608s we've got six rounds of Swiss action all
610s this weekend for everybody to enjoy
612s before we get into all of that I am fish
614s joining alongside me is 30 birded what
617s better way to start off this minor nerdy
620s than telling people what calling all
621s heroes is about and what better luck for
623s me than to be paired with someone who's
625s participated in calling all heroes so
628s why don't you break it down for
629s everybody what are we looking at here
630s with the calling all heroes just a
632s general and this unite minor too
634s so calling all heroes is a gender
636s inclusive program for underrepresented
639s and marginalized genders to have the
641s opportunity to come forth compete and
642s show off their skills of course they are
643s also competing for the opportunity to
645s grab that bag so to speak as every
647s single one of these tournaments whether
648s it be a major or a minor does have cash
650s prizes so it's always nice to walk away
652s with some cash money additionally
653s players are awarded what are known as
655s circuit points and those are based off
657s of their placement within the majors and
659s minors they're individually awarded to
661s the players and then the top five
662s players on each team those players
665s circuit points will conjoin in one sum
667s to be the calculated total for 18
669s circuit points to officially determine
671s their placements later on in the entire
672s calling all heroes series with that
674s being said we have some returning
676s players that are going to be showing up
677s today they have shifted teams around and
679s they're playing for new teams new new
680s organizations and some teams are
682s returning with the exact same roster so
685s hopefully they're able to change up the
686s gameplay a little bit unless they might
687s have been scouted out and their
689s weaknesses be a little more known this
690s time around
692s yeah there was a whole different wrench
694s in it when you can as you pointed out
695s you could switch teams you don't really
697s cost your team you actually maybe
698s sometimes even benefit your team so I
699s think there's a lot of things people are
701s going to have to be watching out for as
702s you bet but in case you need more
704s of a breakdown here we can take a look
705s at what the format is going to be for
708s our calling all heroes minor 2. today we
710s will have the first three rounds of our
712s switch stage tomorrow we will have
714s rounds four and five with the top eight
715s advancing to the playoffs and then as
718s they already said there is a ton of
719s pricing that five thousand dollar bag
721s and the circuit points as well that they
723s mentioned that it's all up for grabs for
725s the teams but you can't focus all the
727s playoffs you can't focus on anything
729s else or you gotta focus on what's in
731s front of you right now that is round one
733s Swiss stage three games and why don't
736s you take break us through dirty what the
738s map format and what the maps are
739s available are going to be
741s yeah so it is a best of three first to
745s two so to speak and of course as
747s tradition we always start out on control
748s then it's going to move to escort and
750s then hybrid in the chance that we do see
753s any sort of tie Breakers necessary we
755s can then move on to Flashpoint and push
758s to be our tie breaking map so you can
760s see that for the push Maps here in our
763s first round is going to be called a
765s control points are really going to set
766s the point the pace out for this entire
768s series because Flashpoint is just an
771s extremely fast version of control so if
772s we see a team dominate on control points
774s in the very beginning of these series
775s most likely they'll be successful in
777s Flashpoint as well
779s yeah you just mentioned the new hero
781s that came out what do you think that
783s they really think he already brings to
784s the gameplay what do you think we should
786s be looking out for if somebody's going
787s to lock in the Yari for the first time
789s and then calling all his minor I don't
790s think they're available the first time
791s so what should be watching out for with
792s that support in particular
794s so with that support you definitely need
796s me checking your angles because the
797s pylon basically allows an Yari player to
800s set that up for their core unit and walk
802s away or set it up for someone who's
803s currently off angling and then that ER
805s could stay with their core unit or the
806s Yari because of the movement abilities
808s that you get is able to also off angle
811s create pressure and can almost one shot
814s most people that are within that 30
816s meter range before the damage drop-off
818s begins if they take in just a little bit
819s of tickle damage they're able to
821s pressure out a lot of flankers so
822s flankers need to make sure that they are
824s moderating how much time they're trying
826s to spend in the fight how much time
827s they're flanking and making sure they're
829s pulling attention away that they're not
830s overstaying their welcome because in the
832s long drawn out one-on-ones ERI has a lot
835s of access because they can you know be a
837s little bit selfish with their pylon drop
839s it down and then just engage in the
840s one-on-one and say okay I have healing
842s you don't best of luck my friends
845s it's no battle Mercy but any type of
847s supports win in a 1v1 I'm here for that
849s because the support players they never
850s get Glory they're always I need more
852s healing I need more healing I need more
853s healing so it's always nice so they
854s finally get to maybe have a little bit
856s of a pop-off moment there but as we said
858s we are going to start with Swiss round
859s one we're gonna have kunaiichi taking on
861s Demeter in our first game here what do
864s you expect from these players on both
866s sides in game

942s fish a dirty bird getting ready to call
944s all of the action for round one of our
946s Swiss format we do apologize but we're
948s back we're ready to go the nerves got to
950s us honestly before we can even get to
951s the games the nerves hit us but as we're
953s talking about early bird we have two
954s teams benichi and Demeter do you think
957s there's gonna be any nerves especially
958s because they're playing the first game
959s on stream I know these are experienced
961s players I know they're used to it but
962s you still think there's gonna be that
963s nerves from being that first team up or
965s do you think these they're gonna be
966s ready to go and they're just gonna be as
968s soon as we start they're gonna be firing
969s on all cylinders
971s so I think it's going to be a little bit
972s of both before the map starts there's
975s definitely from some players that are
977s not used to being on streams going to be
979s a little bit nervous I mean it's it's
981s rough being the first team on broadcast
982s of the day especially when you're a
984s newer team or more novice players
986s however you need to have trust and faith
987s in not only your own abilities but as
989s well and your T but your teammates
990s abilities as well and as soon as those
992s doors drop I'm pretty sure it's going to
994s be zoned out and honed in on what
996s they're doing in front of them they're
997s going to disregard the fact that there's
998s a broadcast hopefully if they have the
1000s stream running in any way shape or form
1002s it's muted in the background because you
1003s don't need the extra audio distractions
1005s or better yet not even on because you
1007s need to be focused on yourself your team
1009s and your gameplay and doing the
1011s everything in your power to be
1012s absolutely successful and as we
1014s mentioned we are going to be starting
1015s out on control and the doors dropping
1017s are going to be dropping in on Busan so
1019s which of the sub map types we're going
1020s to start on level sub Mouse Forbes when
1022s we start on I don't know are we likely
1025s to see the war of attrition composition
1027s that's been developing so to speak with
1029s the release of the new hero and the
1030s Buffs that have come to the battle
1031s battle that is Arisa probably that means
1034s we're going to see some pretty intense
1035s long fights happening initially on these
1038s points if they choose to go with that
1039s composition though
1042s the battle cattle got me good I'm gonna
1044s be honest that's not I was not ready for
1047s that one but guys you said we are going
1049s to start off as a Caster selfishly I'll
1052s say hey unmute this stream if you pop
1053s off I wouldn't be able to Hype you up
1055s but no nerdy is for right you definitely
1057s don't want any of those background
1058s distraction but before we hop in let's
1059s take a look at the rosters for both of
1061s these teams starting off with kunuichi
1063s here again taking odd to meet or should
1065s be coming up just in a few moments here
1066s I'll Busan but we do have the rosters
1068s hopefully to get to before we started as
1071s already said maybe we're looking for
1072s battle cattle we'll get to that but
1073s right now for kuniichi cgo we have
1076s barcode Emily
1078s V SK and Aspen as the starting five
1081s we'll see what they're able to do on
1083s this first map and now nerdy why don't
1084s you take it away with the meters lineup
1086s yeah for the meters lineup we're
1089s actually going to be starting out with
1092s blobfish Holly who is actually Alex is
1095s how we would have been told to pronounce
1097s that name Maple Karma Rorke and
1100s confusion to round out that roster very
1103s excited to see what they bring to the
1104s table notice that on our previous roster
1106s screen we had Aspen with the Yari
1109s already as their main hero for the
1111s roster lineup in this case we have Karma
1113s and roarke coming out with the Anna
1116s Baptiste however Baptiste synergizes
1118s insanely well at the re so we could see
1120s Karma actually they could be rolling out
1122s on ERI to begin with just to help
1123s facilitate their team more and play off
1125s of Baptiste but we'll have to wait and
1126s see
1127s I'll be honest I would be putting
1129s something super troll is my favorite
1130s hero they gotta prep they gotta prep for
1133s the Yari they just never touch it'd be
1134s like no I I don't even play that that
1136s would be I'm just oh we always try to
1138s gain that little Edge I'll be honest but
1139s again we'll have to see I'm excited here
1141s and you talked about Busan as we look
1143s like we're ready to hop in
1146s I know once we get in the sub Maps
1148s you'll be able to break it down just a
1149s little bit more but Ernie what are you
1150s looking for when these teams first come
1151s out in that first fight to kind of give
1153s you who has this Edge in our first
1154s whiskey
1156s honestly what I'm looking for is where
1159s their pathing leads them based off the
1161s compositions for each sub map type each
1164s each type of comp that you run on these
1166s three sub Maps has its different
1168s locations it's like it's likely to go to
1170s to find the most success now the
1173s interesting part is just because the way
1174s the medic we might end up seeing a lot
1177s more mirror compositions than we have in
1179s the past brawl comp mirror does work you
1182s can run spam into brawl comps still but
1184s I'm really really hoping we do see as
1186s much as some people may not want to I
1188s want to see the war of attrition
1189s composition come out and I want to see
1191s that Arisa I want to see the Baptist I
1193s want to see the era and I want just the
1196s opportunities to see players set up take
1198s strong angles and be willing to take
1201s those 1v1s or to off angle and just
1203s instantaneously Dink and doink someone
1206s and send them to the respawn screen
1207s before the full fight even starts
1210s anytime I can mention battle cattle I'm
1212s all in but here we go we are ready for
1214s map number one here on Busan
1217s kanuichi in the blue Demeter in the red
1221s right now we're seeing some early poke
1223s going on here Emily trying to get on to
1225s the point as well unlocks in 10 seconds
1227s so far no major damage but Alex is
1230s dropped low so we're gonna be taken out
1232s here but nothing yet in terms of
1234s eliminations as both teams just battling
1236s for control of the point it does finally
1238s unlock the beaters on there first they
1240s should be able to take it over as Emily
1241s gets the first kill onto Rorke
1245s and we can see the team Kono Ichi has
1247s come out on that war of attrition
1248s composition they're choosing to go with
1250s the torbjorn as well as the sojourn to
1253s run up that comp whereas team Demeter
1254s has a variation of it with the double
1256s flank DPS and I could have been there on
1258s doing Target focuses Paramount when it
1260s comes to running that Sombra Tracer and
1262s capitalizing on those hacks the issue is
1265s that konoichi has a lot of damage the
1266s Yari can easily turn Bap can turn they
1269s can force out any of those flankers
1271s rendering that comp useless and thus is
1273s why Demeter's made a hot swap over to
1274s double him
1276s I apologies
1286s can be taken out by Alex that should
1289s make at least it a little bit easier to
1291s Peak these Corners at least for now the
1293s ant Matrix did go down up there for
1295s Aspen weren't quite able to find a pick
1297s either Evie right now just holding the
1299s front line you do see the enemy erisa
1302s coming in blobfish at least trying to
1303s get some damages Karma can I get on to
1305s Emily that is huge now up one in the
1307s fight is the meter but they haven't
1309s found a way onto the point quite yet so
1311s far looking for one more elimination are
1313s able to take down immortality field we
1315s do see Evie has the all if they want to
1317s use it they're going to rip it out try
1319s and pick up a kill but not quite able to
1321s but their teammates got him is they get
1322s two and unfortunately despite the early
1324s pick nerdy the meter's going back to the
1326s spawn empty-handed
1328s Karma also popped that captive sun which
1330s typically you do see comboed with a
1332s secondary ultimate and the combo so to
1334s speak is Terror surge in conjunction
1336s with that ultimate Evie also popped
1338s their Terror surge so orisa no Terror
1341s surge somnus now has captive son there
1343s goes that combination so that means you
1345s need to rely on your team to pick a
1347s Target get a lot of damage out on them
1349s when the solar comes down onto the
1352s players when they're marked with the sun
1354s gotta make sure they're deleted we have
1356s strong angles being taken right now by
1358s Maple gets out of shop and I don't even
1360s think it made contact
1362s there is the old from savvis and oh my
1365s goodness just as you talked about an
1368s easy 4K for some dis and Company Maple
1371s the only one left and uh that's probably
1374s gonna about do it here with that deep
1375s kill for map one
1377s I mean captive sun when used properly is
1380s one of the most disgusting ultimates
1382s right now in the game
1384s like I mentioned you do typically see a
1386s combo but it looked like he already knew
1388s what they were doing they were cooking
1389s and they said leave me in the kitchen
1391s alone
1397s at least I mean if you're not a Demeter
1400s fan you're probably excited at least see
1401s the support pop it off but absolutely
1403s insane but what do you think the meter
1405s needs to do here as we go to map two
1407s here on Busan to force us to a map three
1410s because they only got maybe a handful of
1412s picks it never felt like they were able
1414s to find their footing it never really
1415s control the point let alone even win a
1416s team fight
1418s so honestly they made the quick swap
1421s after losing fight one which is totally
1422s fine but if they're going to continue to
1424s run a double sniper or even double hit
1427s scan composition making sure that when
1429s they Peak these angles they need to be
1431s one two three with their teams that
1432s there's pressure being created from
1433s multiple angles by them so the one
1436s person who's off angling alone is not
1437s likely to get pressured out or sent back
1440s to the spawn screen but we do have ILX
1442s who's gone on to the Tracer as opposed
1444s to sticking with the Hanzo pick Maple
1446s swapping over off Widow to sojourn that
1449s get out ability with slide is quite
1450s powerful but when slide is forced you're
1452s sitting duck and unfortunately they are
1455s sent back to respawn barcode is at least
1457s barcode went for the flank did get
1459s picked a blobfish company but that's the
1461s only loss right now for the team in blue
1464s is Kono Ichi trying to get onto that
1466s point and hold it and they will do that
1468s so despite the loss of the soldier and
1469s they're able to hold this point once
1471s again now Evie looking to push forward
1473s zombies does go down the hero from last
1475s map could be a chance for Demeter to
1477s push in here they just haven't been able
1479s to find the angles going to actually set
1481s up so well defensively turret is taken
1483s out here so a chance maybe The Siege if
1485s you're Demeter but they just cannot find
1487s the eliminations finally blobfish finds
1489s one but it's immediately traded out as
1491s the Arisa goes down Alex gonna win the
1492s 1v1 there as well so a couple of picks
1494s for Demeter but they just simply cannot
1497s find ways to win finally Alex gets
1499s another at the meter for the first time
1500s in this series we'll have to control the
1501s point
1502s did take the standard amount of time
1504s which is you know that 30 percentile
1506s Mark to reclaim a point after you've
1508s initially lost it it was an extremely
1510s long drawn out fight and because of how
1512s long that was drawn out you can see we
1513s have captive sun and Tara surge already
1516s for team demeanor we're also going to
1519s have that amplification Matrix coming
1520s out from konoichi and Terra search as
1523s well Emily getting very very close to
1525s the molten core we hear amplification
1527s Matrix for engage immediately by team
1529s konoichi able to just walk away from it
1532s however Karma got a little bit too close
1534s to the Sun and has sent back to the
1535s respawn by Emily
1537s no Karma that means no captive son for
1539s the beat and we saw how powerful that
1541s all could be molten core gonna come out
1542s here from Emily and now so I'm just
1544s immediately gotta rip the captive son
1546s where they have as much success as they
1547s had last time they're able to get roarke
1549s a huge pick onto the enemy's support
1551s DaVita you see the health bars
1553s incredibly low though Maple with the all
1555s trying to help sustain Ford defeater
1557s Alex and maple so incredibly low Alex
1560s will go down but Commerce got back in
1562s the fight to captive son gets a Revenge
1563s kill om to somnus and David are able to
1566s hold on just trading back and forth but
1568s they're starting to finally run out
1569s alive and it looks like kunuichi should
1571s be able to grab the point here once they
1573s pick up this final kill and that's
1575s exactly what they'll do
1576s Evie trying to force back the Baptist
1579s going to cling to the space you spear
1580s spin back off but blobfish during that
1583s Terror surge got dangerously low was
1585s able to still confirm the completed
1588s Terror surge however they sacrificed
1590s himself shortly there after it counts as
1592s a zoning counts as doing damage a little
1594s bit extra control on the point they are
1596s leading by 10 however by the time this
1598s whole fight starts it's going to allow
1600s team to get in the lead we hear molten
1602s core is going to get dropped on point
1603s this amp Matrix doubles doing damage and
1605s Amplified healing as we also hear
1607s overclock by barcode popping off with
1610s that ultimate
1611s two kills already four barcode look it
1614s for a third gonna go chasing down onto
1617s Alex and pick up the kill and that's a
1619s huge win for konoichi and I think we've
1621s maybe only got two or three more fights
1623s left here dirty what does Demeter need
1624s to do to get this map back in their
1625s favor
1627s as much as it pains me to say it they
1629s really need to get a reset in here we've
1632s had players getting picked off late in
1634s the fight when the fight should was
1635s already determined to have been won by
1637s team Kono Ichi so you need to make sure
1640s they're able to rekindle the flame and
1641s get their full force forward they've
1643s they're pulling a lot of attention back
1645s towards the point so these people that
1646s were eliminated early before this full
1648s engage are going to have the time to get
1649s back that just means that there are
1651s reason needs to stay alive and not get
1653s overly aggressive into the front lines
1656s here just yet
1658s Terror surges are almost dead even
1660s Evie's is up blobfishes is four percent
1662s away but here comes somnus with the alt
1665s looking to finish it off Tara search
1667s gonna pick up blood as well blobfish
1669s gonna go for the hero play try and
1671s charge up the Terra surge they're not
1673s able to find anything in much like map
1675s one map two ends the
1678s Point konoichi here is they claim Busan
1681s and are now one game away for winning
1683s our first switch matchup
1686s and we're gonna get an optimistic player
1688s the game is going to be zombus coming
1690s out with the Yari most likely that
1692s captive Sun we saw at the end of map one
1694s yep there it is there was a dragons
1697s going through it she uses the movement
1699s ability of Yari to get out of the way
1700s extra healing done at the end as well
1702s remember this is a support hero

