring up a great
6940s point which is kind of like do you play
6941s for just lodging them which is more of
6943s what you try to do for dive or you try
6944s to take over that high ground and which
6946s is more of like the pope comple you
6948s literally just like play a sigma you
6949s like just run and say hey this is our
6950s high ground now where like Winston
6952s doomfist Diva even wrecking ball we've
6954s seen in past some calling all Hero
6956s miners trying to like play this first
6958s play in them Bonnie you're just really
6959s trying to get them to move and force
6961s them into uncomfortable spots whether
6962s it's The High Ground you force them to
6964s rotate to the other High Ground all the
6965s way across you know whatever the way it
6968s is that's kind of like the two different
6969s trains of thought you have here and
6971s whatever composition you run is really
6972s going to determine how you actually play
6973s that out I I I think I think you have to
6976s opt for the dive here because poke
6978s versus poke it seems like Washington
6979s Timeless are
6980s more well-versed but you know I might be
6982s eating my words here cuz it is attacker
6984s spawn and I don't necessarily want to
6985s take the bait but that looks like a
6986s pretty coherent team composition to me
6988s one very similar to the one Washington
6990s Timeless is running but I want to go
6992s ahead and highlight Halo right now
6994s because we're seeing a little bit of
6995s Yari here yeah ilari I mean that's also
6998s very interesting because Halo more known
7000s as a main support player and I feel like
7001s ilari kind of goes more into that Flex
7003s support role uh very heavily aim
7005s intensive not saying that main supports
7007s can't aim but you know just kind of just
7008s not generally the hero they get to play
7010s but this is a great time to flex that
7011s aim I mean if you hit head shots if you
7013s get those dinks allari is so useful and
7016s I mean that healing pile on you put it
7017s in a nice little safe Nook it's going to
7019s get so much healing over time the one
7020s thing I'm worried about is that there's
7022s so much speed for Valiant Guardians with
7023s that Lucio they can just run at you and
7025s thenar I mean she can kind of Just Dance
7028s away she does have that jumping ability
7029s that also knocks you back but like this
7031s is what they're doing they just run
7032s right into them yeah the speed good Lord
7034s Orion never saw it coming and sosler I
7036s mean you never saw the second one coming
7038s Val and Guardians who even needs the
7040s Poke composition this is more of a
7042s Haymaker just a punch straight to the
7044s teeth they knock all of all of
7046s Washington timeless' bers out and that
7048s should be a pretty Swift point
7050s cap every composition is brawl if you
7053s wanted to as long as you have Lo speed
7055s boost to help you get to where you need
7056s to go you could just fly right into the
7058s they had no idea was coming now Halo
7061s they did get an elimination so
7062s definitely they could have made thei
7063s work but I think they see like hey like
7064s we're going to run over so she's going
7066s to make that swap right away she's going
7068s to now go to you know I I think the
7070s right choice here so now they can either
7072s re they can engage aggressively
7073s themselves or they can use it as a
7074s disengage to run away these vant
7076s Guardians they already have the
7077s amplication Matrix so they're going to
7079s need that speed boost to run away
7080s potentially if it's used right around
7082s this corner I'm wondering though how
7084s Washington timus are going to play this
7085s like where are they actually going to
7087s set up because I mean street phas is not
7089s nearly as optimal for a sigma poke as it
7091s is as is point a you can see the walls
7094s coming out from bun but it's not really
7095s able to isolate moving fish the Street's
7097s just a little bit too wide they're able
7099s to just
7100s the slide right out behind them
7101s meanwhile sniper is in no man's land
7103s right now getting just focused by
7105s everyone able to again kind of slip out
7107s there with the ant MRI coming out from
7108s mean you don't want to stick around all
7110s that much longer that's a lot of hurt
7112s that's going to be coming through that
7113s window there chado cleans up a kill onto
7115s bun and there goes the ability to
7117s segment off any members of valiant
7119s Guardians as Washington Timeless are
7121s still on the back foot and ant majes of
7123s their own to try and save off some of
7124s the pressure and taking down whis is a
7126s great way to release that pressure valve
7128s just a little bit chado going to fall as
7130s well and Valiant Guardians might have
7132s stalled out a little bit here as
7134s Washington Timeless take control that's
7136s an insane hole the fact that they get
7138s that defense despite being completely
7141s split after losing one it just seems
7143s like they're able to get whis and then
7145s gisado had to like Dash past the amp
7148s Matrix because they were completely um
7150s like in like just the middle of nowhere
7152s like no one is able to heal them so they
7154s get displaced then they actually make
7156s Valiant Guardians displace themselves
7157s but there are so many offensive Valiant
7159s Guardians and they're going to be using
7160s the artillery strike right off the bat
7162s here he going to force an ant matri or
7163s not an sound barrier o but the sound
7165s barrier was not enough Orion still Falls
7169s takes down CH what was that what even
7171s was that anyway okay moving fish just
7174s moving around going on a flank to try
7176s and dislodge whatever's left of
7177s Washington Timeless but that was just
7179s such a great play from Valiant Guardians
7181s there to open up with that combo and to
7183s follow it up and they're just taking so
7185s much space here moving fish just got out
7188s the gravitic flux
7190s and like all they needed was an
7191s accretion to cancel it just so well
7194s played they will there will be a
7195s recontest but bun immediately gets
7197s melted and that's going to be it's a
7198s token we canest if anything yeah that's
7201s actually a gift if anything that's
7202s sosler and Bun going down this is free
7204s this is free real estate for Val
7205s Guardians they're getting everything
7207s they've wanted in more ultimates Point
7209s captures they're what else could you
7211s want you got 5 minutes 440 to be exact
7214s in the time bank this is looking so good
7216s for them noar has to make the swap back
7218s over to the Bastion I think there was a
7219s swap onto a tracer to get a touch there
7222s I'm not actually sure I you know was
7224s kind of focusing on other things and
7225s that being Valiant Guardians marching
7227s forward chado going to go ahead and pop
7229s the Dragon Blade to take more space bun
7231s tries to split the rest of valiant
7232s Guardians with the blizzard and does
7234s seem to have at least forced chado back
7236s so a great play there from bun despite
7238s it not showing up in the kill feed that
7240s is a great use of the blizzard there to
7241s slow things down that gives Orion time
7244s to pop the amp Matrix and once again
7245s valy and Guardians they can't commit
7247s there is just too much damage
7249s threatening to come their way now that
7250s the window is down now it's time to go
7252s in but what tools do they have left they
7254s have to build up to this gravitic flux
7255s here from moving fish they're one
7257s percent away they finally have it it's
7259s going to come out but sosler has taken
7261s down mean already so this if anything is
7264s going to be a token fight as valant
7266s Guardians their health bars looking very
7268s anemic there the pick off on to bun
7270s isn't going to amount to much as trumu
7272s is just in the backline melting everyone
7274s down and Valley and Guardians have once
7276s again stalled out going say it again I
7279s mean the blizzard I said before like you
7281s get wet elimination it's worth it but if
7283s you get a zoning ultimate like no joke
7285s that's worthwhile there they're able to
7287s zone out for long enough where they get
7288s the ant Matrix they build enough time
7290s overall V Guardians just have to
7291s continue to kind of poke and prod they
7292s don't find anything and they finally get
7294s that Al They think that's going win in
7295s the fight they end up losing members
7297s before it ever gets off they do have a
7300s sound barrier watching Timeless SS are
7302s going to use that artillery strike let's
7303s see if it finds any value it does force
7305s out immortality field so that is
7308s actually some great utility off the
7310s board now for Valiant Guardians
7311s especially with trumu now coming up onto
7313s that gravitic flux the early sound
7314s barrier from KO comes out but as long as
7316s trumu holds the flux for just a little
7318s bit that over health is going to be gone
7320s by the time everyone hits the ground but
7321s despite that there's not enough damage
7323s whsp just a little bit too chy a little
7326s bit too healthy there to finally fall
7328s and Valiant Guardians are able to
7329s weather the storm another immortality
7331s field comes out from miman and is
7333s quickly dispatch the amp Matrix from
7335s Orion still for forcing a lot of
7337s positioning and Valiant Guardians are
7338s split right now and again they can't
7341s really commit here and even if they can
7343s there's another blizzard and another
7344s sound barrier waiting for them yeah and
7346s Matrix going to be used as s be get used
7348s as a counter yes it does they also use
7350s the bliard they use everything they have
7351s and try to force this out it's going to
7352s force rotations but they are able to get
7354s the DPS again the accretion from trumu
7357s onto jado there and just all of the
7359s followup bun takes down whisps and it's
7361s all just clean up for here and a little
7363s bit of a stall out there on too that's I
7365s mean they definitely could have
7365s staggered him out a little bit later if
7367s they wanted to but heavy investment for
7369s Washington Timeless but for bleeding the
7371s time off the time bank you absolutely
7373s take that they had 5 minutes like
7375s actually 5 minutes when they started
7377s this push on third point is down now to
7379s less than 2 minutes a minute 52 and
7381s Counting if they don't have any
7382s ultimates like you said but all that's
7384s on the other side is going to be that
7385s gratic flux at least for now so you keep
7388s your immortality work Halo Halo gets
7390s caught off the wall this is disastrous I
7393s I'm not sure what she was doing up there
7394s and I don't know if Valiant Guardians
7396s are either but regardless she ain't
7397s doing it up there anymore and Valiant
7398s Guardians with the speed of their own
7400s can continue to March back forward they
7402s have to be on the look out for this
7403s gravitic flux from trumu and actually
7405s trumu going to go and take down chado
7407s and moving fish has the gravitic flux
7409s should be able to pop it here and might
7411s even have to just to stabilize and
7413s Valiant Guardians without just there
7415s have to back up moving fish goes the
7417s wrong way gets split off and has to pop
7418s the gravitic flux to get back but Halo
7420s finds me and trumu takes down Wiis and
7422s that gravitic flux removing fish doesn't
7425s find anything and now they're just
7427s getting hard Focus melted down five on
7430s one there and that is a horrible fight
7432s there for Valiant Guardians and with
7434s only a minute
7436s left yeah it's not a lot of time Halo
7439s does die first as we talked about but
7441s you know it's spawners advantage and
7442s like playing Lucio you're going to get
7444s back quicker than anyone else generally
7446s any trade that you get a one for one is
7448s going to be in the defender favor at
7449s this point just because of where the
7450s spawn is and there they take advantage
7451s of it again they force out these weird
7453s long fights dant Guardians to get split
7456s moving fish tries to use the G Flex
7458s again after they've already lost members
7460s but now it's going to be the quick ant
7461s Matrix behind the wall yeah they're
7463s trying to press the advantage or
7464s Washington Timeless and they do just
7466s that they take down Caro and with only
7467s 30 seconds left Val and Guardians cannot
7469s afford to lose another body they have to
7471s go on the aggressive here to force
7472s Washington Timeless back the amp Matrix
7474s and the wheels down from whisp just to
7476s try and do so and they are able to get a
7478s little bit of space back and buy some
7480s time to get some ultimate with only a
7481s sound barrier and an artillery strike
7484s online what are they going to be able to
7485s find for it they can't even use the
7487s artillery strike SN is behind them don't
7489s even see sosler on the flank the am the
7492s the sound B comes out from Halo and Bun
7494s going to go and follow it up with the
7496s blizzard Orion takes down Caro and there
7498s is nobody from Valiant Guardians that's
7500s able to really find much purchase of
7502s anything snar with the flank just takes
7504s all of the space right out from under
7506s Valiant Guardians pulls the rug out from
7508s under them and there's just nothing left
7510s that they can do the cart will stall out
