9s Lead Concept Artist on the Overwatch team.
11s Our newest tank hero, Ramattra, is our first tempo tank,
14s with the ability to change states moment to moment, embodying two forms:
18s omnic and nemesis form.
20s [Ramattra] Show me what you've got!
22s When in omnic form,
24s Ramattra fights using his Void Accelerator staff.
27s Its primary fire shoots out a stream of nanites
29s in a fixed pattern, dealing steady damage.
32s This ability has slow travel time but no damage falloff.
36s It's great as a poking tool,
37s plus it does increased damage if you hit head shots.
41s The secondary ability while in omnic form creates a Barrier at a targeted location.
45s This Barrier has a lot of health, but it only lasts briefly,
48s so it's meant to be used tactically
50s to close the distance as you poke and push objectives on the map.
54s When Ramattra needs to get up close and personal, he can enter his nemesis form,
58s which grants bonus armor and changes some of his abilities.
62s When in nemesis form,
63s Ramattra uses his massive tank arms to Pummel as his primary fire.
68s This is a forward punch
69s that creates a wave of energy with every swing.
72s The shockwave from this punch deals piercing damage
74s that goes through shields and can hit multiple enemies in a row.
78s The secondary ability in nemesis form
79s Blocks and significantly reduces damage taken from the front,
84s but reduces his movement speed.
86s This can also expose Ramattra's back
88s and make him vulnerable to attacks from behind.
90s Regardless of which form he's in,
92s Ramattra can use his Ravenous Vortex.
95s He projects a ball of nanites onto the ground,
97s spreading a damaging field that slows enemies caught in its vicinity
101s and also pulls enemies downwards.
103s For his ultimate ability,
105s Ramattra automatically enters nemesis form
107s and unleashes Annihilation,
110s a wide energy swarm that lashes out towards any enemies in range,
113s dealing constant damage.
115s While enemies are in range of the energy swarm, its timer will pause,
118s keeping the swarm and Ramattra's nemesis form active.
122s Ramattra as a tempo tank
123s is all about playing around the cooldown of nemesis form.
127s You want to use the primary fire on omnic form to soften up your opponents,
132s and when you're ready, go in with nemesis form and Pummel.