1710s maybe maybe I'm I don't know the line is

1715s I can't remember I could probably count
1717s on one hand the number of times that
1719s OverWatch since its release out of
1721s support gets a 4K with their ultimate
1724s but yeah that's I mean
1727s I'm here for it like I said if you're
1729s not a Demeter fan I think you root for
1731s the support popping off because they
1733s have endeared years and years and
1736s Decades of being spammed by Genji's that
1738s they need more healing
1740s uh yeah it is a lot of suffering but
1743s unfortunately right now for team to meet
1744s her it seems like the supports are
1745s struggling to stay alive right now and
1748s that can come down to your tank not
1750s taking the proper angles or your DPS not
1752s applying enough pressure or
1754s unfortunately supports it's your own
1755s gosh turn fault because you're out in
1757s the open in most of these cases though I
1759s do unfortunately think it's a little bit
1760s of not enough pressure being put on
1762s people that are able to be dealing
1763s damage onto your support line and
1765s supports sometimes stepping just into
1767s the line of fire trying to help someone
1768s stay alive from what I'm noticing so
1770s really it's going to come down to Target
1772s Focus making sure you're properly
1773s applying that pressure and supports tell
1775s your team to back off if you need to
1777s heal them if they're going too far in
1778s don't sacrifice your good positioning
1781s because your teammate has decided that
1782s they want to be in the enemy team as
1785s opposed to being you know in front of
1786s you so at the end of the day hopefully
1788s the communication works out a little bit
1790s better for the teams of course we can't
1791s hear it but you know I've spent enough
1794s time on support to know what it feels
1795s like to be like I can't see you go left
1797s go right or a team just why aren't I
1799s getting healed I don't know you're
1800s behind a wall I can't help you but
1803s honestly I think things might even out a
1805s little bit more as we move into our next
1806s map but as I mentioned that control
1809s Point Flashpoint is like that just on
1811s steroids so if it was that difficult for
1813s team to meet around this one if we do
1814s move into Flashpoint what are they going
1816s to change by then are they just going to
1818s swap comps entirely because Flashpoint
1819s you can do the Lucio play more hopefully
1822s that works more in their favor but we'll
1824s have to wait and see if they change
1825s things up here
1826s uh to get to Flashpoint though they are
1828s gonna have to pull out a win on hybrid I
1830s believe again it will go control hybrid
1832s flash point it is first to two wins so
1835s konoichi is if they could pull off this
1837s win on noon Bonnie will end it before we
1839s even get to Flashpoint and as we see new
1841s Bonnie is going to be the pick 30 what
1843s do you got what are your keys what are
1845s the nerdy Keys here for new Bonnie for
1847s both of our teams
1850s um supports make sure that you are
1852s playing in a space where you can if
1854s you're on defense where you can back off
1856s get out a line of sight you know jiggle
1857s peaking is very strong additionally
1859s watch your lanes watch your angles if
1862s you are a DPS who is going to be the
1865s unfortunate job playing Tracer and going
1866s Coastline don't overstay your welcome
1868s pull the attention tell your team you're
1870s pulled you've pulled attention and let
1871s them engage don't try and take the 1v1
1874s if you're at a disadvantage and you know
1875s click heads don't die and get value
1877s those are my keys
1880s like a lot of our games just quick heads
1882s right just if you click on their head
1884s you will win it's just that simple so
1886s we'll see if they're able to listen to
1888s you nerdy just as you said just simply
1889s click on the heads and I think the other
1891s thing that Demeter struggled with at
1893s times on Busan is I don't know if their
1895s tracer on Tracer at least got a single
1897s kill they even got outflanked by barcode
1899s on the sword join there on that second
1900s map so maybe they're able to get some
1902s more value on that Tracer we will have
1904s to see but kanuichi trying to say let's
1906s just start with an early 2-0 let
1908s everybody know hey if you're watching
1909s the stream we just too owed our first
1910s game that's the best way too right if
1912s you're trying to keep going in that
1913s Swiss bracket of course you face players
1915s teams with similar records quick 2-0
1918s you're not fatigued you're just chilling
1919s so konoichi probably just trying to wrap
1921s this one up quickly and we'll see if
1923s Demeter has any success I will say you
1925s talk about how supports need to tell
1926s their DPS to back up what I just saw
1928s nerdy if I'm a DPS I say why don't you
1930s just quad kill him I just saw their
1931s support do it

1937s why do I even need a DPS I should just
1939s be you're the support and the DPS but
1941s again I don't think that's necessarily
1944s the case unless you're playing or the
1945s newest hero but we'll have to say maybe
1947s we'll see a four kill with the battle
1948s Mercy that would be absolutely wild I
1949s would love to see that
1951s if we see that I'll be both laughing and
1953s crying at the same time and one thing I
1955s do want to touch on is you mentioned
1956s tracers struggling a little bit I do
1958s think just the state of the game does
1959s make it hard for tracers but when it
1961s comes to being the Tracer player unless
1964s you are one of the most horrifying in
1967s the best ways like you are scary to play
1968s against tracers in the world honestly
1970s one of the best things you can add as
1972s being a tracer is a Staying Alive being
1974s an annoying gnatal damage pulling that
1977s attention resource away from the
1979s attention being focused on your team to
1981s it being focused on you staying alive
1983s hiding letting people know that you are
1985s there is more than enough we could see a
1987s replay of that uh supportal combat so to
1990s speak coming out from the Yari this is
1994s just grotesque like I understand
1997s I completely understand how much fun it
1999s is to be able to get these eliminations
2001s as a support but oh my gosh that is
2003s grotesque and then our also we saw
2004s barcode popping off on that sojourn as
2006s well earlier in that highlight
2009s but if if you know if you you have old
2011s tracking like there's always an old

2130s almost have swapped in a sense konoichi
2133s now more on that attacking side as they
2135s do lose Karma so first elimination is
2137s going to go to Eevee and this now
2138s couldn't mean Demeter they're so deep
2140s they're going to be in a very

2143s as we do see Evie's gonna take care of
2145s Alex as well Bastion in that form not
2149s able to get anything and this looks like
2151s it will be just like before another
2153s quick fight and elimination for konuichi

2255s opportunity to wall off any sort of Bob

2260s is in an opportune spot hopefully they
2261s can manage to work their way around that

2265s initially as well as wall return captive
2268s sun coming out from Aspen we do see
2270s Emily is going to get deleted the team
2273s Tony there's the terror surge Tara surge
2275s picks up one blobfish goes down however
2278s there's two on the point and it is
2279s capping looks like Demeter will be able

2296s think a 3K for Emily coming from Bob

2373s however they do lose their Mercy early
2375s on to Maple with that amplification

2382s kills in these last fights helping

2386s gonna get a pick on to Emily so I'm just

2390s the break where they rejoin the fight

2398s for debaters so they don't have to worry

2403s a sudden Demeter who'd merely almost
2405s missed getting point one is really on a
2407s heavy push right now might be able to

2411s and we do see Evie swapping over to Diva
2414s to mirror Emily is on Soldier 76 I like

2419s out a bit more by the soldier Vegeta

2449s two picks you need to get a full team
2451s kill here if you want to get this third

2457s well another stagger zombies is in
2460s respawn thanks to that pulse bomb you
2462s mentioned the
2464s respawn being extremely close it is
2466s however if you could staggered like that
2468s it can make things a little bit more
2469s difficult for your team Karma they have
2471s Captain Sun online we hear the attack
2473s visor get popped by Emily it's just
2475s going to be forcing people back diva is
2477s able to disengage someone gets low but
2479s because the Helix rock painting is a
2481s little too soon they are not going to be
2483s eliminated just yet there's the captive
2485s Sun we hear amputation Matrix as well
2488s getting popped both by team Demeter
2491s though everyone is still standing
2494s despite the two holes
2496s not only understanding they're thriving
2498s is they're gonna pick up three kills
2500s maybe it's gonna pop the overclock
2501s trying to equalize this they played so
2504s well on this map but aren't quite able
2506s to do it and they're gonna go down still
2508s a minute left of the time for Demeter
2510s but they are full out of ultimates if
2512s you take a second look at konoichi's
2513s side nerdy they're gonna have basically
2515s a full repertoire outside of the attack
2516s visor the playlist so what are you
2518s looking for in this fight and can't
2519s Demeter find a way to win despite being
2521s disadvantaged in the alts
2524s we swapped over the Baptist Lucio so
2527s possibly trying to find this Brigida
2530s eliminate her very fast get high charge
2533s on zarya from people taking pressure
2534s during the engage and hopefully Lucio's
2537s Staying Alive as long as possible in
2539s this competition because your zarya
2541s needs that we hear a rally there's
2543s pterosurge captive Sun all dropped down
2546s people for the side of Team Demeter