7512s there on point c not able to fully cap
7517s I'm guessing snower just literally ran
7518s like up and then jump down I don't think
7522s like we can understand how important
7524s that pick was that was one of the only
7525s ultimates online for Valiant gain was
7527s that artillery Stak so when whis is
7529s taken out by their counterpart and
7530s sosler like one of their biggest tools
7532s is just gone it's done in dusted and Val
7535s Guardians have no more time on the clock
7537s they had five minutes and they just
7539s consistently got stopped over and over
7541s and over again Washington Timeless did a
7544s great job of constantly using that
7545s aggression to split them up they got
7548s like run over which is ironic think
7550s that's what Valiant Guardians did in the
7551s first two points to get such a good time
7553s bank but Washington Timeless they
7554s adapted they were able to adjust their
7556s own play style and they make it work
7559s it's going to be still quite a bit of
7561s map to go they got to go all the way
7562s till basically the very end if they want
7564s to win this one out but that was an
7567s amazing hold at the last hour spawn
7569s Advantage is a hell of a thing to
7571s overcome especially when Washington
7572s Timeless have such a solid game plan and
7575s such a great ability to cycle ultimates
7577s out and like you said finding the pcks
7578s that they need to find at the moment
7580s that they need to find them not letting
7581s wisps build up to that artillery strike
7584s which even still is kind of like you
7585s know sometimes a throwaway ultimate just
7587s used to bait out immortality field but
7589s you don't if that's your only tool and
7591s you don't even have that then you just
7593s don't really have any way in there is no
7595s key to unlock the door that Washton
7597s Timeless put ahead of you but you know
7599s as we go in we're seeing a little bit
7600s more of that Sigma versus Sigma
7602s interesting though wisps on the
7605s soldier also KIRO going to be on the
7607s Bita I like this actually the L flil can
7609s do a lot it can really disjoint someone
7612s it can stop any sort of push they're
7614s going to have to leave yeah the wall is
7615s going to come up immediately and oh car
7617s going to get a taste of their own
7618s medicine so how was that about whip
7620s shotting the push there didn't really
7621s come through KO just gets run over there
7623s but a couple good picks though from
7625s chado sosler is down Orion is down
7628s that's a lot of ability for Washington
7630s timers to control space and Bun both for
7632s cool down Force down but hello from The
7634s High Ground true Moon nobody saw them
7636s coming and that accretion takes down
7638s whis
7639s I mean the remnant of valiant Guardians
7641s are currently surrounded and they've got
7643s moving fish forced back into this little
7645s Alleyway and a nice little May wall to
7646s keep them comfy there and this might
7648s actually be Washington Timeless able to
7650s recover they've already got a tick
7651s they're going super super aggressive
7653s here deep into the enemy spawn to take
7655s down moving fish and they do just that
7657s just unbridled
7659s aggression I really like this the this
7661s aggressive play that we saw at the end
7663s of third Point continues and even though
7664s they get that first pick like they
7665s continue to push the the message the
7667s entire they push for elimination they
7669s don't just hold the point say all right
7671s well now you can come to us for the
7672s recontest and then we'll try to win that
7673s fight no they're going to go one by one
7675s stagger by stagger and find that first
7678s point with T's giv a heart he giv a
7681s little bit of a heart on the cart it's
7683s uh giving me flashbacks to World Cup
7685s with France but yeah they are they are
7687s taking such aggressive positioning
7689s Halo's the payload princess right now
7690s while the rest of Washington Timeless
7691s are pushed super far up to try and hold
7693s space and Valiant Guardians have finally
7696s come back out of hiding to try and
7697s challenge them for it but a gravitic
7698s flux going to come out from trumu we'll
7700s see what if it's able to find it doesn't
7702s look like a whole lot but it is going to
7704s also Force out that duplicate from gado
7706s but not able to build up with the
7707s blizzard before being forced out and
7709s whis takes down snaza bun forced to
7711s invest the blizzard of her own and
7713s Washington Timeless despite losing
7715s sosler are still going turbo aggressive
7717s Valiant Guardians aren't really able to
7720s find a way to dig their heels into the
7722s dirt oh there creado is lucky to be
7724s alive right now this card continues to
7726s roll as this fight is breaking out
7728s everywhere on on the car off the car on
7730s the side where you can fall off of the
7731s map is going Every Which Way but this
7734s gravitic flux from fish might put an end
7736s to it oh it's a great sound barrier from
7738s Halo but it doesn't catch Orion so the
7739s Baptist now off the field and without
7741s that healing your Sigma is not long for
7743s this world and this might be valant
7745s Guardians finally taking some agency in
7748s their own destiny stopping the push from
7750s Washington Timeless and getting
7751s themselves a strong defensible position
7754s statistically this is one of the most
7756s difficult points to full hold like I
7757s think professionally it's like generally
7759s it never happens but if you get a full
7761s like a hold TI on second point it would
7763s be huge I mean the the more time you can
7764s kill off the clock I think is the most
7766s important thing here so V Guardians fact
7767s they able to like actually get a stop to
7769s this push after what was a great
7771s aggressive attacking round from
7772s Washington Timeless on the first point
7774s is nice and now we're going to have a
7776s pause to get a little bit more time to
7777s discuss this but this is the time they
7779s got to dig in their heels especially
7780s getting that sound barrier out that is
7783s priceless because now you have a huge
7785s Advantage you have your own sound
7786s barrier that KIRO has tucked away you
7788s can use it aggressively you can save it
7790s for potentially uh gratic flux on the
7792s either side you can save it maybe from
7794s another sort of more offensive s side at
7796s ultimate Valiant Guardians are in a
7798s great spot maybe not to like hold this
7800s point completely but I think they at
7802s least win one more fight and the more
7804s time they can get off the clock
7805s especially because they didn't get the
7806s full cap themselves the better I mean
7809s you you talk about getting that sound
7810s barrier out and it was a great sound
7811s barrier from Halo I love where she was
7814s positioned to be able to get that out so
7815s she wasn't caught in the gravitic flux
7817s but was still able to help those that
7818s were caught in it but while that was all
7820s happening Orion just got segmented off
7822s from the rest of the team and ended up
7824s getting melted down didn't get the sound
7826s barer and again without your Baptist
7828s able to help sustain everybody else that
7830s over health is going to melt away fast
7833s and when it's gone it doesn't come back
7835s and neither does the rest of your team
7837s it's a great fight for Valiant Guardians
7839s to finally you know finally get their
7841s claws back into this game and find
7843s themselves a defensible position at the
7845s end of point B there where you know
7848s sometimes it takes a C9 to be able to to
7851s cap it other times other times it takes
7853s just that pure unbridled aggression but
7855s if you stop the momentum of Washington
7856s Timeless you know you kind of have to
7859s force them to like put on the brakes a
7860s little bit reassess themselves and feel
7863s out the room before they put their foot
7865s back down on the gas again and if you
7866s don't give them the chance to do that
7868s you can realistically hold or at the
7869s very least bleed a lot of time off the
7872s clock and with how far the cart didn't
7874s actually get you need to bleed off as
7876s much time as you possibly can did it
7879s even get around that bend I don't think
7880s it got around the like Bend or the
7882s second Bend um of that third point so
7885s the like golden box of Victory if you're
7887s able to get to the third Point as
7888s Washington Timeless is not that far away
7891s like the capture point is very
7892s obtainable so Val Guardians like you
7895s said they just need to continue to kill
7896s that clock as much as possible the pause
7898s is luckily coming to an end it looks
7901s like everyone is
7903s regrouping wh has to be careful they're
7905s falling super low I me time to get your
7908s hand in your hands back on the keyboard
7909s and mouse there buddy you definitely
7911s don't want to take too much damage going
7912s in able to sustain just a little bit
7915s there but bun finds a nice Isle to the
7917s Dome there but it's traded out trumu
7919s getting taken down there by moving fish
7921s and bant Guardians I mean they have to
7922s invest the sound barrier to stay alive
7924s but I think picking off trumu there
7926s that's all they really
7928s needed yeah I mean it it gets rid of I
7930s guess the advantage we just talked about
7932s the sound barrier Advantage because now
7933s you don't have a counter except for the
7935s immortality field for that g when it
7936s comes in but this could be
7939s I mean this could be a huge stagger if
7940s they do trade they're actually going to
7941s commit the blizzard here this is this is
7944s either the biggest brain thing I've ever
7946s seen or this is going to cost Washington
7948s Timeless so so with Matrix Orion finds
7952s two what I I I don't even know how that
7954s I actually happened there I mean snaz
7956s went in with a flank there and had Halo
7958s there to help them out a little bit and
7960s you know it bought a lot of space in the
7961s absence of trumu and then while
7963s everyone's got their back turn trying to
7964s deal with that sojourn Orion just pops
7966s the M Matrix and melts down too
7969s noler B so much time for the rest of the
7971s team to get back also helped with a few
7974s eliminations there they just could not
7975s take that soj down now they swap to the
7977s Bastion so they're going to even do more
7979s damage and you can see that box of
7980s Victory it's not golden is going to be
7982s purple for Washington Timeless but this
7984s is looking closer and closer like it's
7986s going to be the end sooner than later
7988s there's no sound beers we just talked
7989s about this should be free for trumo just
7991s to let it fly and there it goes oh and
7993s the accretion is no good moving fish not
7995s able to stop it but the ant Matrix
7997s coming out from mean might be enough but
7999s trumu does not care we walk right
8000s through that window going to do a little
8002s bit of window shopping and maybe is
8004s going to find some bang for their Buck
8006s there but mean not going to let it
8007s happen actually going to take them down
8009s and Valiant Guardians might just be able
8011s to stabilize here and boy do they need
8013s to yeah because again that wi con that
8017s golden box that keep purle box and
8019s victory it is so close like it is inches
8021s away right now it is there's not any
8024s room for error literally or figuratively
8026s right now for the side of B Guardians
8029s they do have a great bicux to their name
8030s so they do have a slight ultimate
8032s Advantage Wasing Timeless like they've
8034s got the sound Bearer ready to go so they
8035s could just fight through this they could
8036s over Shield through it and they be able
8038s to win the fight after thetic flux is
8041s their only tool and they have to cycle
8042s their ult perfectly but it goes wide
8044s andler takes down jado that is
8046s catastrophic for Valiant Guardians and
8048s Wasing the Timeless they can smell blood
8050s in the water it's just a March the drums
8053s beating as they all March forward and
8055s take the cart into the golden box of
8057s Victory that's a two for Washington
8059s Timeless and what was a incredible
8061s series from Valiant guardians but it
8063s just wasn't enough to pump the brakes
8066s and stop Wasing him Timeless from
8068s running them right over like Lambs to
8071s the slaughter it was touch and go at
8073s some moments but when the Washington
8075s Timeless got a little Edge they ran with
8078s it I still can't believe that won that
8080s fight on second point I I would love to
8082s see a replay of that if possible because
8085s that was absolute Insanity that they
8087s were able to win that one went out but I
8089s mean we were expecting a close match
8091s overall I would say it was pretty close
8094s uh it is again a 20 score line but I
8096s don't think that really reveals just how
8098s back and forth the series was overall we
8101s got to look like at they how they did
8102s the best Valiant gargin 3-1 in that
8104s upper ret final last time and then a 3-2
8107s in that Grand Final between the two
8109s teams that Washington Timeless did end
8110s up taking and I think you know we can
8113s point to those changes in support as
8114s maybe one of those big factors Halo
8116s moving over to Washington timeless
8117s aramori again not able to be in the
8119s starting lineup this weekend due to some
8121s personal stuff hopefully we'll be able
