[2023] Overwatch 2 Known Issues - December 8, 2023

To the heroes of Overwatch,

We want to keep you up to date on some of the bugs and issues we’re aware of that are affecting the game. This is not a complete list of all currently tracked issues affecting Overwatch 2, rather, this is a targeted list of some known specific issues with this release.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience, and we appreciate y’all’s understanding. Our team is working to resolve these issues, and we will provide more information as soon as we have updates!

Current Issues

• We have disabled Rialto from all game modes as we investigate an issue with the map.
• We are investigating an issue where directing pinging a teammate with select ping commands like group up is not working correctly.
• We are investigating an issue with the default Weapon Skin option appearing locked and requiring Competitive Points to unlock. Do not attempt to spend Competitive Points on this item, as we cannot refund Competitive Points spent.
• We are investigating an issue where the Pineapple Pizza souvenir has been equipped in player’s emote slots.
• We are investigating an issue where playing the Beast Hunter arcade brawl is not counting toward Daily or Weekly challenges that require Arcade games played.
• We are investigating an issue where crosshair settings is not working correctly when setting the center gap.
• We are investigating an issue for Blizzard World in custom games, so the map is disabled for custom games only.
  • As a workaround, Blizzard World - Winter is still available.
• Career Profile may not be updating correctly for console players. Click here to learn more.
• Some players are experiencing an LC-208 error.

Recent Resolved Issues:

• We have resolved an issue involving FPS performance for select platforms.