2550s quickly reset fast as possible I don't

2603s have the resources they don't have that
2605s tank and they'll unfortunately not be
2607s able to get the retouch so a good push
2608s for Demeter they don't quite three cap
2610s but based on the way that map started I
2612s think they got much further than I
2615s expected maybe only four minutes ago
2617s yeah tragically in that final fight we
2621s saw wrecking ball Round the Corner which
2622s there was an amplification Matrix behind
2624s Wrecking Ball and so when you're at that
2626s take when you're that DPS and you know
2627s there's an ant Matrix behind you
2628s typically you anticipate your team to
2630s swing forward with it be able to create
2631s pressure and it amplifies the healing so
2633s even if you're critical the odds are
2635s you'll survive the issue was both
2637s supports were backed off into the room
2639s with the mini as opposed to being able
2641s to swing out with that amp Matrix and so
2643s I'm not sure if wrecking ball was aware
2644s that that was happening in the heat of
2646s the Heat of the Moment during that
2648s battle so unfortunately Wrecking Ball
2649s but without healing for an extended
2650s period of time got sent back to respawn
2653s and then as you mentioned they were
2655s fighting without their tank that big
2656s space maker and it really comes down to
2658s knowing when you can take space and that
2660s back to front communication is your
2662s support telling you if you can go in is
2664s your support telling you we have the
2666s resources we can play for picks here or
2669s is your support telling you I need you
2670s to play like a chicken and play your
2672s life right now because I too am Nearly
2673s Dead
2676s I mean I see I think Demeter they made
2679s as good a play as they could right they
2680s won in they force kanuichi to blow all
2683s four ultimates in that fight I think
2685s maybe konoichi expecting there wouldn't
2686s be enough time so they got all the alts
2688s out of the way but as he pointed out
2690s blobfish just didn't have any healing
2692s the ant Matrix was down but the supports
2694s or line of sight we'll see what kind of
2696s which you can do on Attack remember
2697s Demeter took all the way till overtime
2700s here just to claim the payload before
2702s they started that massive push so they
2704s did not have a lot of time in the bank
2706s from the start see if konoichi can have
2709s a better start than that is right now

2745s get a little bit more of a squishy
2747s mentality you can't be taking those
2750s crazy angles creating a whole lot of

2753s the best thing they could do because
2754s this Echo Mercy needs to be the one
2756s taking not hard off angle on the left
2757s side on Coast
2759s glad to see that they're able to
2760s communicate that amongst themselves and
2762s all reset got another fight already

2770s we'll keep him alive almost half that

2815s sun and get a 4K not only as a DPS
2817s player but a DPS duping a support it's
2819s great we have Evie coming up with
2820s self-destruct blobfish you self-destruct
2823s in the last fight unfortunately will not
2824s have it we have captive Sun
2825s amplification Matrix as well as almost a
2827s full full spawn for team to meter
2829s whereas we have Valk Captain Sun
2832s self-destruct and basically a dragon's
2834s online for the team Konichi
2836s I'm excited to see if this dragons is
2838s used to get eliminations or to split the
2840s team and allow a support ultimate to
2842s come in and clean up the remainder of
2844s the team
2847s support ultimate popped here for
2848s someness there go the dragons as well
2851s and they're gonna get an elimination
2852s onto Maple who just couldn't quite get
2853s out of the way so I'm just gonna pick up
2855s the power mercy kill here as well on to
2858s Rorke oh they're gonna let you find
2860s another one here onto ilex Iris shops
2862s low but it'll be Aspen who actually
2864s claims the support kill but the valkyr
2865s plus the Dragon shark they didn't even
2866s need the captive sun and they're just
2868s gonna keep on pushing they'll probably

3031s passes but regardless team koneichi is
3034s going to walk away at the victory on
3035s control Busan as well as on nimbani here
3038s and that means they are Victors for our
3040s first game and we're going to see Evie
3042s play the game if this is not the
3044s environmentals I'm going to be a little
3045s sad it is it is the environmentals
3049s they just
3050s absolutely popped off here it said no I
3053s controlled this platform you do not

3059s going from control to hybrid Demeter

3063s a much better team they held their own
3065s they were able to make that a map on
3067s control it kind of felt like they get a

3078s what 10 plus player kill streak there to
3079s end that map you look at the kill feed

3086s think kotoichi putting everybody on
3087s notice that this team they can run meta
3089s and they can beat you if you run meta
3091s because that's what they need against

3093s we'll have to see if that holds true for

3098s time we'll most likely not see konoichi

3132s have to work on you know those hybrid

3141s know is sort of similar to escort kind
3143s of as a tie breaker so if your baby able
3146s to get there that's about your close but
3147s that of course requires you to tie on
3149s hybrid which is your best type so it's

3155s unfortunately for it to be right I think

3160s the Improvement just from map one to map

4024s so as the Swiss round progresses we'll
4027s see these try it start to balance out a

4031s the top contenders start to make
4032s themselves known Washington Justice
4035s Timeless is currently in the lead and I
4037s do believe they are actually one of the
4039s two teams will be seeing in our next
4040s matchup it is is Washington Timeless
4042s going against team Fable very excited to
4045s see that matchup Fable is a newer formed
4046s team as far as I'm aware so I'm excited
4049s to see those players of course
4050s Washington Timeless you got I feel like
4053s when you pull in not only the Timeless
4055s minute label but then the Washington
4056s Justice label as well and make a team
4059s you better show up like that's the only
4062s thing I can say you are standing on the
4064s shoulders of giants so to speak coming
4065s from your organizations you are the
4066s representation of your organizations
4067s it's a lot of pressure but of course my
4070s job here is to stir the pot and add the
4072s pressure hopefully your coaches and your
4073s teammates do not Mount that pressure on
4075s top of you

4080s with the flips if you come with the
4081s smoke you better expect all of the heat
4083s in the kitchen since we've been making

4095s Fable so we'll talk about washed out
4096s let's start with Fable and take a look
4098s at their roster getting ready for this
4100s game I do believe that is the roster
4103s from our old team though with Maple
4104s Holly blobfish Carmen work CK we just
4107s saw those in our last game here but
4109s hopefully we'll be able to get fables
4110s roster here because they have all the
4112s pressure they're going against the top
4114s team and as we talked about the Swiss
4116s since you're 1-0 you're gonna face
4117s better and better competition I'm sure
4118s Fable was like really we drew the straw
4121s of Washington Timeless like we picked
4124s that team instead but we'll have to see
4126s this roster is up to the task
4129s I mean you could also think about it in
4131s the way of like let's get the hard teams
4133s out of the way early on so like you just
4136s do your best but you don't you you hope
4138s for the best but anticipate the worst
4140s like you know maybe you do get too old
4141s or maybe you get one and two but at the
4144s end of the day like you anticipate that
4146s this one isn't gonna fully go in your
4147s favor so you try but you don't overly
4150s exert yourself so that you can then go
4151s into the other games in the Swiss series
4153s and actually perform very nicely maybe
4155s that pressure of not being on broadcast
4156s will add into it and you're just like
4158s okay let's let's not broadcast the world
4161s everything that we're capable of doing
4162s right now let's give them a piece of the
4164s pie and then in the other games where
4166s we're not on broadcast people can't
4167s watch can't Scout us we absolutely pop
4169s off and dominate and then we'll reappear
4171s during the playoffs and be like yeah by
4173s the way we showed up to play
4175s especially against a team like the
4177s number one seed right we expect
4178s Washington Timeless to be there so maybe
4179s it's like maybe you give them sort of a
4181s fake out right you give them a fake comp
4182s kind of like wow you know this team
4184s can't really handle that bam you hit a
4185s you punch him in the mouth play off baby
4187s a kid you know we'll have to see that is
4189s as you kind of pointed out I know not to
4190s get too much into math theory that is
4192s kind of a
4193s speculated ideas with brackets you may
4195s be first couple games go a little bit of
4197s lighter so then your competition is sort
4199s of a little bit easier since you're
4200s always playing similar records I'm not
4202s saying anyone's doing that but I know
4203s that's always a debate of hey instead of
4206s playing a 3-0 team what if we just play
4208s a one and two team we should win right
4210s so we'll have to see again I think
4212s Fable's gonna give it their all it gets
4213s watched the title this year that is our
4214s next game on the stream and
4216s some they got a tough pressure live up
4218s to I mean right now like either of these
4220s teams I'm still looking for you to
4221s somehow beat a 4K honor support I know
4224s it's hilarious I know it's an easy
4225s support to 4k on but like that's my bar
4227s right now and we'll see if they can go
4229s over
4231s I mean I'm shocked we didn't see a
4234s cactus On 5K
4236s um I'd really like to see a clean
4238s execution of what some teams refer to as
4241s just straight up the combo which is the
4243s terror surge a captive Sun ultimates
4245s conjoined I'd love to see that or you
4248s know I'd love to see one of those teams
4249s that is just so anti-meta that they
4252s refuse to play any of the meta Heroes
4254s they refuse to play you know that war of
4256s attrition they don't want to go battle
4257s cattle instead they play to their
4258s strikes they create a unique composition
4260s that they know they can work around a
4262s lot of other teams comps to be
4263s successful I love seeing those are they
4266s sometimes painful to watch when this
4268s very interesting composition comes out
4270s to play and they just get absolutely
4272s steamrolled it is however when they're
4274s successful it is one of the most
4275s fulfilling and rewarding not only
4278s broadcast to watch but like experience
4280s as a player when you're able to just be
4281s like yeah we're anti-meta and we're
4283s gonna stick with that type of team to
4285s say yeah you're meta it ain't nothing
4287s compared to us right now
4290s I'm be honest anything that beats battle
4293s cattle will make me sad because that's
4294s just such a fantastic man it makes me
4296s laugh every single time that I hear the
4298s word battle cattle we do have Fable and
4300s watch the Timeless coming up in our next
4302s match here hope we should have rosters
4303s for these teams ready to go shortly if