8122s to see next week in the playoff bracket
8125s but just not able to bring that same
8127s sort of fight that they did last time
8129s around still good fight but not the same
8131s one I I'm curious to see what the Halo
8134s and armore backline is capable of but
8136s what the scary thing is is they just
8137s took down one of the top teams in this
8140s entire tournament 20 with Orion one of
8143s their substitutes coming in to play Flex
8145s support which is a very highly impactful
8147s role and it feels like the team didn't
8149s even miss a beat having that substitute
8151s in there they were still able to play
8153s full octane pedal to the metal Non-Stop
8156s and sure a couple times did get stalled
8158s out by Valiant Guardians because they're
8160s just that good but Washington Timeless
8162s were just better just cleaner
8164s specifically on this Sigma composition
8167s the composition that won the Florida
8169s Mayhem the grand Champions the grand
8171s championship at Grand finals and if this
8173s is the meta if this is where things are
8175s going and Washington Timeless are this
8177s far ahead of the Curve and Valiant
8179s Guardians couldn't stop them who can and
8182s I think one thing they did really well
8184s and I want to give a big shout out to
8185s bun may not the flashiest of DPS
8187s characters I mean if you hit those head
8188s shots across the map obviously that
8190s looks great but the wall placement there
8191s were just so much good displacement the
8193s blizzards were pretty good too A lot of
8195s the time not used for those big team
8196s fight wins but trying to get someone
8197s zoned out in particular and then winning
8199s the fight off of that or just creating
8201s space like that is what you need from
8203s your may they need to be one of the
8204s biggest brain players in the r and Bun
8206s she played it to perfection she created
8208s so much separation we're going to look
8210s at the stats for the tanks and see some
8211s of the sigma differences um but overall
8214s I got to give like a shout out um
8216s especially to bun and how she played I
8219s mean yeah bun playing was B Bun's play
8222s there was definitely one of the things
8224s that helped put Washington Timeless over
8225s the edge and you can even kind of see
8227s that picture being Illustrated when you
8229s look at just the Sigma versus Sigma
8231s stats you see the spike in damage and
8233s damage block for moving fish but the
8235s team coordination just favored trumu so
8238s much more that they were able to just
8240s roll right over they didn't have to do
8241s as much damage didn't have to block as
8243s much damage just had to be as effective
8245s as they were hit the big fluxes when
8247s they needed to get the eliminations when
8249s they needed to and trust that your team
8251s will be there to follow up on the damage
8253s and more often than not they definitely
8255s were I mean they definitely were it I
8258s what else can you really say about it
8260s besides Washington Timeless looked to be
8262s one of the favorites to go all the way
8263s and with performances like that you got
8265s to be scared no matter who you are
8267s especially if if you're a valiant
8268s Guardians cuz you have now traveled into
8270s the belly of the Beast and did not like
8272s what you saw again this is switch stage
8275s so it's not like we're eliminating them
8276s to lower bracket or anything they still
8277s got plenty of games it will be a blemish
8279s on that record so it's not going to be
8281s that 5-0 report card they were hoping
8283s for on the side of valiant Guardians
8284s it's going to be a 4-1 at best but still
8287s very reasonably decent record if they're
8290s able to obtain that I'm expecting them
8291s honestly to be able to get a 4-1 I I
8293s think they're like definitely top three
8295s in this tournament even with some
8296s differences in their support lineup for
8298s this iteration of calling all heroes but
8300s I'm expecting great things from them
8301s regardless but we're going to be talking
8303s to a member of Washington Timeless just

8504s and it feels nice to see my team win
8506s feels nice to um you know have been
8508s practicing and it looks like it's paying
8510s off and I'm just like happy to have
8512s started another
8513s tournament we've been practicing a lot
8515s and we think we'll do well this time
8517s well it's definitely looking like that
8518s practice is paying off a two win a sweep
8522s over you know team i' consider
8524s Washington timeless' Nemesis Valiant
8526s Guardian how does it feel to take that
8527s win in such a dominant fashion squirrel
8529s line wise well honestly like it was
8532s pretty much expected I'm not going to
8534s lie I I think we were pretty prepared to
8536s just come in and win the dominant I mean
8540s last time kind of a fluke not going to
8542s lie we're a lot better now we've had a
8543s lot of practice and I think uh we're
8545s going to keep showing that kind of
8547s presence for the rest of the tournament
8549s I got to say I love the heat that
8550s calling Heroes is bringing there are no
8552s words mins whatsoever I mean everyone is
8554s just saying exactly how they feel and
8556s that's great for the spirit of
8557s competition uh I got to ask now that you
8560s know your team has knocked off at least
8562s for now one of the more I would say like
8564s highly rated teams in the competition is
8566s there any other team that you guys have
8567s your sight set on any other team that
8569s you're looking forward to playing and
8571s hoping to beat as well um I I'd say the
8574s only team other than Guardians that
8576s we're kind of looking at is drainers uh
8578s cuz we played them in a couple
8579s tournaments before and we've had like
8580s mixed results against them but I think
8582s this time around we'll do really well
8584s against them and pick the series I'm I'm
8587s looking forward to seeing if you guys go
8589s head-to-head with drainers hopefully we
8590s get the we get a good playoffs match
8592s between the two of you going down the
8593s line there but you know speaking of the
8595s practice that you guys have been putting
8596s in I'm like what I'm seeing with these
8598s Sigma compositions that we're seeing
8600s very uh reminiscent of the grand finals
8602s winning composition that Florida Mayhem
8604s came out with is that you know the team
8605s strategy is to just you know go with
8607s what is the meta and be ahead of the
8608s curve and how do you feel about uh the
8611s way your team is playing this
8612s composition well I'm going to be honest
8614s our comp we're kind of just sandbagging
8616s right now like these aren't our real
8617s comps this is just Swiss and we're just
8619s like mirroring everyone cuz we know
8620s we're better but we have some real stuff
8622s cing cooking up for the playoffs that's
8623s when I come in I don't know if I I don't
8625s know if I believe you like if cuz you
8626s look so prac practiced on this
8628s composition the coordination just feels
8629s there like bun puts up a wall and
8632s somebody just dies like you've practiced

8635s surely uh we we've dabbled here and
8637s there in it yeah a little bit okay well
8640s maybe a little bit but maybe you are
8642s just that good and if you are just that
8644s good it's going to be scary for any
8645s other team that goes against you going

8727s around since the beginning of calling
8729s all heroes one of the first I would see
8730s OverWatch League partner teams in the
8732s scene definitely the longest lasting one
8734s after the unfortunate demise of New York
8736s exceler Academy so to see them start off
8738s this strong I really like to see because
8740s I feel like generally they haven't
8741s necessarily shown like the best overall
8743s standing results I mean we want to talk
8745s about Vancouver Titans blue really quick
8747s I do want to you know I met some of
8748s their players at uh at Grand finals and
8751s I can confirm that a couple of them did
8753s walk away with that Grand Final sickness
8755s so I mean they're having their Michael
8756s Jordan flu games over there and they're
8758s they're flying pretty high able to keep
8761s that Flawless map win record get
8763s themselves the top spot for now that's
8764s really impressive and I'm hoping to see
8766s them uh stick around at the top I want

9673s to close out the night here we got these
9675s two teams and there's a lot of moving
9677s Parts on both of these teams some very
9679s well-known players on some newer rosters
9681s we'll see how they end up shaking
9683s shaking things out here yeah and this is
9686s a big statement game I do believe they
9688s are both two and 0 in the standings
9691s currently so two of the top teams
9693s currently through the first two rounds
9695s of competition and only one of them
9697s again can go undefeated something's got
9700s to give one of these teams going to fall
9701s out of that perfect score line that
9704s perfect series line and I I got to talk
9707s about Fable really quickly I feel like
9709s just from experience like from what
9710s we've seen from them already they are
9713s probably the team to beat I mean they
9714s did really well in the last minor finish
9716s 7 to eth making it all the way to that
9718s playoff recet is an accomplishment in
9720s itself um in Avery the their tank player
9724s uh has been in the scene for a long time
9725s I believe I have casted them through
9728s like initiatives like this other areas
9730s of path Pro as well as Collegiate so
9732s they have been a nam State and
9734s competitive OverWatch and they have
9735s always been a standout performer and you
9738s know what they also helped me edit my re
9740s so shout out to Avery for that one not
9742s just a great player but also you know a
9744s great editor a true homie yeah a true
9746s homie what what can I say thank you so
9748s much for that but hey that's not what
9749s we're here for today today we're here to
9751s see how well you perform with your team
9754s on the stage here and of course you know
9756s Avery is no slouch Avery is definitely
9758s very capable of holding their own and
9760s along with this backline I'm interested
9762s to see what the Fable backline has to
9764s offer we got Gusty and we got Panther
9767s coming in and I know Panther from
9769s several other teams is a very capable
9771s support player can pop off especially on
9773s that kidy go so I want to see what Fable
9775s comes out here with it's an interesting
9776s team potential lots of potential for
9778s some interesting looks here it anyone's
9781s guess what they're going to come out
9782s here with and anyone's guess what AIS is
9784s going to come out with as well yeah
9786s we're going to have to see that lineup
9787s pulled up momentarily and see what they
9790s can bring to the table I'm already
9792s loving the doomfist just give me more
9794s doomfist please like there's not even a
9796s really specific reason I'm not even
9798s saying like that doomis is the best tank
9799s to play I just think it's the most fun
9801s tank to watch and commentate on but
9803s going like we know this is going to be
9805s an Antarctic Peninsula first map and you
9807s know obviously these are just favorite
9808s Heroes these aren't necessarily Heroes
9810s they're going to play but I feel like
9812s Antarctic Peninsula is a very brawl
9814s Centric map like I'm expecting like
9816s orisa Ry juner Queen so we're have to
9819s see if agus can kind of play to that
9821s style if they're going to try to do
9822s their own thing I'm glad you mentioned
9824s junker Queen specifically cuz remember
9826s at the top of the show when I touted
9827s Kindred is potentially the best junker
9829s Queen in all of calling all heroes I say
9831s potentially because there is another and
9834s if she decides to come up with it Mari
9836s is a very very capable junker Queen
9838s player that can take control of the
9840s entire game into her own hands and with
9842s a team like this to support her that is
9844s definitely something to be on the
9845s lookout for and like you said Antarctic
9847s Peninsula it does indeed play into that
9850s junker Queen style that Rush style
9851s something that she's going to be really
9853s really good at I don't expect we're
9854s going to see the doomfist I would
9855s probably expect to see the junker Queen
9857s come out and if so I would watch out if
9859s I'm
9860s Fable yeah this can be I I feel like
9863s this is a very interesting control map
9865s versus the others I feel like there's a
9866s lot of high ground on the other Maps I
9868s don't really feel like that except for
9870s one submap on Antarctica Peninsula but
9872s generally it is like almost always an
9873s allout brawl just on the center of the
9875s map right on that objective right on
9877s that point so doomfist can work
9880s potentially but I feel like doist works
9881s way better into something like our
9883s Reinhardt because Reinhardt doesn't have
9884s a lot of St ability he just kind of gets
9885s knocked around he's an old German man
9887s you know there isn't much you can do
9888s juner queen young Australian woman she's
9891s just running around carving people up
9893s throwing knives at them so it's a very
9895s different match up depending on what we
9896s see Mario come out with old German men
9898s known for being quite topheavy you push
9900s them down they'll just topple right over
9901s but Australian women yeah they uh they
9903s stand tall they've got the knives like
9905s you said they're very difficult to
9906s dislodge especially if you're playing a
9908s dive hero junker Queen is a Great
9910s anti-dive Hero so if we do see that
9912s doomfist come out yeah I expected junker
9914s Queen to counter it uh but like you know
9917s I think like you mentioned there's only
9918s one map on antartic Peninsula that is is
9920s even a little bit conducive to a dive
9922s play style I believe that's sub levels
9924s uh and even then I would probably expect
9926s Winston to come out more than the
9927s doomfist cuz you want to dive and pounce
9929s on the targets less about like the
9931s disruption and dislodging them but I
9934s just don't think that's where the meta
9935s is like we haven't really seen a whole
9936s lot of teams coming out here with the
9937s dive even on maps like numani they're
9939s opting to play more of the sigma poke or
9941s that Sigma Rush hybrid composition that
9943s we've seen a lot so I I think I'm
9946s thinking queen I'm thinking Queen here
9948s I'm always thinking about junker Queen
9949s but right now I'm thinking junker Queen
9952s I mean who is it honestly just a fun
9954s character to play and that is the only
9955s thing I'm thinking about of course but I
9957s I mean I think he bring up a great point
9959s about like Winston and dive it just
9960s doesn't really make sense we've seen it
9962s very sparsely I think really the only
9963s team we've seen it play at least on
9965s stream is yippi Cary and was for you
9967s know a brief moment of time didn't work
9969s out got blown up for like 5 seconds and
9971s then we never saw it again and I do want
9973s to point out they actually did win their
9974s second match so you know you and I were
9976s saying that we think they could make
9977s playoffs the one in one still in great
9979s standing to make that happen but um yeah
9981s I think like Labs Icebreaker are very
9984s much just like two teams just running at
9985s each other head-on so again like Jer
9988s queen I am expecting we could see some
9990s variation of it but like I I think Ryan
9993s honestly is not that strong unless you
9995s can really utilize like the symmetra
9996s play that we've seen in OverWatch League
9998s playoffs that really is what enables him
9999s to get around because again old German
10001s man very slow even with his charge
10003s beyond that he can't really do much Yer
10005s Queen she just shouts everyone's like
10007s okay like we'll follow you like don't
10009s please we're scared of you but yeah uh
10012s and she just has so much Mobility that I
10013s think it's just a better thing or a
10015s better character to run here I I I tend
10017s to agree if you have that level of
10019s coordination though with the SIM play a
10021s Reinhard composition can be quite lethal
10023s but that comes down I think more to team
10025s cohesion rather than just you know
10027s playing to the hero's strengths just you
10028s know everyone coming together as a
10030s collective to be one big death ball that
10033s just rolls over the enemy team and if
10034s that's what either these teams come out
10036s with then you know that's a it's going
10039s to be a little bit of a difficult thing
10040s to dislodge cuz you can't really account
10041s for just playing against someone who's
10043s that well coordinated that much of a
10044s hive mind and with that in mind we've
10047s predicted a lot about the compositions
10049s what do you feel about the score line of
10051s this match we've had two backtack two
10053s despite them being close is this another
10055s 2 or are we going to finally get the
10057s elusive flash point give me map three I
10060s want to see map three give it to me let
10062s let me cast aasa or new junk City please
10065s that that is all I'm asking for also I
10067s just want like a cool like a I want a
10069s really great series to end the day off
10070s on these two teams are two and0 so
10072s there's a lot at sake here like we talk
10073s about like one of these teams going to
10075s go down to two and one that is a blemish
10076s on your report card you do not want only
10079s a handful of teams I think actually
10080s maybe only one team at the end of the
10081s day can actually finish with that
10082s undefeated score line so getting you
10084s that one like step closer to it is so
10087s important we're not going to see Jer
10088s Queen at all we talked about this for
10089s like 10 minutes for nothing it's going
10091s to be Sigma it's always going to be
10092s Sigma but there is variation in the DPS
10094s which I think is is really important we
10096s see the May Bastion which is like I
10097s guess the more meta like we saw Florida
10099s Mayhem on the other side though is going
10101s to be a Genji as well as a soldier yeah
10103s I'm curious to see how this ends up
10105s playing out for fable because you see
10106s how much space Aegis has already taken
10108s and they've got control of The High
10109s Ground and that's just what the benefit
10111s of the Lucio the damage that's coming
10112s out from Death quite an appoo name
10114s especially if you're Arya right now
10115s who's feeling yeah feeling how aoo it is
10118s feeling a little bit of death for
10119s themselves and yeah now a just is going
10121s to go ahead and drop down right on top
10123s of Avery and they don't have a whole lot
10124s of support to stand on especially once
10126s that immortality field gets melt down
10128s death dishing out all the more of it
10130s wheels go down AIS are going to take the
10132s first point raining Death from Above
10134s indeed living up to their namesake
10136s causing it everywhere and this makes
10138s sense because we we're going to get some
10139s mile out of that we're going to get some
10140s mileage out of death but we were just
10142s talking about like Su level like this
10143s probably wouldn't make sense to run the
10145s brawl so it does make sense for more of
10146s a poke comp but they are both running
10147s Lucio so there still is some speed some
10149s quickness and rotation that's involved
10150s with it but a is playing so aggressively
10152s they're playing the spawn they get the
10153s wall too they force out the lamp
10156s yeah and again once that lamp is done
10158s Avery's life is on the clock and Mari
10160s going to go ahead and take it away and
10161s Fable they can't even really get out of
10163s their own spawn without AIS giving them
10165s a hard time for it that's 30% and there
10168s hasn't even really been much of a fight
10170s just Avery getting melted down twice
10172s Arya once again getting caught out and
10175s it's so hard not to get caught out when
10176s you can't even poke your head out of
10177s your own front door and feel safe about
10179s it this might be a spawn camp in calling
10181s all heroes oh they're going to back off
10183s okay so they're going to play natural
10184s cover which is the smart thing to do but
10186s him into their trap there you ra the ant
10188s Matrix yeah and the Dragon Blade going
10190s to come out from Zoe we'll see if it's
10192s able to find much of anything it does
10193s find Keith that's a great way to take
10195s the wind out of ais's sails and now
10197s Fable can finally March forward get
10199s themselves some presence on the point at
10201s 58% they're able to clean up Aegis and
10203s Fable have finally gotten themselves on
10205s the board and that's so unfortunate Jay
10208s they were so close to that s that could
10209s have turned the fight but didn't get it
10211s online until just now and I'm going to
10213s say it if they wait for the spawn camp
10214s and if they play in their spawn they
10216s wouldn't have lost that point so quickly
10217s that fight would have gone on longer
10218s they would have had to go a longer
10220s distance just more reason for the spawn
10222s Camp to come out eventually but egus now
10224s they're going to have to try to flip
10225s this point once again they did get out
10227s some or at least only it's actually only
10228s the blade that feels like not that much
10230s for all the value fa got now they're
10232s going to use um Artic flux yeah that's
10235s going to force out not only the ice
10236s block but also the sound barrier and now
10238s that that over health is all gone Fable
10239s can clap back with one of their own
10241s Gusty hits everybody with theirs but the
10244s the blizzard coming out from and AIS
10246s they're able to just leverage his ult
10247s advantage to get themselves some
10248s positioning and Fable they're scattered
10250s they're all over the place Arya popping
10252s the overclock but is that is there even
10254s going to be a potential Target there's
10256s only one it's Jay that falls but Aegis
10259s they are able to withstand and once they
10261s dislodge Zoe here it should be the flip
10263s coming through but taking down death
10265s might actually mean there could be a
10267s recontest coming out kind of early in
10268s this next fight yeah that could be huge
10271s I mean Jason have to make a decision do
10273s they go back and try to get death or do
10275s they just try to flight this out in the
10277s numbers that they have and hope that
10278s they can sell out the good news for Aus
10280s is that they got a lot of ultimates out
10282s from Fable despite using a lot of them
10283s themselves the bad news is that Zoe has
10286s that Dragon Blade almost online and that
10287s was the big fight Turner last time
10289s around they've got to find some sort of
10290s counter now that their sound barrier is
10292s gone immortality Field's not going to
10294s like Su throughout all of it they do
10295s have an AM they got to use it now they
10297s actually have to use the immortality
10298s field early that's an interestingly
10300s placed a matrix there it seems to be
10302s mostly for heals right now and to try
10303s and put out a little bit of damage from

10318s cleared they just have to get rid of the
10320s bodies and they're going to be able to
10323s take sublevels here if Fable has
10325s anything left to say about it Avery with
10327s a gravitic flux finds Keith that could
10329s be absolutely massive and takes down J
10331s as well Fable they're able to flip this
10333s courtesy of that gravitic flux down is
10335s still there though still melting
10337s everyone else down Arya going to deal
10338s with that Zoe is back and Fa will find
10341s the flip and they still have the blade
10343s that was almost disastrous I thought for
10345s sure Zoe went for the like smart play
10348s tried to take Z Panther offline but
10350s ended up costing their life but now it
10352s all works out they have the blade for
10354s this fight Jade does have the sound beer
10356s almost online they could actually try to
10358s use even like a blizzard to try to just
10359s lock him down freeze them up as a
10361s counter so he's got to be careful they
10362s don't get melted down yeah a little
10365s dicey a little dicey but they get out
10367s this is going to come down to who can
10368s just execute their ultimat better and
10370s Aus they have more at least for the time
10372s being Zoe going to go ahead and pop the
10374s Dragon Blade that's going to force out
10375s the sound barrier from Jay and Zoe they
10377s know they don't even really have to go
10378s all that aggressive to try and get a lot
10380s of value just getting that ult is all
10381s they really need because now Mari going
10383s to go ahead and come in with the
10385s gravitic flock death with the artillery
10386s strike and this is all Aegis in the kill
10388s feed Fable they had a great run there
10391s for a second but it's time to pack it up
10392s and go home suevel belongs to
10395s Aegis I was watching gusty's ultimate
10400s and you want to know what happened was
10403s it a was it an Ajax it was an Ajax they
10406s were in the middle of their sound
10407s barrier lifted up into the gtic flux and
10410s they never got it off that is so painful
10413s that could have completely changed the
10416s course of this fight I mean the fact
10417s that Fable battled back at all like
10419s again ien some crazy close control Maps
10422s every series it seems like it's going
10424s the full distance going all three
10425s submaps everyone is like going to 9999
10427s for the most part with some 100 Zer
10429s sprinkled in but that is so unfortunate
10432s Gusty could have completely changed how
10434s that fight went instead Aus able to rely
10438s on that early lead they built up take
10440s that first sub map and if Aus is able to
10441s get a two Z here you're going to be
10444s looking back at that moment and Fable
10446s they could have capitalized but that
10447s ultimate not going off it's just so
10450s punishing it's such a high value
10452s ultimate that it is just such a shame to
10453s lose it that you know it it's a
10456s potentially just a fight Ender if you're
10457s not able to get the sound barrier off
10459s successfully I mean got to be looking at
10461s Gusty to try and clean that one up and
10463s not get caught out like that again but
10464s that was a great tic flux from Mari to
10466s cause that and AIS they're going to keep
10468s the momentum High they're going to keep
10470s going taking this High ground and you
10472s know it does feel like two brawl teams
10474s just slamming into each other over and
10476s over again but if you have control of
10477s this High Ground it makes it all the
10479s easier to be the one doing the slamming
10481s versus being the one that just has to