4308s fish that's nerdy and we have three maps
4311s that each team will play they will go
4312s control hybrid flash point first to two
4315s we'll see if we see Flashpoint we have
4318s it so far
4319s we want to talk about the new support I
4321s know Flashpoint a newer game mode as
4323s well why don't you I know you broke it
4324s down here and there but nerdy why don't
4325s you break down what you should be
4326s expecting if we do see flash points
4328s sometime in today's games
4330s okay so you've got a little bit of a an
4333s interesting thing going on with the
4334s flashpoint composite Flashpoint comps
4336s because you can you can play ERI on
4338s those Maps but one of the big things
4340s that I've noticed a lot more is teams
4342s relying on that Lucio speed because it's
4344s about 108 meters from the spawn to the
4346s flash point in most instances even when
4348s the flash point changes if you are
4350s coming from Spawn it is at least 100
4353s meter walk and that's a long distance in
4355s OverWatch to go at all in any shape or
4358s form so relying on speed or teleporting
4361s very powerful tools we could see a Lucio
4363s kitiko composition come out we could see
4365s dive we could see more Rush compositions
4367s we could see like a jotes comp I've seen
4368s that be very successful when teams are
4370s coordinated and are able to focus on
4372s targets and get them down it's just
4374s those types of compositions you you kind
4377s of look at them like they're burst they
4379s have a gas tank and they use all their
4380s abilities at once and the gas tank gets
4382s depleted if we go back to the gas
4383s station and refuel so it's it's a very
4385s much so take space take your advantage
4387s play to it back off a little bit until
4389s you have the advantage again and this
4391s first map type we're actually going to
4393s be for the control is oasis not sure
4395s which one we're starting out on might be
4397s University this is the one we're
4398s currently we're looking at this one you
4401s can still play the orisa composition so
4404s we've been seeing you can play Brawl you
4406s could always play the classic wall in
4407s Mall style compositions you could play a
4409s rush comp you could play Dive dive's a
4411s little bit more difficult on this one
4412s because you lose angles and lines slide
4414s on people a little bit easier so
4415s understanding where you need to set up
4417s first fight based off your comp always
4418s very important
4422s we'll have to see what our two teams
4423s have to store again it is Fable and
4425s Washington Timeless both of them won
4427s their first game
4429s and now we'll hop in to round two of the
4431s switch Washington titles in the red
4432s Fable in the blue both teams looking to
4435s beat here on Oasis get that first
4438s elimination really kind of take control
4440s like we saw in our first game where
4442s kanuichi really didn't lose a single
4444s fight on control the whole time we do
4446s see damage trading back and forth so far
4448s no real major picks no real damage
4450s taking aim for dropping a little bit low
4452s here for fable
4454s snorer is able to put up a couple of
4456s turrets as well control Point does
4458s unlock now the real fight he begins off
4460s he'll gotta go rushing in but he drops
4461s right into the Trap the Fable had set
4464s able to do a ton of damage take out the
4466s immortality field as well but Washington
4468s Timeless able to sustain and a huge kick
4472s from sawhale
4473s that's gonna start things out massively
4475s for watching Timeless they're gonna
4476s follow that up with a kill onto Jam as
4478s well and just like that they already
4479s have control the point and they're
4480s slowly racking up these eliminations
4482s with Avery going down as well
4484s foreign Fable has decided for their
4487s composition they're going to run the
4489s orisa and the Genji as opposed to the
4492s Reinhardt and Bastion coming out from
4494s Timeless now Sebastian recently got
4496s above that grenade is disgusting if you
4498s get a little bit of damage onto a
4499s squishy and then stick them with their
4500s grenade odds are they will get deleted
4502s and if your teammate also manages to get
4503s damaged on a squishy and that the
4505s grenade hits both well Basher might get
4506s a double kill Genji still extremely
4509s squishy
4510s I've seen Genji's pop off but this is a
4512s Genji that has to play their life well
4514s use cooldowns wisely because we already
4515s see that we have
4518s the tank formation from part used
4520s they're gonna TP and use ant Matrix to
4523s just pinch off and destroy a fable
4529s said they're gonna Farm up some all
4531s percentage as well the photon barrier
4533s did go out for fable but potentially a
4536s little bit too late his two members were
4537s already dead and now Asha Timeless has
4540s their whole choice of ultimates already
4542s up to that 60 and this is maybe two
4545s fights maybe Fable needs to try and bait
4546s some out in this first one because right
4548s now they only have an ant Matrix and
4550s nothing else for a little bit
4552s and here comes the artillery strike down
4554s from Heaven's above by Bastion it's
4556s gonna pick up Lucio tragically in
4559s rotation producing immortality also is
4562s going to be popped Fable is forced to
4564s retreat we hear shatter go down lands on
4566s two be in response to the Genji blade
4569s not sure if that beat was necessary but
4572s the extra security guarantee no one gets
4574s deleted by the end meganji is always
4576s nice for Washington Sable now a terror
4579s surge amplification Matrix beat nearly
4581s online and swapping over the Bastion so
4583s the only difference in these cons is
4585s going to be the erisa who does have
4586s terror surge hopefully this is final
4589s fight territory they make some magic
4590s happen
4592s unfortunately
4594s they're trying throughout the terrorists
4597s all they will find is the respawn screen
4600s in Washington Timeless just a couple
4603s more picks away from overtime will tick
4605s down and this should be the first map
4607s going over to them and it will as we see
4609s Jam just missing landing on the point
4611s not sure he would have got very far as
4613s of all their uh takes him out but at the
4616s end of the day Washington Timeless they
4617s won that first fight and from there
4619s kind of was easy picking it's a huge alt
4621s as you pointed out from that Bastion
4623s found Jam in rotation and Fable just
4626s really could not recover
4628s ing in rotation is fabulous to just gain
4632s extra time because it prevents teens
4634s from moving forward but picking up the
4636s support specifically the Lucio is always
4638s heartbreaking
4640s uh most Lucia players know that you are
4642s the target of a lot of people on the
4644s enemy team and so they want to see you
4646s pass away so to speak and Jim was on the
4649s receiving end of that wish from par now
4652s for this next map it looks like
4655s we're going to swap out for the soldier
4658s 76 as opposed to the Genji this time for
4660s Team Fable other Squad Washington time
4662s was sticking with what worked I mean if
4664s it ain't broke come fix it
4666s see if it uh remains unbroken in this
4670s first fight Washington title is already
4672s going to get up to that point thanks to
4673s a great portal from snores so far they
4677s have The High Ground and are just kind
4678s of peppering damage down onto fable
4681s so Avery try to put some damage but
4683s can't quite find anything the control
4684s Point opening up here in just a few
4686s moments nearly picked up by Fable par
4689s gonna go into that tank form do a decent
4692s bit of damage no pixie yet snow is the
4694s first one to go down actually great
4695s chance here for fable maybe to rush in
4697s take advantage of that one man down
4699s situation really gonna get another one
4701s onto Orion Babel looks like they should
4704s be able to get the boy here first can
4705s you get a couple more eliminations par
4707s and saw Hill both go down and after
4709s watch the town it's got an early ten
4711s percent fables right back
4714s I'm gonna be completely honest I was I
4717s am shocked that Fable came out
4719s successfully and managed to retake that
4721s fight and push it into their favor they
4722s played very patiently and they're
4723s running you know that spammy composition
4726s that wins in the longer fight comps and
4729s so playing to that strength was very
4730s essential they stayed on the low ground
4732s though as opposed to trying to fight
4733s High because it allowed them to have
4734s more line of sight and more angles to
4736s take down Washington Washington had no
4738s choice but to meet them on point and all
4739s they had to do is keep walking and keep
4741s doing damage in rotation to make sure
4743s that they were able to be successful now
4745s we do see Washington has swapped over to
4746s the JQ Kirito Lucio Genji composition so
4750s we have jotes online for Washington
4752s timeless
4755s so you're watching Timeless will you be
4757s able to make some noise Fable after a
4759s quick map one early control here nearing
4762s that 50 percent Mark Sawhill takes a
4765s decent bit of damage now going to rush
4767s up on the point and trying to force
4769s Fable off The High Ground they'll do
4771s just that Amelia they're gonna pick the
4773s first kill onto snazzler once again and
4775s it's Washington Thomas who finds himself
4777s down one person already the second fight
4780s in a row will they be able to recover
4782s this time it does not seem that way as
4784s Belia gets another one onto Orion and it
4787s looks like watch it Timeless just wants
4788s to retreat and come back at full
4789s strength here so they wait for their
4792s respawns but Ryan just now coming back
4794s online so it's still a fight before we
4796s get the overclock we get the terror
4797s surge as well sound barrier in response
4800s from the Maller but it's not enough I
4802s think it only landed onto themselves as
4803s well and that'll be a win for fade one
4806s there might be close to winning this
4808s because Washington Thomas is still
4809s scattered
4811s the olds are favoring Washington
4813s Timeless at this point they could
4816s theoretically win this next fight not
4817s Caster cursing anything I'm saying
4818s theoretically however Fable is doing a
4820s fabulous job of playing to their
4821s composition strengths Washington Justice
4823s like I said they're very explosive they
4825s have to use cooldowns and abilities to
4827s take space and when that happens Fable
4829s sees it they back off they give up space
4831s and they retake however reducing Jam go
4833s down so that leaves just the Yari to do
4835s heals we see orisa also goes down
4838s however that was Kitsune Rush
4841s um yeah only Kitsune Rush used by Orion
4844s for Washington Justice to be victorious
4846s in that one so we still have Rampage
4847s overclock as well as Genji blade coming
4850s out for Washington in this next fight
4852s whereas Fable has nothing in the banks
4854s right now as far as ultimates and you
4856s can see Washington Justice already
4857s realizes they can't give up space they
4859s cannot allow Fable to get into this
4860s walkway without taking damage without
4862s forcing cooldowns we hear shout there
4864s goes the Genji blade will it be enough
4866s it will but at the price of car's life
4870s so far they're trading two for two with
4872s the overclock used by snozzler to pick
4874s up a couple but no real ground gain is
4877s still a win for Washington Timeless
4879s because they are in control of the point
4881s a couple of alts blown saw Hill still
4883s sitting on there but Fable they just
4885s have been able to get all charged
4886s already there's still everyone except
4888s Amelia below 80 percent and that's not
4892s what they want going to this next fight
4895s hopefully someone realizes that saw Hill
4897s has this Rampage online cuts through the
4899s middle of
4901s takes out the immortality field takes
4904s down the bat most likely this is going
4905s to be a reset 14 Fable no they got on
4909s they left their back side they said
4911s let's trade the back lines Avery goes
4913s down for team Fable but if he play Ring
4916s Around the Rosie enough they can
4917s theoretically play Touch and Go on this
4919s point till their team comes back Emilia
4921s he's gonna pick up the Blue Seal for
4922s Washington and here comes Captain's son
4927s Sun
4928s not able to find anything but the
4930s biggest thing even though Fable not able
4932s to win that fight they stopped
4933s Washington Timeless from getting percent
4935s why should Tyler should easily be at 99
4936s right now nerdy instead they're just at
4939s 80 and still slowly working their way up
4941s that was a huge backdoor cap for fable
4944s now they're gonna have three alts going
4946s into this next fight Washington will
4947s have two with potentially the Dragon
4949s Blade coming online if par is able to
4951s stay alive long enough up over 90
4953s percent now Fable knows they have to go
4954s in Tac visor going to use sound barrier
4957s and Tuesday Rush gonna be popped in the
4959s exchange as well so both supports for
4960s Washington Timeless gotta pop their alts
4962s and that's all Washington needs they
4964s pick up five it's a team kill and it's
4967s map one to Washington timeless
4971s that map was extremely close Fable
4973s played to their strength of their
4975s composition very nicely especially on
4979s the second map if only map one favored
4982s the more spammy compositions
4984s unfortunately
4986s university
4988s the the brawl comp that was brought out
4990s by Washington Timeless was just too
4992s strong to conquer we can see here the
4994s Kirito Orion getting the potg it's not
4997s quite the 4K with the captain Sun but
4999s the katsune rush and just deciding yeah
5001s my team's fine they don't need me to do
5003s a little extra healing Lucio you can
5004s take care of it I'm going to go delete
5006s the back line
5011s Washington Timeless where they yo they
5014s win the fight they're they're feeling
5015s good they're like wait why is it say
5017s overtime up there that was a great
5018s attempt by Fable to try and back door I
5021s think Fable kind of realized like this
5022s is all we've got we're down also a
5025s really good recovery from Fable but
5026s unfortunately we do see control go to oh
5028s in favor of Washington Timeless and it
5031s just felt like every time Fable was on
5033s the doorstep of winning a fight watching
5035s Timeless had the answer
5037s they did and plus the entire composition
5039s swap they did was very smart it played
5041s to their strengths they struggled a
5042s little bit early on like let's be honest
5044s after they made that initial swap I
5046s think there was one or two engages where
5047s they just all got deleted but they were
5050s doing it more to stack the ability to
5051s stack the ultimates because once you
5053s start getting that old Advantage you can
5055s keep it going as long as you're smart
5056s about your old usage and that's exactly
5057s what they did they played outside in
5059s space they forced back Fable because
5061s Fable needs those longer fights they
5063s knew that they needed to have that
5064s Target focus and in conjunction with the
5066s ultimate abilities plus the target Focus
5068s they came out on top now is that going
5070s to be the same when we go into the
5072s hybrid Point not entirely positive it's
5074s a bit harder to be on defense well to be
5076s on offense and most apologies be on
5079s defense and make hot swaps for your full
5081s composition because odds are one or two
5082s people are gonna die you do a soft reset
5084s people back off so only a couple people
5085s can swap so we'll have to wait and see
5087s who ends up being on defense first and
5090s who's able to counter swap the hardest I
5091s guess in this next matchup
5093s yeah and I think the point you made
5095s about watching Timeless that really was
5097s why they won that second map in
5098s particular was just how well they
5100s managed their alts right they had four
5102s alts and they didn't use all four right
5104s away it was we used one we won a team
5106s fight they got two or three team fights
5108s out of those four ultimates as opposed
5109s to getting one and that's where Fable
5111s company like can we please have it all
5113s like please the check marks keep staying
5115s there for watching Timeless and we're
5117s just we're not verified yet you know
5118s we're not verified on X we don't have
5120s our check marks we're just waiting so
5122s and that's really where it felt like I
5123s think Fable for those last three fights
5125s had one ultimate use that Washington
5127s Thomas had six or seven and that was
5128s where as you said they they cop swamped
5131s they immediately got on board after a
5133s couple of rough starts they were able to
5134s pull away but we'll see for people right
5136s because this is kind of how our first
5137s series went one team got stomped on
5139s control the second map's better than the
5141s first map but then they really really
5143s make hybrid a very very close map did
5145s Demeter so maybe Fable has a hybrid map
5148s they really like again as we mentioned
5149s it does go control hybrid and then
5151s Flashpoint so those teams are really
5153s good at cart push Maps or like hey what
5156s the heck so maybe that's Fable's
5158s condition we'll have to see when we get
5159s to our next map
5161s I mean I feel like some of these hybrid
5164s maps are a little bit easier than others
5167s and when it comes to difficulty ceilings
5168s especially just based off of like what
5170s we've seen thus far I think new Bonnie
5173s is kind of touch and go for some themes
5175s if you're really strong on your dive
5176s compositions and you're on attack first
5178s yeah new Bonnie is fine but if you're
5181s not as confident in your ability to you
5183s know Target call One Two Three on
5186s targets and making sure that you're
5187s cleaning up quickly especially with dive
5189s comps
5190s new body might be a stay away from this
5192s one map also there's other opportunities
5195s to have a to force spammy more spamming
5198s compositions on other maps I mean
5201s can you do spam on new body which is the
5203s map we just saw in our previous series
5205s yes is it liked by a lot of teams yeah
5207s can you do some funky stuff on embodies
5209s such as the Bastion symmetra TP yes but
5212s it takes a lot of coordination so if we
5214s see anybody again I anticipate that if
5217s our side of fable is still on defense it
5219s well is on defense they'll have the
5221s opportunity to play their spam comp and
5222s possibly play it just a bit better than
5223s they did here in map one you can see
5225s here we're mainly focused on Sawhill who
5228s was on that Reinhardt and then into the
5230s JQ definitely favored those brawl heavy
5233s compositions from Washington Timeless
5234s they're just going to make swap swaps to
5236s a different form of a brawl comp it
5239s seems like so if Fable starts to
5240s recognize that hopefully they can be a
5243s little bit more successful in this next
5244s map
5246s in app2 I mean you can see there Fable
5248s had the early lead just could not quite
5250s find the team fights again
5253s just great job by Washington time the
5255s spacing out their ultimates and then all
5258s it took was two support ultimate final
5259s fight Mahler and Orion they both throw
5261s their alts it was just a quick clean up
5263s from there is so far in control we're
5266s two for two on support player of the
5268s games again as you said that's not quite
5269s the 4K we saw in our first control map
5271s of the day but
5273s glad to see the supports are getting
5275s some love here you know I'm glad to see
5276s the support pop off so far
5280s calling all heroes unite mine or two
5282s between Fable and Washington Timeless I
5284s believe two teams in that upper half I
5286s want to say Washington Times was number
5287s one the standings Fayetteville was like
5289s four or five so two of the stronger
5291s teams coming into this mine or two maybe
5294s you know a little bit of an early
5295s preview what the playoffs might have in
5297s store but right now Fable's got to
5298s figure it out they say okay how do we
5299s stop what watch the Timeless is doing
5301s because right now we talked about it in
5302s the intro already watching Timeless you
5304s bring the logo you bring the name all
5306s the pressure's on what did they do they
5308s answered it no problem
5310s well at least in map one so far and they
5312s technically in their first series that
5313s was not on broadcast they answered as
5315s well because they are currently want to
5317s know in the series just like Fable is so
5319s Fable obviously is here to play as well
5321s but I mean the one thing I want to talk
5324s about a little bit is currently in the
5326s competitive scene there's a thing that's
5328s being referred to as the support drought
5329s and I feel like possibly that's gonna
5331s come to an end here very soon as some
5333s DPS players start realizing hmm so
5336s you're saying the only thing I like I
5337s don't only have to heal or like my
5339s healing is now just an ability it's not
5341s my primary thing I have to do yes it
5343s kind of has been that way for a hot
5345s minute you look at Heroes such as
5346s Zenyatta you have an orb of Harmony but
5348s you have Transcendence as well however
5350s you deal a disgusting amount of damage
5353s you have Baptiste who can do both damage
5354s and healing simultaneously We're not
5356s gonna talk about Moira as much just
5358s because there's a lot of people who have
5359s very strong opinions about Moira you go
5363s on the back line you make sure you have
5364s Swift step on online so that you can go