10482s kind of sit there and figure out what to
10484s do with all of it is AIS they've already
10486s taken down Z Panther that's death taken
10488s down Avery as well that fastion is just
10491s so lethal it's so hard to be a tank
10492s player when there's a Bastion on the
10493s field it's so hard to be in anything
10496s when you don't have a tank on the field
10497s and that's the value that Bastion brings
10499s to the table yeah I'm starting to think
10501s that I mean you do get the trade but and
10503s you actually do get the first point cap
10505s but other than that you're not going to
10506s get much of anything in that fight I'm
10507s starting to think Fable might want to
10508s try to swap up their DPS lineup at least
10511s maybe the soj I'd love to see maybe a
10513s Bastion or a me just something else the
10516s sjun on its own I mean Ario is playing
10518s it well like no quals there I just don't
10520s know if it's enough damage to really go
10521s Toe to Toe with the Bastion from Death
10523s on the other side death is just putting
10524s in so much damage consistently and AR is
10526s kind of relying more on building up that
10528s rail gun and trying to go for that full
10529s charge shot to actually get that same
10530s sort of effect not being able to find
10532s that same success at least through this
10533s first fight and now AES not only do they
10537s have the capture now they also have ant
10539s Matrix they probably looking to use
10541s right now it's the pick potential of the
10543s soldier that you're going for but that
10544s only only really matters if someone
10545s pokes their head out and Keith does just
10547s that to illustrate my point that's a
10549s great pick off there from Arya and with
10550s all the healing gone Fable they found
10552s themselves away in Avery going to take
10554s down death facing down death itself and
10556s taking them down and AIS they're evicted
10559s from the point there great play from
10561s Arya to open it up and Fable have gotten
10563s themselves on the board here pretty sure
10565s Arya heard me say those things and
10567s immediately was like no no no no this is
10569s why the sojurn works and when you have
10570s that rail gun charge up and you hit
10572s shots like that especially onto an
10573s important Target like he you just win
10575s the fight outright the sound be being
10576s committed also is a huge win they try to
10578s use that to sustain throughout the fight
10579s but they still don't have the healing on
10581s top of it and now that's going to be a
10583s free blade I mean fa should have a free
10585s Fight Win here unless things go horribly
10587s wrong you got to look at Gusty and the
10589s sound barrier coming out there Zoe going
10590s to go ahead and pop the Dragon Blade
10591s immortality field to try and keep death
10593s alive but the immortality field is all
10595s death is able to find with the artillery
10597s strike of their own and Zoe takes down
10599s Keithan with just that Dragon Blade and
10600s the sound barrier to boot Fable are
10602s putting in the pressure but they keep
10604s investing at actually they're going to
10605s pop the overclock and they're getting
10606s some value for it but I got to wonder if
10608s that's an overc commitment that was
10610s everything they had I didn't even see
10612s the sound beer but it came out I think
10614s that was in retaliation to the artillery
10615s strike which isn't necessarily the worst
10617s idea in the world but using the
10619s overclock after you won that fight it's
10622s important to get Sager because it's
10623s important to force Aegis into
10624s uncomfortable position where they this
10626s is their last fight but now there's
10628s nothing left like that sound bear could
10629s have been huge into what's going up be
10631s an upcoming Blizzard from Fifi they have
10633s nothing except the brutality field death
10635s makes a swap you no longer have to worry
10637s about the Bastion you also don't have to
10638s worry about Zoe though because death
10640s just goes right in with a rail shot
10641s takes down the sideboard ninja there and
10643s it's going to be Avery getting melted
10644s down but the the immortality field is
10647s good being able to weather the storm
10649s through the May wall but it's just not
10651s enough it doesn't last forever there's
10653s too much pressure and AIS put on the
10655s pressure and flip the point back in
10656s their favor but 92% for fable and they
10659s do have a way in we're playing a game of
10662s anything you can do I can do better
10663s death makes a swap immediately gets the
10665s first pick they save the the blizzard
10667s they also now have an a matrix of their
10669s own like I said AIS is completely back
10671s in this they are completely changed
10673s their fate they are in the S things the
10674s AL Advantage they're going to have sound
10676s barrier to there's no blade in sight and
10679s there's only two fights left I mean if
10681s this goes long for fable if they get Ted
10682s out too much this might be last fight
10683s right here I'm looking at Avery with
10685s this gravitic flux they pulled out a
10687s miracle out of a hat before but can they
10688s do it once more amp Matrix for amp
10691s Matrix both teams not wanting to show
10693s Too Much face take too much d early on
10695s just going to kite those ultimates out
10696s until they expire and now it's gravitic
10698s flux for gravitic flux sound barrier for
10700s sound barrier fi though is holding on to
10702s the Blizzard and they're going to go
10703s ahead and let it rip the sound barrier
10705s from Gusty to try and keep everyone
10706s alive but that should mean a free gratic
10708s flux and Avery isn't able to use their's
10711s Mari going to pop the gravitic flux
10713s sound barrier comes out from Jay and
10714s there is nothing that Fable can do to
10716s withstand all of the health bars all of
10718s the damage all of the ultimates that AIS
10720s came out here with and despite a close
10722s performance here on Labs AIS will take
10724s Antarctic Peninsula two to zero that's
10728s our first two Z of the day here on
10730s control uh I'm not feeling so great
10732s about what my personal Hope was that we
10735s go to a third map with performance like
10738s that again it was close it was neck and
10740s neck but ages it just seemed like they
10742s had that clutch Factor every time they
10744s needed something to go their way it did
10746s the swaps the positioning the alt Bank
10749s just being a bit better it all worked
10751s out for them and I I'm just going to go
10753s back to kind of that first fight death
10756s on that Bastion I feel like has been a
10757s big difference maker but even when they
10759s swap the sojourn immediate impact that
10762s first pick was like a statement
10763s elimination saying hey I've swapped I'm
10766s mirroring you now and I'm still going to
10768s be the one who's doing better and what a
10771s statement it was being able to just run
10773s the rest of that uh submap all the way
10775s to 100 and take it two zero in order to
10777s really get value out of the soldier like
10779s I said you do have to either catch
10780s someone out of position and get that
10782s rail shot onto them or you have to try
10783s and take off off angles and if you're
10785s doing that you're not putting out the
10787s same amount of pressure onto the enemy
10788s tank as the Bastion is the enemy tank
10791s can't play as safely as they want to
10792s they have to try and be safe and with
10793s that being the case the rest of your
10795s team just doesn't really have space so
10797s you have to come up huge with some of
10799s those rail shots and both sojourns were
10801s able to do just that but it ended up
10803s being death that got the better of that
10806s Exchange in that fight which is I
10808s honestly excuse me honestly I think what
10811s actually dictated the whole thing
10812s because if you look at the sigas back
10814s and forth both Sigma players Avery and
10816s Mari are playing near flawlessly with
10818s each other but it's just who is forcing
10821s errors from the rest of the teams around
10823s them and it's Fable that are making a
10825s little bit more of those mistakes forced
10826s or unforced and AIS that are
10828s capitalizing on them death comes from us
10831s all one way or another right now it is
10833s going for fable backline but I also want
10835s to go back to a play we had talked about
10837s a bunch when it happened the very
10839s unfortunate Ajax that happened back on
10841s map one and I was saying you know if you
10842s lose map 2 you're going to be kicking
10844s self for this because that was your
10846s opportunity to win if they hit that
10847s sound Bearer and it's not like I'm not
10849s going to like call anyone like obviously
10851s it's un very unfortunate if you're the
10852s Lucio player Gusty but there's so many
10854s factors go into it you're in the
10855s graphitic flux you're being focused fire
10857s down everyone hears you cast the
10859s ultimate and that sound that that voice
10861s line goes out before you actually land
10862s on the gun or actually use the ultimate
10864s and it has one of the longest cast times
10866s in the game too but that could have been
10868s a complete change we could have seen you
10870s know submap 3 that could have been it
10872s going fa's way but it did not and just
10874s as you were saying like near Flawless
10876s from both of these sigmas putting out
10878s pretty similar numbers except when you
10880s look at eliminations I think that's the
10882s big thing we noticed this in the last
10883s series too it's not about damage
10885s necessarily or even damage blocked it's
10888s about helping your team get those
10889s eliminations my eyes personally
10892s gravitate down more to the damage blocks
10894s and the deaths on the side of Avery
10895s because if you look at like like the
10897s damage is is pretty similar throughout
10899s and I feel like if you're on the winning
10900s team that eliminations is going to be
10902s just a little bit higher but that shows
10904s how much pressure Avery was under
10906s especially from the Bastion they can't
10908s exist comfortably they have to block so
10910s much damage and eventually they're going
10912s to crumble because Mari is just not
10914s under the same pressure she can just go
10916s ahead and dish out all of the all of the
10918s hurt that she wants continue to take all
10920s of the space continue to push Avery and
10922s the rest of the gang back and there's
10923s not a whole lot that they can do about
10925s it I am a big believer that Bastion is
10927s kind of the major driving force in The
10930s Meta I am begging and pleading for a
10933s Bastion to make the rest of the Tank
10935s cast playable let I mean I'm glad they
10937s killed dive meta cuz Winston was
10939s lingering around for just a little bit
10940s too long in the meta but like did they
10942s have to like not only kill it but just
10945s like Nuke nuke it entirely at a
10947s subatomic level by having Bastion become
10950s this now driving force between every
10952s team composition like come
10955s on well unfortunately that is going to
10958s be the current met of the current patch
10959s notes still in favor of Bastion for the
10961s time being I think it's interesting
10963s though because you can notice notice
10964s like the deps was way lower on the side
10967s of Mari and I think a big part of that
10968s is because of that Bastion like you said
10969s like it's not fun to play tank into
10970s Bastion but you don't have that answer
10972s on the other side it doesn't work and
10974s sojourn is great at picking off
10975s squishier characters supports uh other
10978s DPS because of that rail gun like fully
10980s charged in the headshot capability but
10982s it feels like when you shoot into a tank
10984s as sojourn you're kind of just like
10986s firing like a Nerf gun at them it's just
10988s like kind of bouncing off and if they
10989s can get healed up it doesn't really
10990s matter the rail gun shots I I think with
10992s an overclock if you like consist L just
10994s hit like head shot after head shot after
10996s head shot then you could find value of
10997s the so into a tank but in general not so
11001s much we are going to be moving on to map
11003s 2 and for the third time today it's
11005s going to be numani I'm I'm really
11007s wondering what it is about numani these
11009s like teams like so much but we've seen
11011s it every time I I so what I think it is
11013s and this is just my kind of tinfoil hat
11015s theory about it I don't know it might be
11017s it might be a complete misread of the
11019s meta right now but because a lot of
11020s these teams are playing like that Sigma
11021s poke composition they want to play the
11024s hybrid map that lets them have the most
11025s control over High Ground on the
11027s defensive there where they know that
11029s they can just melt down a dive
11030s composition I think a lot of these teams
11031s are playing for that defensive hold and
11034s if they're not able to get it then
11035s they're just playing what they've been
11036s practicing what's been their biggest
11038s strength what are they able to get out
11039s of it that said you know having it be
11042s the one that has this High ground and
11044s where it does kind of seem to favor dive
11045s on the attack that's always something
11047s that we could see and we do know again
11049s yeah Mari likes to pop out with that