5366s back there do some damage maybe get an
5368s elimination Swift step back out guess
5370s what you just deleted someone while your
5372s team was you know doing something else
5373s and then you have ere who has healing
5376s abilities but your primary fire is
5378s damaged like
5379s the support droughts gotta end soon with
5381s the way these supports are being changed
5383s over to B
5384s support ability Heroes but the ability
5387s to add value by killing others being so
5389s strong
5391s when we do see that we are headed back
5394s to New Bonnie nerdy it does look like uh
5396s if they're strong opinions at least from
5398s Fable those are positive strong opinions
5400s on noon Bonnie so we'll see what they
5402s have so again it is first to two wins we
5404s go control hybrid Flashpoint if we do
5407s end up with a tie on hybrid we will have
5409s Push as our tiebreaker as well so
5412s potentially four Maps say the star will
5414s see a fable what they could do on new
5415s body
5416s based off what you've seen you have an
5419s early lean for these two teams on how
5421s you think these early fights on new body
5423s are going to go
5424s well all thing is considered Fable is
5426s the one to pick Maps or theoretically
5428s speaking they are on offense first
5430s however sometimes teams are like no you
5432s got to pick them up but we still want
5433s offense first so we there's a slim
5435s chance I'm gonna say like five percent
5436s that Washington Timeless is on uh
5439s offense first so if we're gonna run with
5441s the odds being in favor of fable being
5442s on offense I do not believe they're
5445s gonna run the exact same composition we
5448s just saw with just slight variations on
5450s the DPS I think we're going to see a
5451s very heavy shift over towards a more
5453s dive heavy composition and as I'm saying
5457s that it looks like both teams are gonna
5459s go with Sigma spam comps instead so this
5462s is playing for the long fight playing
5463s for the Angles and swinging on those one
5465s two threes when your Sigma has Shield up
5467s and ready to go
5475s never underestimate the player's ability
5478s to bait the casters you get them all
5480s excited and then you just say oh that's
5482s not what we're looking for but so far
5486s hold our breath I think we are uh
5488s correct it will be watching Tyler's
5489s attacking in Fable trying to extend this
5493s series
5494s Washington time is picking up the first
5495s win here
5497s trying to set up a strong defense so far
5499s waiting to see where Washington want to
5501s attack from
5503s so far from early damage trade nothing
5505s too crazy tank form going to be popped
5507s by par bump in some early damage from
5509s that High Ground
5510s get a kill onto that torbjorn turret to
5513s at least soften up the pressure par
5515s really just eliminating everything that
5516s isn't a player as they're able to take
5519s out that healing Century as well for
5520s Panther and it's Avery who actually
5522s picks up the first kill the mortality
5524s feel gonna be taken out par though we'll
5526s trade it back with a kill onto Amelia in
5528s that tank form now running away but
5529s without their Sigma I think Washington
5531s titles are just trying to look for a
5533s pick and then run McMahon able to get
5535s another and that'll be an early reset
5537s for Washington timeless
5541s all right I'm just I'm looking at the EI
5544s nope no swabs yet for Washington Times
5546s they're sticking oh snozzler able to
5549s pick off Amelia unfortunately we were
5550s not privy to that Showdown that was
5553s occurring so Washington Thomas is
5554s already up one example of overstaying
5556s you're welcome but actually it was not
5559s snazzler decided to go into the deep and
5562s all the way to spawn to make sure they
5564s got that elimination so it's pseudo 1v1
5566s uh 4v4 for a little bit snuzler makes
5568s the return Avery goes down McMahon goes
5570s down as well looks like this fight is
5571s going to favor Washington timeless
5574s yeah without Amelia there
5576s unfortunately Fable's defense just kind
5578s of fell apart as he said a great pick
5580s from snozzler going deep in enemy
5582s territory sniper now doing the same
5584s thing is that
5586s objective will capture and we'll see how
5588s far they can go with the payload early
5590s alt online here for the mall if he wants
5592s to drop that ant Matrix unfortunately he
5593s is on cart Duty so really no alts
5596s available for watching Timeless in this
5598s fight until this cart rounds the corner
5600s I mean if you think about it in most
5602s cases the Baptiste player is your main
5604s support and they are typically the Lucio
5606s so it means you are payload Princess uh
5609s resident Shoppers some teams like to
5611s call it asking people what they want
5612s from the store but we're about to run
5614s the corner we're gonna drop ant Matrix
5615s that's gonna Force everyone back out of
5617s this entire Lane around the bus for
5619s safety response with their own amp and
5622s there is a soldier visor however in the
5626s lift soldier's going to get deleted
5628s double visors Lara duplicated onto the
5631s soldier now snozzler trying to get a
5634s pick here we do see the captive pun
5635s going out from Z Panther fortunately not
5638s able to result in a bunch of a kill we
5640s do see the artillery coming out as well
5642s here from par gonna pick up a kill on
5645s the jam it's a massive pick he watched
5648s in Timeless just kind of shoving forward
5652s we have Soldier trying to make it out
5654s alive
5655s Rock uses slide manages to make it but
5658s that's always risky it's like do I go in
5660s and just int to get myself reset with my
5662s team do I try to make it out and stagger
5663s myself if I don't fully make it out
5665s Amelia thankfully got the better of the
5668s two options if you're a fable fan and
5669s man just make it out alive Point has
5671s been locked we now have nearly five
5673s minutes for Washington Timeless to close
5676s the gap between point two and the final
5678s checkpoint
5681s still has that captive sun and has
5684s already you've got to be aware if you
5686s are fable
5687s do have that gravitic flux for every
5689s available tank form from car trying to
5692s put as much as possible Avery is going
5693s to use that gravitic flux but a great
5695s immortality field from the Mauler will
5698s keep the whole team alive and now they
5699s get a pick onto any free from sniper and
5701s they're trying to slowly push forward
5702s Orion gonna pick up another one and
5705s Fable now just being pushed further and
5706s further back into the spawn the gravitic
5708s flux online for Sniper but he might not
5711s even need it as right now unfortunately
5714s Babel's just stuck in the base trying to
5716s look for a safe spot we do see McMahon
5717s here trying to do anything to keep the
5719s team alive but
5721s not that they were stuck in spawn that's
5723s all Washington time was needed
5725s the first fight favored Fable very
5728s nicely they did get the initial
5729s elimination onto the enemy Sigma and
5732s then it was just clean up however the
5734s next fight don't know what changed
5736s whether the target Focus priority or
5738s ability usage from Washington Timeless
5740s just got a little bit more honed in from
5742s there on out it really seemed like they
5744s are the ones taking the reins of all of
5746s the fights and remaining in control
5747s perhaps we'll see Fable as we go into
5750s their attack phase change things up a
5751s little bit or we're just gonna see a
5753s mirror composition again but the mirror
5755s matchup seems to be favoring Washington
5756s more than his favoring team fable
5760s and
5761s I don't think after that first fight
5764s around the bend
5765s I don't think we really even saw a team
5767s fight nerdy it was just pick here a
5770s couple picks here couple picks here
5772s everyone's in spawn carts on the point
5775s let's go next I mean it just felt like
5777s Fable was never able really to match
5779s Washington equal footing it was always
5781s 5v4 4v2 4v3 and as you've talked about
5785s several times so far today it's about
5787s not overstaying you're welcome it's
5788s about not dying to try and get that pick
5790s because that's why Fable just kind of
5792s got run down
5794s and we can see that Fable trying to
5796s rectify their mistakes is going with a
5798s different composition instead they're
5799s going with that Wrecking Ball dive comp
5801s that far the uh Echo I almost said
5804s Pharmacy the echo Mercy is going to be
5805s able to take angles take attention and
5808s then wrecking ball is going to be able
5809s to get in get slams but the question is
5811s is Rocky ball gonna get heavily punished
5813s from a sigma Rock and then ended up
5815s getting deleted by par in the Bastion
5817s turret form lots of wait and see it's
5819s really comes down to Target focus and
5821s making sure that you get in and get out
5823s promptly if you're playing Wrecking Ball
5826s Avery dropping lower lower and lower
5828s that health bar hanging on by a thread
5831s and the baller will pick up the first
5833s kill not the start you were hoping for
5835s if you're a fable fan or a fable player
5838s your Tank's already down you don't have
5840s space that you can take you don't have a
5842s great way to Siege The High Ground on
5844s the subway car onto someone like
5846s snozzlar you just have to basically wait
5848s for a reset
5850s the one good thing though about Avery
5852s being on wrecking balls wrecking ball
5853s gets back fast it's kind of like
5855s doomfist in the old days where your ball
5857s goes in and you're like hey I took XYZ
5859s cooldowns now going and everyone's like
5861s but you're dead it's like no no not
5862s going I'll be back by the time you're a
5864s big fight it's all good
5867s still waiting for that favor
5869s able breed is back but already at 50
5872s percent should be able to be healed up
5874s here but right now all of the damage and
5875s all the pressure being applied by
5877s Washington time list those alarm sniper
5879s gonna combine for a pair of eliminations
5881s Avery does get one back onto par Open up
5883s The High Ground just a little bit for
5884s fable but the problem is they're running
5886s out of bodies that are alive as they all
5889s have to reset greetings sniper took a
5892s did a very bold move and gave up High
5894s Ground dropped down to Mid to fight
5896s Fable head-on in this Alleyway near the
5899s mega pack probably recognizing as you
5901s mentioned that Avery got very low they
5903s were sub 50 Health by the time sniper
5906s got into Fable's full frontline's face
5908s and then they were just able to start
5910s deleting people one by one that just
5912s shows the confidence right now that
5913s Washington Timeless has not only in each
5915s other but in their ability to confirm
5917s these eliminations
5920s oh they get Amelia very low on so able
5924s to survive still a 5v5 for now the valve
5927s are gonna be popped by Jam but the
5928s healing is just not enough immediately
5930s going to go down you can see Avery at 50
5932s as well as the mahler's gonna pick up a
5935s kill onto the other support and now it's
5937s just the wrecking ball alive and Fable
5940s resets it's still time for two or three
5942s more attacks but they're just not making
5945s any progress
5948s we do have dragon's echocopy Nano Jam
5952s did use Valkyrie during the last fight
5954s so no Valk but we also are very close to
5956s land mines coming out from Avery
5959s theoretically if McMahon gets a good
5961s copy is able to get that ultimate you
5964s could see possibly a copy onto the sigma
5966s see a flux in conjunction with Dragons
5968s would be absolutely crazy we see parget
5971s deleted Nano boost given over to that
5973s echo echo copies Anna in the back line
5976s takes the 1v1 snozzler is going to be
5979s the one to come out on top of that
5980s support duel
5981s Avery manages to find Baptiste and Orion
5985s is down too so snazzler the only support
5987s no longer a support back to Echo
5990s nickman is going to be able to pick up
5992s the echo as we go under a minute left
5994s minefield's going to be dropped here by
5996s Avery just trying to buy time for the
5998s team they weren't quite able to get a
6000s single tick onto the payload
6002s McMahon dropping to 12 hp able to find
6004s that health pack tax buys are gonna be
6006s used and now Fable is kind of split you
6008s if nickman and Avery on one side of the
6010s point the rest of the team on the other
6012s closer to spawn
6014s they're gonna maybe have to try and
6015s combine here for a last second attack 30
6017s seconds left Dragon strike from abelia
6019s is going to go out it is on the low
6021s ground though so not quite able to do
6023s nearly as much damage as I think Fable
6024s needed as Orion's gonna pick up a pair
6027s of eliminations for themselves they get
6029s three in a row for the support it's not
6032s as large punches one more and I think
6034s that's about all fables gonna be able to
6036s muster here
6038s 10 seconds I don't know Avery Avery
6043s should be able to get attention knows
6044s the rollout gets in gets the touch has
6047s to use their e Shields come online they
6050s unfortunately get deleted we do have
6051s snazzler swapping over to Tracer to come
6053s back to make sure they're here for their
6054s team Tracer also swap over on team Fable
6057s but not enough speed not enough time
6059s Washington Timeless will come out
6061s victorious in our second game a second
6063s series of today
6066s and a lot of defensive clinic for
6069s Washington Timeless barely any touches
6072s on that point for fables we do see snow
6075s are able to pick up that player of the
6077s game just
6079s felt like we never got a cohesive attack
6081s from Fable we saw the Nano go off and I
6084s think it faded before McMahon was even
6085s able to get the duplicate off it just
6087s Washington Timeless said you pick the
6090s map we're gonna send you to the next
6091s round with the loss because there was
6093s just it felt like nothing Fable could do
6096s and you were right that during the
6099s attack phase for team Fable it felt a
6101s little discombobulated sometimes though
6103s that is how that comp plays it seems
6106s very all over the place it is a lot of
6108s trying to split attention and then play
6110s Cleanup Crew but it relies heavily on
6112s understanding when you're going in who
6114s your target is what the goal is of that
6116s engage is to get cooldowns or is it to
6119s actually get an elimination it's just
6120s Washington Timeless knew what the
6122s strategy was and they played to their
6124s strengths there was a lot of times where
6126s they took very bold positioning because
6129s they knew that even if the job was to
6131s get say in the system sniper eliminated
6133s sniper new my supports are on High
6135s Ground your option is to get me or get
6137s one of my supports odds are you're going
6138s after me and here is Sawhill the other
6141s tank that we saw coming out for
6142s Washington Timeless who played the more
6144s Brawley heavy tanks JQ and Reinhardt
6147s popping off as well as par who was on
6149s that Genji Bastion throughout the series
6150s Amelia fabulous job from Team Fable did
6153s a great job in the sojourn it just
6154s wasn't quite enough to give them the
6156s Lego up in the series
6158s you make a great point in the fact that
6161s in that I mean any team will tell you
6163s that opens it up when you have a sub
6164s we're like all right hey look saw Hill
6166s you could play tank on control we're
6167s gonna bring sniper in depending on map
6169s choice on hybrid and it's going to make
6170s the comp just flow better when
6171s everybody's online and you have that
6173s flexibility that one player doesn't need
6175s to know every tank they only need to
6176s know a couple you have another player
6177s who can know the other few that just
6179s shows why Washington Timeless came into
6181s this as the top team they are the number
6183s one team going into the next round with
6184s a win here because they just they feel
6186s so flexible I mean we saw snazzler
6188s duplicate onto the auto and just pop off
6191s for like a double kill basically as a
6193s support on the echo it was absolutely
6195s insane this team
6196s feels completely in Command right now
6199s and I'll be curious to see where they
6201s end up at the end of this Swiss weekend
6202s because I mean so far I know we've only
6204s seen two games and we haven't seen the
6206s other 14 teams but this team just felt
6208s like they were on a different level from
6209s the other teams we've seen so far
6211s definitely a well-oiled machine and we
6213s mentioned it earlier that sometimes
6214s teams don't go the hardest they possibly
6216s can in the early rounds but some teams
6218s they're like we're here to win and we're
6220s going to demonstrate it from game one
6221s they go hard or go home so to speak
6224s style gameplay and they play Borderline
6228s perfectly I mean Washington was very
6230s successful in both of these maps played
6232s to their strengths and just highlighting
6234s as you mentioned earlier having the
6235s ability to slab players out having more
6237s than one player per role is great
6239s because it should roster depth not only
6241s takes a lot of pressure off of some
6243s players it allows you the ability to
6244s make changes on the fly to better fit
6246s what you're going up against if you're
6247s unsuccessful on a map or knowing your
6249s team's strengths and making the swaps as
6251s needed to be successful in each map case
6253s in point being sniper and saw Hill
6256s subbing in and out on tank
6259s or anyway as we saw from konoichi If
6262s your player has a tummy ache also a
6264s great way you know just hey my tummy
6267s hurts put somebody else in so yeah I
6269s think watch the Timeless they look very
6271s strong and again for fable it looks like
6273s they did kind of fit that mold that you
6275s were talking about before the series
6277s started where it's like let's play
6278s something a little bit more off meta
6279s that's what we saw on new Bonnie it just
6281s kind of as you pointed out there was
6283s some maybe lack of understanding I
6285s thought they had some goods and some
6286s bads it just maybe if you're gonna go
6288s off meta this was a good match right you
6290s kind of get punched in the mouth and you
6291s say okay this is what we need to do
6292s better this is what the top team does to
6294s counter us so I think this is a huge
6295s learning opportunity for fable and I
6297s would not be shocked if next weekend
6298s we're seeing Fable in the playoff
6300s because this felt like a strong team
6301s they maybe just needed that like okay
6303s this is how teams counter us now where
6305s do we go from there
6307s yeah and that comp that they rolled out
6309s on is not one that I'm unfamiliar with
6310s it's a slight variation on one that is
6312s sometimes referred to as an Untouchable
6314s comp and typically you run that Echo you
6316s run Mercy you can run a Lucio but more
6318s people feel comfortable on playing
6320s aikidiko in that instance you run ball
6321s and you run Tracer the idea is that you
6324s are so fast you have so much movement
6326s that you're able to get in get
6328s eliminations and get out hence the name
6330s Untouchable so I have to see if there's
6331s any adjustments made on that composition
6332s for fable going into the future but
6334s they'll have plenty of odd review
6335s opportunities for the remainder of the
6337s day using not only the first one of the
6339s day and this match against Washington
6341s time let's put the other mouse that they
6342s have as well going forward with other
6344s teams
6345s I would say why should Tyler played the
6347s unmovable cop because they did move off
6349s the point they were just there for four
6351s minutes playing defense it was like
6353s trying to push a thousand ton Boulder
6355s they were just sitting there like okay
6357s you're over there cool I'm just gonna
6358s let you run around do your speed thing
6360s okay you're over there cool and they
6361s just didn't move so again I think as you
6363s said this will be huge for both these
6364s teams again we have one more Swiss round
6367s to go also potentially may have an
6368s interview from this game as well here
6369s nerdy but so far I'd say
6372s nobody's really shown any nerves though
6374s right we haven't seen any of those crazy
6375s plays somebody falls off the map like oh
6376s it's just a stream pressure I think
6377s that's one thing always got to look out
6379s for when you're on the stream is oh did
6381s the pressure gets open so far I'd say
6382s our players all look like they're ready
6384s to go they're seasoned vets at this it
6385s looks like
6387s and you just brought back some uh some
6389s bad memories that were very funny for me
6391s during the last major
6393s ironically on Doom Bonnie and no hard
6396s feelings but my teammate fell off the
6398s map and we were not having a great day
6399s but uh all of us it was a great way to
6401s end the day because we just ended up
6403s laughing it was great because we were
6405s playing we didn't have the depth roster
6406s advantage that these teams have we had
6408s two subs in and people off rolling so it
6410s was a rough start rough day and we had a
6413s teammate fall off the map and it was
6415s both comical and heartwarming to know
6417s that like these players across all these
6419s teams there are going to be mistakes
6421s made like that and the ability to laugh
6422s it off is the most important thing and
6424s just stay confident and keep playing to
6425s the your strengths is hopefully what
6427s we'll continue to see for the remainder
6428s of this series and this broadcast

7189s course we've already seen Demeter on
7191s stream but hey Riptide new to the scenes

7204s meet her on broadcast we know what they
7205s like to play we know their strengths we
7207s haven't seen Riptides on broadcast but I

7213s well so we have akamaru nari herself

7221s enough weird for my team play DPS so I'm
7223s interested to see how she performs on

7226s opportunity to see her play any tank

7277s gets on I'm excited for Flashpoint
7279s baking it's debut on the stream we
7280s talked about a little bit but why don't

7284s case of obesity what they're looking for
7285s on new junk City and Flashpoint
7288s okay so Flashpoint is control point on
7290s steroids and just like with control
7292s point the more players you have on the
7293s point at least during the capture phase
7295s the faster it goes however from that
7297s point onwards as opposed to where
7298s control you have you know you can get
7301s three and four fives before it hits 100
7302s you get about two and a half here before
7304s that point we'll lock down to 100 if it
7306s is going to not flip and not become
7308s contested by the other team but that
7311s being said there's roughly a hundred
7312s meter Gap to close between Your Spawn
7314s and the control point until the control
7315s Point swaps to the next one and that Gap
7318s is a large distance in the terms of
7320s OverWatch to cover so lots of teams rely
7322s on teleports massive movement abilities
7325s Lucio speed boost you could be seeing
7327s variations in jotes we could see the war
7329s of attrition comp come out but it has to
7331s be played very cleanly dive compositions
7333s are great symmetro orientated
7335s compositions you can get silly with you
7338s can do some very intriguing things with
7339s and that we've seen some teams even in
7342s the contender space that prefer Sim
7343s based comps could come out on top and be
7346s successful on these Flashpoint maps and
7347s there's there's only two there's cervasa
7349s and there is new junk City and the one
7350s that we're starting out on is new junk
7352s City personally out of the two I like
7354s new drunk cervasa just has way too many
7356s accidental
7358s um environmental spots that teams fall
7360s off of as opposed to getting eliminated
7362s off of so hopefully we don't see that on
7365s new junk City there is about one point
7367s that does have it and it's the one we're
7369s looking at right here that back area
7370s some people don't realize you can fall
7372s off and they ended up getting either
7373s javelined or booped off the point
7376s I will have to see if everyone can keep
7378s their feet firmly planted on the ground
7380s or at least not fall off the edge again

7441s um some codes have managed to override
7443s it and fix it other times you have to
7445s manually go in and change it so it
7447s happens to almost anyone that's probably
7448s run a Lobby within the last couple of
7451s weeks just kind of a way to point it out
7454s good job at least someone noticed and
7455s they're fixing it right away I mean your
7458s tank will not have a good time on
7460s Flashpoint if you're on the wrong code
7461s I.E I've seen it happen enough times at

7568s able to be healed back up though so
7570s everyone will be at full strength

7572s flash point unlocking right now
7575s tank form going to be used as Alex will
7578s go down nari pumping in a ton of damage
7580s gonna get a kill under RK as well
7583s already down two Demeter just gonna try
7586s and stabilize best they can now they
7588s lose Maple and blobfish in an early
7590s first fight win for a Riptide
7593s Riptide has a slight advantage in the
7596s longer fights however that wasn't very
7598s long at all just pointing out that
7600s akamaru choosing to go with them the May
7603s over that symmetra it allows akamaru to
7606s confidently swing angles with the lack
7609s of an ERI pylon or nyari who can help
7611s you get healing from a distance so to

7614s having that cryofreeze can extend these
7617s fights and typically with the Bastion
7619s matchup the Bastion that uses turret
7621s form first is going to be the least
7622s successful of the two and the team to
7624s meters bash and Alex already used her
7626s for tsunari has the upper hand in that

7634s onto Karma as well
7637s this looks like it potentially his first
7638s flash point over to a Riptide you need

7661s the other team's former spawn some teams
7663s will choose to go straight to the flash
7664s point some teams choose to try and go
7666s and pick up staggers and only send one
7667s person but without that extreme movement
7670s Hero on a DPS the ability to just send
7672s one person to point is kind of Nolan
7674s void so you move as a unit instead of
7676s that's exactly what Riptide did they are
7677s going to use window
7679s early on to lock down an entire angle
7682s prevent progression forward Alex is
7684s going to respond using the aerial strike
7686s another window is going to be popped as
7689s well we hear beat drops and pterosurge

7785s side fashion Pop's ultimate very close
7788s to the point and very close to an Arisa
7790s wall is going to be used Maple Burns

7793s gonna teleport try to get behind some
7794s people may cry out for racist force and
7796s use window spear spin comes forward from
7798s blobfish and blobfish tries to aggress
7801s forward but does not have the pressure
7802s gets eliminated and now Demeter is going
7805s to start struggling without their tank
7809s throw out that sound barrier from gutsy
7811s to keep everyone alive for now
7814s blobfish trying to make it back as fast
7816s as possible that Alex able to get a
7819s double kill onto Mary and weird the
7822s beater just holding on they've even got
7823s this 99 can they survive if the blizzard
7826s coming out from akamaru as akamaru will
7828s go down nari gonna try and throw out a
7829s last second artillery on to the point
7832s but it's all eyelets in this tank before
7834s hole they barely survived the triple
7836s kill but them survive
7838s long enough it's them that last point
7841s that was nearly the clutches artillery