11051s doomfist every now and then she's great
11052s at it but she's also really really good
11054s at the sigma and that might be what they
11056s decide to go for on the defense it's
11058s really anybody's ball game here but I
11060s think just because Sigma is like the The
11062s Meta when it comes to hybrid right now
11064s this is where everybody is currently
11066s practicing and also ba like just Bastion
11069s it's a great map for Bastion and chat I
11072s want you all to do something like when
11073s the show when the show's over here if
11074s you don't believe me load oh we got time
11077s okay cool I can go off on this tangent
11078s we're going for a pause real quick if
11080s you don't believe me go into even just
11082s the quick play game after for the show

11093s going to happen is one of the enemy DPS
11095s is going to play Bastion and suddenly
11097s the tank rock paper scissors doesn't
11099s mean diddly squat anymore because you
11100s now need your DPS to either match or
11103s shut down the Bastion or you just simply
11105s don't get to play the game you get to
11107s find a corner to peek get real
11109s acquainted with the paint on that wall
11111s peek out maybe take a little space and
11113s then get forced back with your tail tuck
11115s between your legs get the Primal Leap
11117s back to spawn basically is what you're
11118s saying and you go in and you're out
11121s immediately back into the gray screen
11123s it's like the H po you put your you put
11125s your left foot in Bastion takes it off
11127s so you take your left foot
11130s out you swap the Jer Queen and you use
11132s commanding shout that's what it's all
11134s about let's go that was a really good
11137s rhyme you know whoos to you that was
11138s very well thought out we got we got to
11140s make a parody of that someone got to
11141s make a parody of that one day but
11144s hear the cringe coming out from all of
11145s chat for that one good the cringier the
11149s better but what we're going to see is
11150s that Fable is actually going to be
11152s running the Bastion themselves something
11153s that we did not see at all on Antarctic
11155s Peninsula and Aus does not have AIS does
11158s not have it at all they are actually
11159s going back to the so going to Genji so
11161s they running the same line for DBS
11163s lineup That Fable ran and lost on yeah a
11166s little bit of a Miss Elliot flip it in
11167s reverse it but Fable just walking right
11169s over them Mari dead Jay dead death able
11172s to clean up Gusty but I don't think
11173s think that's going to be all that much
11176s when you have already lost so many
11177s resources and a just yeah they uh
11180s they're about done this fa will just go
11182s ahead and walk forward and take point a
11184s and this is again where we were talking
11186s about where if you can't hold The High
11188s Ground effectively with this composition
11190s it just kind of crumbles and now the
11192s momentum is in Fable favor absolutely
11195s they get the swap they're they get the
11197s uh the point they are now going to force
11198s AIS to swap so they've gone back to the
11200s May Bastion and I think the most
11202s interesting wrinkle of this is the Yari
11204s so a lot of damage a lot of potential
11205s healing as long as that pylon is up up
11208s online and there it's taken off so not
11209s as much healing capability it doesn't
11211s allow them to speed in though which is
11213s something that we've seen a lot of these
11214s Sigma comps do despite it being more of
11216s a poke based style they have no really
11218s way to engage they have no way to
11219s disengage and they can get run through
11221s just like they are right now yeah once
11223s you scout out that composition and you
11224s realize that thear is not great at or at
11227s close range you go in and you close the
11228s distance but it might have been too a
11230s little too late because Fable already
11231s had the captive Sun Z Panther puts out
11234s so much damage and so much healing that
11236s they already have that ability and sure
11238s Aegis might have tried to run and close
11240s the distance but they just ran into a
11241s brick wall captive sun is one of the
11244s least expensive ultimates in the game
11246s because you do so much with you get alt
11248s percentage firmer healing pylon as well
11250s as the damage that she's outputting so
11252s it's the best of both worlds it's a very
11253s powerful ultimate if you can land it
11255s there it does it helps get two off the
11257s board now Aegis they are scrambling they
11259s are trying to find a way back in they're
11261s going to use an an Matrix to try to make
11262s it happen it's a great place an Matrix
11264s but the wall kind of works a little bit
11266s against them there from fi they can't
11268s really you know commit too much and
11269s Fable are able to duck and Dodge it but
11271s the remaining members of a just drop off
11273s The High Ground weed out those that were
11275s ducking in the trenches from Fable and
11277s Fable they don't expend any ultimates
11278s but they are still forced to back out
11280s and AIS have found themselves that
11282s defensible position on the at the end of
11284s point B it's going to come down to J I
11286s think I mean they are still 25% away
11289s right now from that sound barrier so
11291s there is still a lot of room to go
11294s before they actually get up to it and
11296s there's so many ultimates from Fable
11297s everything except from that Captain son
11299s but they lose Arya yeah and there's that
11302s all that aggression coming out from
11303s Aegis they invest the gravitic flux and
11305s they Splat Avery back down to earth and
11307s B they're not able to do a whole lot
11309s when they don't have the space this is
11311s again that arari versus the Lucio that
11313s we're seeing where Aegis have the
11315s ability to go aggressive and take space
11317s where Fable they have to rely on Panther
11319s hitting those shots yeah and it's easier
11321s said than done I mean there's a lot of
11323s amazingly talented Flex supports in
11325s calling all heroes butan one of even
11328s with that being the case it's just
11330s there's who do you even take out on the
11331s side of Aegis I mean it's really Baptist
11333s or bust because Jay can run around the
11336s sigma is tanky May is tanky Bastion is
11338s literally a tank so the I mean you can
11341s create some space now and like this is
11342s huge because now you can do a lot of
11344s like damage and they're really worried
11345s about you firing through the an magic
11346s but other than that like if they run
11347s into you you're going to be much less
11349s useful that's a little bit of BM for
11351s Arya to go for death there with that uh
11352s that artillery I guess both bastions
11354s popped it but Fifi going to go ahead and
11356s pop the blizzard and the captive Sun
11357s comes out from Z Panther but it's not
11359s enough to get much of anything as AIS
11361s they're looking pretty strong here I
11363s take it back actually the captive sun
11364s takes down Keith and Fable they're still
11366s in this and they're still pushing the
11367s cart AIS they might have just fumbled it
11371s they get the blizzard and Z Panther's
11373s actually caught in it but despite that
11376s they still get the elimination now
11377s they've swapped onto the Lucio and
11379s that's a four minute time they is so
11381s much time to work with on the Bonnie
11384s and it as you can see them like they're
11385s they're struggling they're trying to
11386s find something that works they've
11387s swapped death to the ash now after the
11389s bashing just wasn't enough and aable
11392s still has such a healthy Al bank they
11393s are so close to that duplicate not too
11395s far away from the gravic flux they are
11397s making some great great time we've seen
11398s so many teams get Sall out here on this
11400s final Point especially around this B can
11402s they be the Difference Maker or will it
11404s be the same story we've seen thus far
11406s death made a swap over onto the ash but
11408s I don't know if there's really a good
11409s angle to play here I think you're
11410s essentially just playing for the
11412s dynamites there but speak of dynamites
11414s there's going to be a dynamite play
11415s coming out from Aegis they're going to
11416s go and pop that sound barrier trying to
11419s go aggressive and trying to take some
11421s some space but Avery does not want to
11423s let them do it another gravitic flux and
11424s Z Panther going to just snipe Jay out of
11427s the sky like SK shooting and with the
11428s duplicate from Zoe fa can just keep the
11431s pressure on Mari pops the gra clock and
11433s takes down Avery so AIS are still
11436s lingering around but I think they've
11438s taken too many casualties Fable are just
11440s going to keep marching forward they do
11442s lose ARA though so they should get at
11444s least a little bit more progress they
11445s won't get stuck on this first Bend but I
11448s think that's about all you can get now
11449s it's time to completely back off will
11452s they get found out it looks like they
11454s will just barely get out it's a nice
11455s Shield placement by Avery to help make
11457s sure the rest of the team is able to
11458s survive through that and they still have
11460s captive Sun they still have uh the ant
11463s Matrix and yeah you you're right death
11465s use bum I didn't even see it on the
11466s field and they got really no value from
11469s it I mean it it buys them just a little
11471s bit of time to get this corner position
11472s back which is you want this is where you
11474s want to hold if you're AIS but as far as
11476s SS the coffers are running quite dry for
11479s AIS and Fable they have everything they
11481s could ever want they can just go ahead
11482s and throw away this artillery strike
11484s realistically use it to force out some
11485s ultimates and force some positioning and
11487s they're going to get all the positioning
11489s the captive sun goes in Zoe goes in with
11491s the cleanup Keith is down Jay is going
11493s to follow and Fable they press the
11496s advantage they invest where they need to
11497s and they are Marching In towards the
11499s checkpoint is there even going to be
11500s anybody left alive to touch the body
11502s block onto Mari they don't want to let
11504s her get the touch she does get a little
11506s bit of those toes on the point and takes
11508s down Z Panther but is going to fall for
11510s it and now it's just stagger City the
11512s Lucio and the Tracer to try and stall
11515s Avery with the gravitic flux to remove
11516s them from the payload and that's going
11518s to be Fable capping numani and that is a
11522s statement map minute 43 on the clock
11527s plenty of chances to hold on defense and
11529s at least are guaranteed to force extra
11532s rounds and they did that especially
11534s after getting two zeroed on control
11535s especially the way it went down when
11537s they were so close to that first point
11539s but again the least ultim didn't out and
11541s even on the second point a very back and
11543s forth engagement that just ended up
11545s going the way of Aegis when it was all
11546s setting done fa they bounced back they
11549s answer back and now the ball is all in
11550s aegis's court and they showed us a
11553s different look like they they made the
11554s Bastion from Arya work which really
11556s makes me question why it didn't come out
11558s on antartic PO maybe they just thought
11560s because of the geography of the map
11561s didn't make sense maybe if their play
11563s style didn't make sense but they adapted
11565s here I mean they swapped off of the
11567s Lucio they went uh at least for a little
11569s bit they went um like they started with
11571s thei but they did go for the Lucio at
11572s least for the recontest I do think the
11575s arari is actually Ena enabling them a
11577s bit more you can see like kind of that
11579s consistent damage coming in from the
11581s backline a bit more than the speed but
11583s now that they're on defense I'm a bit
11584s worried because they are going to get
11586s run over if they're not able to push
11588s them back yeah it's going to be up to
11590s Jay on the Lucio there I mean I I've
11593s read a couple fables in my day I'm
11595s familiar with the hero's journey you got
11596s to have the struggle and boy was there

11605s attack they do seem primed to be able to
11607s do just that but the next task the next
11610s step in the hero's journey is to play
11612s defense and we'll see if Panther is able
11614s to keep it up see if they're able to
11616s keep getting some of those big shots on
11618s the I was very impressed and if they
11620s continue to Leverage The High Ground
11622s they might be able to to keep that
11623s momentum up but as Aegis approach here
11626s wheels go down speed boost comes out and
11628s everybody from Fable getting run over
11630s Avery and Gusty are so low Avery is
11632s going to fall Gusty going to go down as
11634s well and AIS take this High Ground
11637s essentially for free and yeah you can
11639s leverage the other High Ground get all
11640s the pick potential all the damage you
11642s want but it doesn't amount to anything
11643s if you don't have a tank to hold
11645s space with how many games on Nani I'm
11647s wondering if we're finally going to see
11649s a team just try to play the opposite
11651s High Ground instead of trying to hold
11652s this first one of the split approach cuz
11654s it has not worked so far every team
11656s unfortunately for on their defense is
11658s just going to absolutely run over even
11660s without the LC I mean we saw Fable do it
11662s themselves now they're going to get run
11663s over a little bit themselves it's that
11664s first one was given up very quickly and
11667s again this is like they take out be
11669s that's huge but this the circle that I'm
11670s worried about is like with that Lucio
11671s speed they can just continue to push and
11673s push and push on the side of Aegis
11675s they're going to keep pushing though
11676s despite losing Fifi there and they do
11678s indeed push back as Avery gets fed as
11681s does Gusty and panther
11683s Fable they're going to keep falling they
11685s have to continue to fall back as Aegis
11687s just keeps Maring on forward and you
11689s keep talking about you know the Lucio
11690s versus the Yari as good as Panther is
11693s the the Lucio just enables that March
11696s forward it makes it so hard for fable to
11698s even have a minute to
11700s breathe yeah the L really enables you as
11703s a player to hit those head shots and get
11704s eliminations but the Lucio enables the
11706s entire team just to run in and
11707s absolutely run over your opponent so
11710s that team based style has been working
11712s for ages th far they're taking The High
11714s Ground they're only leaving J on the
11715s card so they're trying to really play
11717s aggressively here maybe try to zone out
11718s the people that are caught in here they
11720s actually might be able to get them but
11722s it's going to be an immortality field at
11723s least saving the day for a bit but Zoe
11724s not able to get out it's a great
11726s immortality field that comes out from
11728s Gusty but it is not enough as Zoe does
11730s fall like you said and Gusty she's going
11732s to follow and the rest of fable are just
11734s collapsing like Domino's being
11736s suffocated under the pressure that AIS
11738s is mounting right now and this is a
11740s blazing fast time 54 seven in the time
11743s bank to try and cap Point C I feel like
11746s we might be heading for Extra Innings
11747s unless Fable is able to dig their heels
11749s in deep it's going to have to be the
11751s defensive hold of a lifetime maybe swap
11753s them some things up they do have the
11756s captive Sun as well as the ant Matrix
11757s and shortly the gravitic flux butan AJ
11760s still has so much to work with artillery
11761s strike gravitic flux their own sound
11764s barriers right around the corner they
11765s might just get run over here even with
11767s Fable having some ultimates here they're
11769s going to be just oh they get one right
11770s off that they get two yeah that's a
11773s great play there from Avery and they
11774s still have the gravitic flux if they
11775s need it Mari went ahead and popped hers
11777s and took down Gusty for it so a little
11779s bit difficult for fable and a is not
11781s actually able to get the gravitic flux
11782s off but doesn't even really need to
11784s because the rest of fable come through
11786s and they're able to stabilize at least
11788s for the time being they now have control
11790s over this corner and with that gravitic
11792s flux can potentially start an ult cycle
11795s that keeps them in this map and Jay used
11798s the sound barrier that is massive there
11800s there's nothing to counter the blade the
11803s uh gratic flux I mean there is a
11805s mortality field but that can be
11806s destroyed so there's nothing that is
11807s like going to be as powerful as that
11808s beat and that's going to be the G flux
11810s being used yeah there's no immortality
11812s field needed Keith very confident that
11813s they don't need it Jay does fall though
11816s and the rest of fable can go ahead and
11817s March forward with there like you said
11819s no sound barrier to save off the
11821s pressure so the pressure does Mount and
11823s Fable they're sitting pretty right now
11825s and they still have that beat or sorry
11826s they still have that blade and they can
11828s just kill time I mean that's what
11829s they're doing they go for one pick they
11831s back up the am isn't thrown into their
11833s face see what they can do the blade it's
11835s not going to be able to come out Arya
11837s pops the overclock though but Zoe is not
11839s able to pop that Dragon Blade and the
11841s overclock has just clocked out Arya
11844s Falls and Aegis have finally gotten
11846s themselves back into this and Fable on
11848s the back foot it's going to be a almost
11850s a team kill there a little bit staggered
11852s there Zoe going to be the first one back
11853s with that Dragon Blade but AIS they are
11856s now once again primed to suffocate Fable
11859s and entirely snuff out what little flame
11862s they were able ble to stoke there on
11863s their defense Avery coming out to try
11865s and get the touch put a little bit of
11867s damage out but there's going to be a lot
11868s of damage coming their way here comes
11870s the captain Sun death is going to fall
11872s though that is great news if you're if
11874s you're Fable Dragon Blade going to come
11876s out and there's still no sound barrier
11878s from Jay to stop it so Zoe going to find
11880s a 3K with it Fable
11882s stabilize they do stabilize but for how
11885s long that was a lot I mean they used the
11888s overclock in the last fight plate as
11890s well as Capon in this one they do have
11891s an an Matrix that can potentially stay
11893s off pressure but if Jade gets that beat
11895s often time if they're able to get the
11897s sound barrier they can just like run
11899s straight at them they can run past the
11901s amrix it's not even a problem they'll
11903s have all the overshield in the world
11904s that they'll ever need to get through
11906s that and they might be actually able to
11907s catch some of the members of fable off
11909s on high ground it looks like they get
11910s out just in the nick of time that almost
11912s happened for the second time we saw that
11913s happen previously on that second point
11916s they're going to be able to drop from
11917s here this is going to be great
11917s positioning All Eyes for me right now
11920s are on Gusty and the way that she's able
11922s to use
11923s the uh the immortality field because AIS
11925s have that Wombo Combo that gravitic flux
11927s and that artillery strike but death
11929s Falls before they're able to use it Arya
11931s with a great heads up pickoff there they
11932s got to invest their gravitic flux
11934s without that artillery strike and turns
11935s out they don't even need it as they turn
11937s Arya into a pancake there on the
11939s pavement Panther getting the pick off
11941s there onto Jay and there's still members
11943s of fable able to keep the cart in
11945s contest for Now Zoe takes down Fifi and
11947s it's so back and forth and it's just
11949s Mari Le for AIS not able to get enough
11952s to get the cart fully Capp the spawn
11954s Advantage just too much too
11956s insurmountable AIS still not able to
11958s complete and Fable still cling to life
11961s and this is where you see thei really
11963s pay off because there's nowhere to run I
11965s mean the speed boost as a Defender does
11967s not matter here you were already backed
11968s up all the way in your spawn when you're
11970s able to get the like the tap on to J you
11972s get the head shot able to take them
11974s offline and then even if you fall just
11975s enough building enough time for this uh
11978s for your team to re-engage it's all you
11980s could need and more that's huge so with
11982s the pick off there on to Fifi and Zoe
11984s has that Dragon Blade if they're able to
11985s use it able to get back up to full HP
11987s and Aegis they have to try and play safe
11990s they're going to go route around the
11991s corner here and pop the ant Matrix but
11992s Fable they just kite it they're going to
11994s go ahead and pop the uh the artillery
11996s strike as well to try and force people
11997s back but they're bleeding resources and
11999s they haven't found any kills and Fable
12002s they have everything they need they
12003s still have the blade they still have the
12005s gravitic slocks Mari with a huge
12007s accretion to take down Gusty though
12008s cvitic flux comes down as does the
12011s captive Sun it takes down death it's so
12013s Scrappy either way but it looks like AES
12015s are getting the better of it and that
12017s might be the cap Fable still have a
12019s couple of resources but are they going
12021s to be able to stop this cart the
12023s blizzard they need the blizzard on the
12024s point that is the ultimate wi con they
12026s do get Zoe they need it on the cart
12028s right now they're going to finally use
12030s it that's going up at least take out
12032s Arya and this should eventually finally
12035s be the capture unless things just
12037s somehow flip but I don't see that
12039s happening dragon blade from Zoe comes
12041s out there is actually potential Zoe with
12043s two and Gusty had taken out one earli on
12044s in the fight Gusty hangs on or Zoe hangs
12047s on sorry but gets just a little bit too
12049s far away from the cart and Mari is able
12052s to get the cap there that was there was
12054s potential there for fable to turn that
12056s back in their favor but just not enough
12058s bodies to keep it on the pay or keep
12061s themselves on the payload and keep it in
12063s contest yeah I'm not going to call that
12065s a C9 just cuz I feel like that's just
12067s unlucky like you're dashing through you
12069s just miss the point by a sliver it's you
12072s know you think you're there you're not
12074s there it's very unfortunate because I do
12076s think there that was full holdable but
12079s even so like the fact that Fable it was
12081s 540 when they just got to that third
12084s point they killed five 4 minutes and 40
12087s seconds off the clock that is insane now
12091s they actually tier picks and ult cycling
12093s that's all all you have to do especially
12095s once you have that spawn Advantage you
12096s use the ults you press your advantage
12098s and find the picks you need to when you
12100s need to find them and I think the most
12102s important thing from all that is that
12103s now they actually have the time make
12104s Advantage they have almost double the
12106s time almost 2 minutes that gives you a
12108s lot more time this is a very far
12110s attacker spawn it takes you quite a
12112s while to get there we're going to look
12114s at Zoe stats as Genji did a great job in
12116s that final fight keeping things alive
12118s especially with that blade but like you
12120s lose this first fight as Aegis and you
12122s don't take it quick enough that might be
12123s it like you might only get one
12125s opportunity to go as a full team there's
12127s a lot more pressure now on Aegis to like
12128s win this first fight get that first
12130s point capture and get that cart moving
12132s it doesn't seem though that Fable have
12134s learned their lesson cuz they're still
12136s going for that split approach I mean you
12138s know they have they have the Genji they
12139s are not playing the ash anymore but they
12141s do have Arya on that sojer and it's
12143s still that split High Ground approach
12145s you got to believe AIS just going to go
12146s for what works what brought them to the
12148s dance so far and that is speed boosting
12150s right in and they take down Gusty that
12153s again all your healing gone you can't
12155s sustain a tank for all that much longer
12157s so Avery's life is it's it's numbered
12160s their days are numbered fa they have to
12162s back up a little bit as Aegis have The
12164s High Ground here but Zoe the hero of the
12166s story going in taking down death has to
12168s try and get the mega to try and stay
12170s alive but while they dip away the rest
12172s of the bodies fall and Aegis are going
12174s to cap point
12176s a they are Zoey not going to be long for
12179s this world immediately he going to be
12181s taken out I thought there might be a
12182s chance where they contest it so out a
12183s little bit longer but honestly it
12185s doesn't even matter because this is now
12187s going to be overtime no matter what he
12189s just always has to have someone on the
12190s cart they step off it for just a little
12192s bit B too long it's going to be lights
12193s out for them to be really careful about
12195s their positioning you see them playing
12196s very aggressive they did this last time
12197s they took this High Ground very quickly
12199s and it worked out pretty well but I'm a
12202s little bit worried of how far away the
12203s card is if they lose this fight 4v5 here
12206s like this is it this is the a over for
12207s them here on Nani you got to try and
12209s stop this card as quickly as you can if
12212s you're Fable you can't let this start to
12213s spiral out of control ant m going to
12215s come out from Keith try and start that
12216s spiral but Fable they don't have to show
12219s their faces they don't have to check it
12220s too much they can just let it expire but
12222s that's cart progress you take that if
12224s you're Aegis but the immortality field
12226s being forced out means if Zoe gets
12227s healed there might be a way in for the
12230s Genji but Avery gets so so very low the
12233s May wall to isolate them they're able to
12235s hold on just a little bit longer the