7844s I mean ilex also the fight before that
7846s got a multi-kill just decimating three
7849s people in a row dropping them like
7851s dominoes so to speak now we're equalized
7853s as far as the overall map score goes we
7856s could theoretically see all five flash
7858s points if this trend continues it is
7860s first to three as you mentioned earlier
7862s teams now looking to get in we have
7864s Riptide first ones to get into point and
7866s lock it down which typically is the mark
7868s of success but beat and artillery strike
7871s might send a different message
7883s we'll go down after picking up a single
7885s kill and a Riptide back in control on
7889s the back of weird now looking to maybe
7891s make this 30 40 before the meter can get
7893s back
7895s going into this next fight we saw a lot
7897s of cues get popped during that last
7899s engage we're gonna have amplification
7901s Matrix as well as soundberry coming out
7903s for the side of Riptide but no DPS no
7905s Tangled but decided to meter they're
7907s going to have Maple's wall as well as
7911s the amplification Matrix from
7914s Rourke hopefully they're able to get
7916s some picks but they're funneling into
7917s one spot looking for an opportunity to
7919s place teleporter possibly just a
7922s distraction wall and amp both use amp
7924s and response and beat from Riptide now
7927s it comes down to the war of attrition
7928s yet again
7931s mortality field for
7932s gonna go on cool down might be a chance
7934s here for Demeter to find a pick up a
7937s borrow now on this Genji dropping to
7939s about 15-20 percent able to stabilize
7942s though health bars for Riptide barely
7945s surviving they trade kill for kill with
7947s nari and Roark going down the 4v4
7950s Riptides health bars just Q not have to
7952s sustain they need they pick up a couple
7954s of kills but at the end of the day it's
7956s the meter who should finish this off and
7958s at least flip the flash point before it
7960s hits that 99 mark

7965s terror surge coming online beat as well
7967s as artillery strike 14 Demeter and
7970s akamaru made a hot swap over to the
7971s Genji almost has blade and we'll have
7974s artillery strike from nari in this next

7979s did but Demeter stays in control the
7981s point we could see this hit 99.99 we're
7983s opening with artillery strike to try to
7984s force some cooldowns and response
7986s artillery strike from I like just to
7987s equalize the playing field a bit atisk

7992s immortality both use simultaneously

7997s ilex is HP you can barely see it as

8045s and wall coming out from Team demeanor
8048s so theoretically demeanor has the longer
8051s sustaining ability but their wall window
8054s is not work thankfully they're only
8055s posting pulling out window right now

8401s Riptide does not want to let this team

8406s barrier from Karma going to come out as
8409s akumaru picks up one before going down
8411s it's just so many bodies scattered all
8414s over the point you called it dirty it's
8416s 99.99 Flashpoint five who is going to
8420s Blink first and it's going to be Demeter

8424s they're gonna try and touch as best they
8426s can Alex swapping to the soldier
8428s sprinting onto the point barely

8445s is ridiculous it has such long lulls but
8449s such intense fights we're gonna see
8451s weird coming in with play of the game
8453s Cara surge picks up one they quickly
8455s follow up with helping take out Maple
8458s they get to solo on the ilex gutsy also
8460s got some damage in there as well most
8462s likely a little bit of help from the
8463s Arisa in that instance too then the last
8464s play of the game goes to a tank finally
8466s as opposed to a support player like
8467s we've seen the majority of today
8469s and I mean double fancy anyone else on a
8473s Riptide but maybe the most deserving
8475s player because it was weird in that
8477s final fight I think got three or four
8479s eliminations that flipped that 99 99
8482s fight in a riptide's favor but we
8484s couldn't ask for a better introduction
8486s to Flashpoint I think for the stream of
8488s five Matt or five Flashpoint 99.99 like
8491s what else could you avoid at the teams
8493s duking it out you even got a late touch
8494s there I believe from ilex on Soldier
8496s trying to Sprint back in I mean the
8499s beater gave it everything they could but
8500s in the end it's an AE Riptide win and a
8503s big congratulations to them getting that
8505s first win always a big one here is you
8507s only have so many more rounds on the
8508s switch to try and qualify for those
8509s playoffs
8510s also can we talk about like Maple making
8513s that swap over to Tracer and I think
8515s that swap really helped them on that
8517s last Point get a few eliminations take
8519s attention like Mabel popped off on the
8521s Tracer to just sometimes you make the
8523s call to swap a little bit too late and
8524s that's detrimental just having
8525s confidence in the I don't think I'm
8527s finding as much value as I normally can
8529s get I need to play something else
8531s recognizing that sooner and having the
8533s confidence to say no I need to swap is
8535s really huge and hopefully we see that
8536s learning curve surmounted by these teams
8539s earlier on going into the next game that
8542s we have our last game of the day as well
8544s as into next weekend as we have
8546s different casters tomorrow but you and I
8548s can still at least observe as we're
8549s looking at some of the pop-off moments
8551s Alex on this Bastion like I said gets a
8554s two-piece got a three-piece but nari
8556s aerial strike picked up two the bastions
8558s were huge Playmakers on this map for

8563s favorite part of this whole map was the
8565s Alex vs Nary battle just of you know

8616s teams were able to bring to the table

9101s blessed by someone whose fingerprints
9103s are all over this I can't count the
9104s number of times off stream nerdies but
9106s like hey I played with that person hey
9107s that's my former teammate hey I know
9108s that person hey they play with me
9110s against me in comp and they've either
9111s destroyed me or I've destroyed them so
9113s why don't you tell us 30 a little bit
9115s about what is going on here with our
9116s calling all heroes unite minor 2.
9119s okay so this is a marginalized gender
9123s slash underrepresented gender a
9125s tournament meant to bring in players to
9127s give them an opportunity to pop off show
9129s off and shine of course
9131s excuse me in this tournament it's not
9133s like we're playing for nothing you're
9134s not just playing for quote-unquote
9135s exposure you are playing for the
9137s opportunity to move up and get closer
9140s and closer to claiming that bag there's
9141s a five thousand dollar total prizing
9143s pool and on top of that each player for
9145s these teams based off of your standing
9147s in this minor will be rewarded but are
9149s known as circuit points the circuit
9150s points are rewarded individually two
9152s players on the roster and then you can
9154s carry over those circuit points to join
9155s a different team the top five players
9157s based off circuit points per team that's
9159s some of those circuit points determine
9161s the team's circuit points you can see
9162s here the circuit Point breakdown for
9164s first all the way through 13th and 16th
9166s place and the top amount of circuit
9169s points over 2000 and the lowest being
9171s 250 per player with that being said
9174s there's a lot on the line here when it
9177s comes to this because I mean you got
9179s let's let's just be honest here we've
9182s got Timeless Washington Timeless I.E the
9185s Washington Justice Squad pulling up with
9186s some Timeless they have some players
9188s coming in from players that were on the
9189s nyxl academy team as well during the
9191s last major this is your opportunity to
9193s get spotted to be put on these teams and
9196s honestly we've seen a lot of not only
9199s great players but we've seen a lot of
9200s adaption happening from these players so
9202s it's a learning opportunity it's an
9203s opportunity for exposure but it's also
9205s an opportunity to have fun maybe make
9206s some money along the way
9209s unfortunately I wish we could be paid in
9211s exposure but we can't so the cash always
9212s kind of helps bridge that Gap but we're
9215s two rounds in let's take a look at our
9217s standings I know the team that you
9218s mentioned earn the Washington Timeless
9219s up there kind of just hitting above
9221s everybody else we saw them earlier on
9223s our stream and they looked absolutely
9224s insane we have five undefeated teams
9227s left and that'll go down just a little
9228s bit because it is a Swiss bracket so the
9230s 2-0 teams will play the 2-0 teams
9231s obviously were as possible there is an
9233s odd number so we'll see how many survive
9236s and we've got number two and number
9237s three so we should have a good game on
9239s our hands it's going to be strict Bad
9240s Blood taking on Valiant Guardians for
9242s this last game so kind of a nice little
9246s ending to it already we get to see
9247s second and third place the two teams who
9250s are right on Washington timeless's heels
9252s kind of battling it out to go into the
9254s into tomorrow at 3-0 this should be
9256s hopefully a drag out brawl between these
9260s two teams hopefully we go maybe we go
9261s four Maps right it is technically a best
9263s of three we are gonna go control hybrid
9265s Flashpoint but as you're saying fish in
9267s two stage four Maps push is the tie
9269s breaker because you can tie on hybrid so
9272s I'm running for a four map series that's
9273s all I'm gonna say it's first team to win
9275s two maps win so I'm just saying I'm
9277s hoping for four minutes that's all I'm

9282s if we go all the way to the four Maps
9285s I'm sorry to these players I mean yes as
9288s casters this is what we hope for we want
9290s the last games of the day to always be
9291s the longest and the most fun selfish
9294s the caveat of that is that this is the
9296s last game of the day and these players
9297s have been playing for a few hours at
9299s this point so best of luck to your
9301s mentals your mental stamina hopefully
9303s you stood up and stretched had some
9305s water if you needed to and you have like
9306s a pet to the house like a dog or a cat
9309s that gave you some love because when you
9311s hit that point it becomes emotionally
9313s breaking sometimes to be there and be
9315s like I have been gaming competitively
9317s for almost six hours now I need to lay
9320s down but you know these players they
9322s come to play they play to win so they
9324s hopefully have buckled up and were ready
9326s because this is what they signed up for
9327s and if we get our wish we're gonna go
9329s all the way to push which is uh love or
9330s hate it style map for many players
9333s I will say anybody but a Riptide and
9336s Demeter should throw a big shout out to
9337s them because they bought you like 25 30
9340s minutes having to play another map so
9342s everybody else got that break we'll have
9344s to see how it does here as we do have
9345s our rosters ready for Valiant Guardians

9349s take a look at that starting with the
9350s Valiant Guardians we've got HK X10

9369s know that they don't have as depth as
9370s much depth to their roster as the other
9372s Squad does so hopefully everyone is

9376s mini uh Saba Scarlet as well as ajmr I

9383s AJ just because there's a lot of
9385s syllables when you just have a name that