12237s captive Sun comes out but Avery Falls
12239s the captive sun doesn't find any kills
12242s gravitic flux comes out from Mari death
12244s has fallen so there's not going to be a
12246s whole lot of followup for the damage
12247s that comes out Arya popping that
12249s overclock is going to be able to find
12251s much of anything it does does find that
12253s immortality field Zoe with a kill there
12255s onto J and Fable are buying their way
12257s back into this they have to invest
12259s everything they have but it might just
12261s be enough to finally stall the cart out
12262s and indeed it is halfway through point B
12265s is where that cart will stop and with 2
12267s minutes Fable they have a win condition
12270s if they're chasing that that story book
12272s ending that is where the next chapter
12275s begins you got to remember this is Aegis
12278s in the series leate it's only a first to
12279s two so this is a very important for
12282s vable if they want any chance of getting
12284s that undefeated record uh exiting the
12287s day the first day of this Swiss stage
12289s this is the last game of the day the
12290s last round of the day they have to win
12292s here to give themselves a chance Aegis
12295s not exactly in the driver's seat but
12297s still a very good I would say a solid
12299s push overall of only a minute to spare
12301s they get half with the point B so really
12303s AIS has to hold like the first point for
12305s a little bit longer like they got to
12306s kill some time off the clock the second
12308s point it almost always goes the way with
12310s the attacker eventually so it's going to
12311s be about how they hold this first point
12313s down and I really want to see not the
12315s same exact hold that every team has
12317s tried on defense and every team has
12319s fallen using it doesn't have to
12321s necessarily be like on the other H or
12322s just anything else you know I I'd like
12324s to see a successful defense just once on
12326s point a please just a crumb of
12328s successful defense don't just get run
12330s over by a Lucio and a Bastion on The
12332s High Ground and be forced to like vacate
12334s the
12335s premises death this Bastion put in quite
12339s a bit of work has helped get their team
12341s into this poti potential series clining
12343s scenario but still some more work to be
12345s done I think with this may they have to
12348s like you got to wall someone off but
12349s there's going to be a bash on the side
12351s there's going to be an echo flying
12352s around so this oneall might not be
12354s nearly as useful as you would expect it
12355s to be because you think you w someone
12356s off oh it's an instant kill but with all
12358s this like burst damage it might not
12360s really amount to much they might just
12362s get run over again there's still no
12364s Lucio though so you have to be careful
12366s Panther has to be able to keep the heals
12368s up and hit the shots and Zoe has to come
12370s in from behind and get the big sticky
12372s bombs but Avery is there with the damage
12375s and Fable they're able to stabilize
12377s they're able to just bait Aegis into
12379s their trap and that's a team kill and if
12381s that is on a point a cap I don't know
12383s what is it's not looking good for Aegis
12386s getting the two but it's looking pretty
12388s good that we might be going to flash
12390s point it's a little bit more push from
12391s Fable to get it across the Finish Line
12393s here's the most important thing with how
12394s quickly they took that point they could
12396s actually potentially lose a fight here
12398s and still have time to recontest it
12400s really depends on where like they got
12401s got to lose it basically at this corner
12403s and still have like 20 30 seconds left
12405s but it's possible so they've given
12407s themselves you know like a condition
12409s where they can lose and still lose a
12411s fight and still potentially win out the
12412s map so there's a lot on the line here
12415s because they cap so quickly though AIS
12417s did actually get really good spawn so
12418s you can see how close they're able to
12419s hold right now Fable has to find a kill
12422s and hopefully do it close enough to
12424s overtime so they can start to leverage
12425s those OT spawns they got to try and go
12427s in and make this fight quick a nice wall
12430s there from FiFi to try and segment off a
12432s but it's not able to confirm the kill
12434s but they do find Gusty but the gravitic
12436s flux comes out is it going to find
12438s anything it looks like everybody from
12439s Fable is still alive and healthy the
12441s gravitic flux from Mari isn't able to
12443s find anything Avery is just killing
12445s everyone right now that's a 4K for Avery
12447s and Fa they keep their feet on the gas
12449s they're still alive one more fight and
12451s they may have bought themselves into map
12453s three Avery really s that you look at
12456s those stats 44 elim 7 17,000 Damage Done
12461s really showing that you can be a DPS on
12463s a tank and here we go final fight this
12466s will be a reg they swap to the emergency
12468s reinard just to charge back in the
12470s Reinhardt and the Moira they're on Fast
12472s Heroes they only hope they really have
12474s is that sound barrier but Jay get gets
12476s ajaxed they're not able to use the sound
12478s barrier in the captive Sun from Panther
12479s comes out all the damage coming in the
12481s kills are going fa's way Keith is able
12484s to find Gusty though and panther is very
12486s low has to try and take a little bit of
12488s a dip behind cover for good measure but
12490s Bei with the blizzard and everyone from
12492s Fable they're falling at the final
12493s hurdle that pick off on Dusty was
12495s everything and Aegis they're able to
12497s stabilize they're able to stay alive
12499s there're still just a couple of members
12500s to try and dislodge you've got Panther
12502s taking a timeout in the corner just to
12504s keep the payload in contest Gusty is
12506s back on the Lucio Avery back in on the
12509s doomfist but there is no taking Aegis
12512s off of this payload right now they are
12513s glued with Gorilla Glue onto the top of
12516s it that duplicate comes out from Zoey
12518s are they able to find anything with it
12519s Avery Falls the shatter isn't able to go
12522s off Arya with the overclock finds a kill
12525s but it's not enough there's not enough
12527s bodies and it was so close but Aegis are
12530s able to hold on with the emergency rush
12533s pick the emergency Reinhardt and Moira
12535s they broke the glass brought it out and
12537s despite heroic plays from Fable AES take
12540s this series two to zero that is
12543s heartbreaking that is a heartbreaking
12545s way for this series to end it looks like
12548s Fable had cracked the code they get such
12550s a good first attack they win this fight
12553s pretty Solly but I think the issue is
12554s they just used too much to win that
12556s fight there they had time on the clock
12558s they could have lost it they lick their
12560s wounds backed up gone for another fight
12563s after but instead they allow for this
12566s swap to come out they Ry bra with MOA
12568s Moira and it works they just swing for
12571s the fences they get all the damage in
12573s that they need they sustain so well
12574s Moira everyone thinks about Moira is
12576s like oh just you know DPS just like
12578s completely does damage the entire time
12580s no aim no brain etc etc but her healing
12583s orbs are crazy they do so much healing
12586s and you saw it come out at the very end
12587s it's what kept Mari alive and it's what
12589s kept their team in the fight AES W
12592s taking one of the most amazing back and
12595s forth first and two series I've ever
12597s seen in my career and they are punching
12599s their ticket to three and0 they are now
12601s one of the teams to beat looking very
12603s very good throughout this swis stage
12605s absolutely I love the pick from uh the
12607s Reinhardt pick from Mari there Fable I
12609s mean my heart goes out to them because
12611s that was so close that is a very
12613s crushing way to lose numani if they're
12615s still chasing that fairy tale ending
12617s luckily we're only in Swiss stage so
12619s there's still a chance they still have a
12620s winning record we may still be seeing
12622s more of them in playoffs and I want to
12624s see more big plays coming out from Avery
12626s if that's the case because that 4K was
12629s absolutely everything to play like that
12631s and for it to be that close it's
12633s crushing it just it there's no other
12635s words to describe it to feel like you
12637s did everything you could and to come up
12639s just an inch short there are more
12642s chapters to this story for fable but
12644s today was not their day the heroes of
12646s this story are
12648s AIS yeah their enemies their villains
12651s AIS they win this round but the heroes
12654s always rise up once again and I'm sure
12656s Fable will find some good footing later
12658s on as we continue on here in Congo
12661s Heroes minor 3 I just got to say like
12663s you could see the heart and soul from
12664s these competitors I think you know we
12666s could say oh maybe we saw a little bit
12667s of trolling earlier on but this was just
12670s all out con like top performance level
12673s play everyone was giving it their all
12675s and mistakes happen it's just you know
12677s this not the best decisions happen but
12680s everyone gave it their all all the time
12683s and that's all I can ask for you can
12684s just you don't even have like player
12686s cams or anything but I can just tell
12687s like you know from the way they're
12688s playing the way they were setting these
12689s fights up the the rotations the alt
12691s management all of it everyone was giving
12693s it 110% and that is exactly why we're
12696s here yeah it is it is called calling all
12698s heroes for a reason we put out the call
12700s and these two teams damer picked it up
12703s and answered and they came to play and
12705s again just so close for fable there all
12708s of the serieses today that we've had
12710s today have been super super close the
12712s score lines don't reflect it despite
12713s being 20 I cannot wait to see what these
12716s teams do for the rest of the tournament
12717s cuz we still have another day of Swiss
12719s play plus the playoffs next weekend and
12722s I want to see I want to see all the
12724s teams that we saw today go the distance
12727s but AIS is definitely going to be a big
12730s threat someone that might just go the
12732s distance still boasting that perfect
12734s record coming out of a barn burner
12737s against Fable it's pretty crazy you know
12740s uh never not going to say like on NE
12743s they don't look good because they have
12744s some very strong players as you
12745s mentioned but I don't think looking at
12747s the initial like draw of the swis stage
12748s I would have said like this is a team
12749s that's going to be 3 and0 after day one
12751s this is a team that's going to be
12752s undefeated after day one but they are
12754s proving me they're proving the doubter
12756s is wrong and they're going to March
12758s forward at least like at worst they
12760s finish three and two which is huge
12761s because that's not necessarily going to
12763s lock up a spot in the playoffs but it is
12765s going to get you very very close to one
12768s look at the difference the difference
12769s that the Bastion makes that we kept
12771s alluding to look at the damage that
12773s death put out and sure that's you know D
12775s a little more than double the damage for
12776s roughly double the time played but it's
12779s value this hero is driving the meta and
12782s you know he's not a must pick but if you
12784s pick Bastion and you put the enemy tank
12786s under that much pressure it just equals
12788s winds it just puts so much pressure in
12790s forces so many errors so many misplays
12793s out of the enemy team that they're just
12794s scrambling to try and find a solution
12796s trying to find a way to deal with you
12798s and sometimes there were glimmers where
12801s Fable was able to do just that and they
12803s even did indeed Force death off of that
12804s Bastion time and time again we saw that
12806s you know kind of high death count but
12808s despite the death count the value was
12811s there AIS got so much value out of that
12813s pick and Fable just weren't able to
12815s match it and I my personal belief is
12818s that what that's what it comes down to
12820s but you could also say that it comes
12821s down to how close that that last fight
12823s was how close it all came down to in the
12826s very end but we have we're going to have
12828s an interview with one of the members of
12830s Aegis to see how they feel once they
12833s take it a minute to breathe unclench for

13138s Reinhardt you swapped to Moira the carts
13141s almost at that box of Victory they were

13190s big rectangle and a ton of faith in your
13192s team and it's I mean it's clear in those
13194s in those moments where it mattered the
13195s most that you did have faith in your
13197s team and speaking of your team not many
13200s of the other teams in this tournament
13201s might have been looking at your team to
13202s be a Potential Threat but now that
13204s you've gone 3 0 you have to be
13206s considered one of the favorites to make
13208s it to playoffs and potentially make a
13209s Deep Run so call your shot which teams