9395s yeah with the way the supports have been
9396s playing today I would expect a lot of
9398s call outs for scarlet 4-H AMR because it
9402s really has been a support dominated day
9404s today we talked about it in the intro
9406s OverWatch is sort of leaning towards but
9408s not really supports their like DPS and
9410s like one of their abilities does some
9412s healing as we see here it is going to be
9414s ilios to start us out hybrid and then
9416s Flashpoint if necessary so far we're
9419s everybody's pick a new Bonnie for hybrid
9420s we'll have to see if these teams want to
9422s go elsewhere but starting on ilios we'll
9424s have to see we do get a new control at
9425s least 30 and
9427s excited like I said all right so far the
9429s supports have been dominating I love to
9430s see the supports popping off we'll have
9432s to see if that is the case and also the
9434s second and third best teams of the day
9436s we've seen the first best team we kind
9438s of know going into tomorrow at least on
9440s the stream what the best teams look like
9442s and that's always a great thing here as
9443s we get ready to hop in and quickly nerdy
9446s hit us with your breakdown of what we
9447s expecting here in game number one
9449s okay so Elios well of course you might
9452s anticipate seeing a Lucio decide to I'm
9456s gonna age myself a little bit be a
9457s little bit of a red at Lucio and go for
9459s going on to Lighthouse and look to
9461s circumvent the front line of the enemy
9463s team and boot them into the well
9464s nowadays people call it the tick tock
9466s Lucio gameplay I don't with that being
9468s said that is one opportunity you can run
9470s the composition I discussed earlier
9471s which is that Untouchables wrecking ball
9473s Mercy echo kiriko or Lucio Tracer
9476s composition there is an opportunity to
9478s be running a Winston Winston cop you can
9481s also run the orisa comps that we've been
9483s seeing here it just relies heavily on
9485s understanding where you need to position
9486s first are you going to choose to lock
9488s down cage which is that room with the
9489s mini that you can see from our
9490s perspective here on the left side or we
9493s could see dive now well is only one of
9495s the other ones there is also ruins which
9497s is the map we are currently looking at
9498s here I personally love to see the Tracer
9500s Sombra compositions come out on this map
9502s because if you hack that Mega it can
9504s really mess up a lot of teams that are
9506s trying to control that space plus lots
9508s of opportunities for environmentals not
9509s just Lucio's but from other players as
9511s well in those compositions and then the
9513s last one that we do have is also White
9515s House which for some reason I'm not
9518s going to say for some reason you can run
9521s symmetra on that one and you lock it
9523s down and you turn it into just a death
9524s beam box but if you if a team knows how
9526s to play around that maybe that works for
9528s one fight you get the point lock you get
9530s the first 30 but then there's a full
9531s comp swap you're now suddenly dealing
9533s with Pharmacy and your symmetra on point
9535s all of your turrets are gone other team
9537s manages to come back and win it but you
9538s got the first 30 you made them swap
9540s comps now you swap comps if you see them
9542s make that comps won't be like okay we're
9544s gonna dump all our olds this fight and
9546s then we're gonna transition to a
9547s different composition and this is a
9548s lighthouse like I was just discussing
9549s again lots of opportunities for
9551s environmentals
9552s ilios I feel like is the opportunity to
9555s if someone makes a positional mistake
9556s you can punish it very heavily
9558s especially if it's around these
9559s Coastline corners and controlling center
9562s spaces depending on your composition can
9563s be your advantage or going out into
9565s those center spaces gets you immediately
9567s killed based off your comps you'd better
9568s know your win condition and better know
9570s your positioning
9571s we get ready to hop in to our first map
9575s remember it is first to two
9577s both these teams come in undefeated
9580s Valiant Guardians and stricts bad blood
9582s second and third place in the standings
9584s and coming from those points that
9585s already was talking about earlier that
9586s have carried over from previous Miners
9588s and previous Majors so these teams near
9590s the top a win would go a long way
9593s getting you a good playoff seat so far
9595s they start to battle it out see X10 up
9598s on The High Ground with the rest of the
9600s violent Guardian team meanwhile strix
9602s bad blood has taken that bottom side of
9604s the map
9605s so far with the point unlocking we get
9607s that first kill on the Prototype and now
9609s they're gonna lose Scarlet as well the
9611s point unlocked strikes us down two and
9613s this should be an early first fight win
9614s for the Guardians
9617s Diva rushes in boops into that torbjorn
9620s Tracer goes takes the duel immortality
9623s is force beam is used Echo gets
9625s dangerously low Keith is confident in
9627s that dual wins but goes down to
9628s extensionally thereafter and I think bug
9631s decided to jump off the map just to make
9633s this reset a little bit easier
9636s and if you're looking at these
9637s compositions the side of Valley and
9639s they're looking to gain and control
9640s space they want to take fights in space
9642s whereas the side of strict wants to play
9645s from the distance they're playing more
9646s that spamming composition you have the
9648s sigma but Diva the Go Button basically
9650s as you see Sigma use that Rockwell now
9652s you're free to jump in so hopefully
9655s the sigma for the side of strix starts
9657s making adjustments recognizing what the
9659s Steve is looking for and not using
9660s cooldowns too early moving fish did hit
9662s that get hit by the rock but will
9664s sustain as we see pulse bomb get drops
9665s and only take out a turret
9668s oh moving fish gonna lose the mech and
9670s go down shortly thereafter we do see
9673s mini go down prototype gonna pick up X10
9675s as well so despite the loss of the tank
9678s the alien Guardians holding on quite
9681s well and now sitting at 55 and really
9684s inclined he didn't think gonna come
9685s online and maybe we no we don't even get
9687s a chance to see the old come out
9689s immediately that duplicate is taken care
9691s of but right now strict spot budget is
9693s backing up we do see Halo going to drop
9696s the alt can't quite pick up the 5K but
9698s we didn't see pick up one make it two
9700s and that's enough for the Guardians to
9702s just kind of move right along and keep
9703s mowing them down
9705s I mean Halo it wasn't just a two-piece
9708s it was both of the supports for the side
9710s of strix Bad Blood and both your
9712s supports can you spend active spawn
9713s granted it was a little bit late so they
9715s even got staggered out and then people
9716s such as mini on that tour had started to
9719s push forward thinking maybe I can help
9720s my supports get out Minnie got staggered
9722s too so that is almost an entire 10 to 15
9724s that now has to just be given over to
9727s the side of valiant Guardians we see an
9728s intro with Diva self-destruct and does
9730s force the immortality out amplification
9732s Matrix is used extend waiting patiently
9734s and tries to take the stool with the
9735s soldier that healing pad is going to be
9737s the deciding factor a little bit to
9739s extend it but ultimately extend the help
9741s of their teammates manages to come out
9742s on top of that fight
9744s an extended Halo gonna combine to finish
9747s this up X10 on the mini gonna pick
9749s up The Kill
9751s and with prototype really this Last One
9753s Alive bug trying to get back onto the
9755s point not quite able to will anyone get
9757s a tow on no and
9760s really I mean coming in you had the
9762s second and third team I know it's only a
9764s fraction of what we have to expect
9765s between them but 100 oh was not how I
9767s expected this series to start it
9771s I I agree with you but I think
9774s truthfully this came down to the
9776s difference in the wind conditions and
9777s the compositions we do see bug deciding
9779s to make the adjustment giving it up
9781s honestly Sigma into diva when there is a
9783s lot of opportunity to control high
9785s grounds take Space by just dropping down
9787s without having to use cooldowns and
9789s winning that first fight when you're in
9790s that dive comp into a Spam comp making
9792s swaps sooner might have helped strix at
9795s least equalize the playing field a bit
9796s more and last longer however they made
9798s swaps way too late now we do see almost
9800s an exact mirror coming out from both
9802s sides most likely mini and X10 will not
9804s be staying on these Sims and so just to
9805s get the initial TP out X10 yes going
9807s Tracer and then prototype actually going
9809s over to the soldier 76.
9813s brief difference between the two cops
9815s see who can come out of her first alien
9817s Guardians looking to go up with an early
9819s one nothing we actually haven't seen a
9821s control go to map 3 so far on the stream
9824s we'll see if this will be the first one
9825s it's the control Point takes down and
9827s unlocks into five seconds early damage
9829s going out onto both teams is both Divas
9831s are a little bit low though bug very
9834s critical dropping to about a quarter HP
9836s still trying to be healed up by the
9838s supports but that HP bar is just not
9840s moving for the strict Bad Blood tank
9842s they're taking so much damage and that
9844s Mech is not long for this world of me
9846s they'll be taken out Minnie will go down
9848s here as well and early on it's once
9850s again Valiant Guardians with a
9852s dominating kill to start they're getting
9854s a couple of antes as well and they'll
9856s win the first fight and take the point
9858s where do you see Echo get dangerously
9860s low as well as anti but just Waits
9863s abides their time gets healed up after
9864s the ante and we do see Keith
9866s unfortunately gets staggered
9867s it's the price you pay by being the Anna
9870s you're playing long distance so either
9872s you know your first to die or last to
9873s die so to speak because people happy to
9876s close the gap to take care of you early
9877s on or you're the LA you're the one who
9880s was playing from the safe distance and
9881s so therefore if you don't get out early
9883s you die last and force your team to wait
9885s a little bit longer we are now at that
9888s essential Tipping Point we're crossing
9889s into the 45 Mark where if this does not
9893s flip in favor restricts Bad Blood we
9895s will now enter last fight territory
9896s after this fight and it looks like X10
9899s is gonna pick up a two piece so most
9900s likely yeah we're about to enter the
9902s last fight territory for bad blood to
9905s try and claim this map
9908s unfortunately Bad Blood doesn't just get
9910s end there you have four ultimates and
9913s moving fish probably will pick up the
9915s fifth ultimate for Valiant Guardians
9916s before this next fight starts meanwhile
9918s bablet only gonna have that Nano I love
9921s the captain Sun soon as that Nana was
9923s Emily gonna go on to bug but Keith will
9926s fall over for six bad but their other
9928s support Scarlett will go down as well
9930s and I mean this fight might as well not
9932s have happened already because it is just
9934s back to spawn for strict's Bad Blood

9938s well the good thing about how quickly
9939s Lafayette does mean that they have a
9941s chance to make it back and get a touch
9943s on point they may need to make an
9944s adjustment though prototype being the
9946s last unfortunately the die means they
9947s won't swap over to the Tracer they've
9949s got 10 seconds now to make it in it's
9951s all riding on Scarlet to get an early
9953s touch or for Scarlett to taxi in their
9956s tank we do see bug goes dangerously low
9959s gets antied and we also have captive Sun
9962s get popped it's going to land to the bat
9963s of the May who uses their cryofreeze to
9966s cleanse it Halo tries to use their
9968s movement to possibly get a Boop ability
9969s it will Boop someone off the map
9971s unfortunately Halo goes down X10 does

9976s looks like though no tank for the side
9978s of strict Bad Blood could mean the end

10030s one of the four DPS that we've seen will
10032s step that up a little bit just so we can
10034s round out the plays of the game going to
10036s each of the different subdivisions of
10038s hero types but with that being said
10039s control heavily dominated by Valiant
10042s Guardians we're going to be moving into
10043s hybrid we've seen nimbani
10046s nimbani will we see something a little
10049s bit different
10051s I even think our bonus coverage came
10053s even though we didn't see it I think it
10054s showed they played new Bonnie as well so
10056s I would expect new Bonnie but maybe we
10059s get to change up and I if you're if you
10062s were betting at home and you picked
10064s anything but new Bonnie Unfortunately

10069s now the question is will we get to see a
10071s forced game three of course we've got
10072s Flashpoint in our bonus coverage we

10110s Guardians as we'll see in the replays
10112s they could be playing with just a
10115s different lineup than they normally
10116s would have on some of these Maps you
10118s never know life happens things happen
10119s but nonetheless as you mentioned alien
10121s Guardians they're doing extremely well
10122s right now unless I'm magically throwing
10125s out enough bad juju in my words to curse
10127s them but I doubt it because again most
10129s of these teams extremely confident in
10131s their skill and gameplay to not even
10133s have to worry about any sort of cast
10134s occurs happening
10136s and I do think just based off of what
10138s we've seen thus far from Valiant
10141s the new Bonnie map pick plays heavily
10144s into what they want and I'm not positive
10146s if strict's Bad Blood
10149s should have made this choice

10157s good on new body and you don't even
10159s maybe realize maybe the other team's

10171s maybe you hyping up Valiant Guardians
10173s with all strict Bad Blood needs to make

10232s series expecting Valiant Guardians
10233s Valiant Guardian is like it's bedtime
10235s like we just want to go to bed like it's

10238s everything is pulled out all the stops
10240s like we just we just want we just want
10241s to sleep we want to probably get ready
10242s for tomorrow so we'll have to see
10244s because right now they look so so good
10247s well but the one thing I will say that
10249s strix may bring to the table here on
10250s your body is we saw them roll out on the
10252s sigma initially for well not normally
10254s the call we see a lot of teams make to
10256s roll out on the Sig but you can run snig
10258s on New Bonnie we saw it earlier today in
10260s our previous matchup that we watched the
10262s whole thing of on our bonus matchup that
10264s Sigma can be very powerful on new Bonnie
10266s when playing properly so there's a
10268s chance that this is their key to success
10270s that new body is their turnaround point
10271s there are teams that just historically
10273s really struggle on control point so
10276s perhaps they anticipated not doing the
10279s best on control they're just kind of
10281s treating it as let's see what they can
10282s bring to the table and see their comfort
10284s and then let's try and make the swaps
10286s necessary and adjustments necessary
10287s going into hybrid to come out on top
10292s well everything is on the table for
10294s strix bad blood they need to come away
10296s with a win on numbani or they will go
10298s into tomorrow two and one with Valiant
10302s Guardians being one of the few remaining
10303s undefeated teams we came in around three
10305s with five undefeated teams

10346s streaks almost about to lose bugs as
10349s well the sigma barely able to be healed
10352s back up to full Auntie is going to land
10354s on to prototype though moving fish
10356s actually going to lose the mech and
10358s their own life so now without a tank
10359s Valley Guardians has to defend down one
10362s now make it down two asito is going to
10364s be taken out and just like that's bad
10366s blood maybe one of our best opening
10368s fights we've seen on noon Bonnie it will
10370s take early command and they're just
10372s gonna get the payload unlocked without
10373s much resistance after they got that kill

10381s Diva takes a little bit of pepper damage
10384s doesn't get deem backs off safely
10387s strix not quite close to any DPS holds
10390s but those supports very close to theirs
10392s probably most looking to swing Corner
10394s using amplification Matrix to lock down
10396s this entire roadway here and force the
10398s team back to bust if you're looking at
10400s Valiant Guardians accent is close to
10402s that visor we do have captive Sun as
10404s well as Nano boost copy
10407s all online the only thing really lagging
10409s behind is Diva moving fish sub 70 right
10413s now on that ultimate
10415s front lining and is through Shield could
10417s you lose Toki Toki goes down now it's an
10420s opportunity for the side of strix to
10421s really dominate at this angle
10426s definitely on this map been able to find
10428s moving fish and take out that Mech
10431s we'll see so far we've only seen that
10433s amp Matrix come down from Keith already
10435s back to 35 as well here comes the
10438s captive son from Halos x10's gonna find
10440s one Zeno gonna think be taking out in
10443s return Halo will pick up one with the
10445s ultimates
10446s a slight slight number advantage two
10448s Valiant guardians but as I say that Halo
10451s does go down so three to three the Nano
10454s does come out onto X10 does have the
10456s visor but chooses not to use it with the
10458s Nano instead just gonna pepper shots the
10460s old-fashioned way with the mouse and
10462s able to do enough damage to four Strikes

10469s I mean I don't prototype technically
10471s needed to use visor on top of those
10473s apologies I don't think X10 needed to
10475s use the visor on top of the Nano it was
10477s really just trying to buy some time for
10480s their team and hanging on to visor for a
10483s pair with a second ultimate or to
10485s equalize if your team goes down one it
10486s is advantageous especially because
10488s they're lagging behind a little bit in
10489s the old economy we do hear visor get
10491s popped finally by X10 to engage on this
10493s fight Divas running away we've got an
10495s ante on the back line it was on Echo who
10497s copies Yari immediately delete deleted
10499s captive Sun comes out Minnie does find
10502s Anna self-destruct comes in but moving
10505s fish unfortunately and pilot gets
10506s deleted
10509s Scarlett thought they were fairly gonna
10511s hang on they will get taken out by X10
10513s prototype gonna get one back in the
10515s soldier 76 Battle Bugs gets one and in
10517s this chaotic fight it still stricts bad
10519s blood who
10521s I've kind of taken over on new body and
10522s given Valiant Guardians the same
10524s treatment as they're undeterred and
10526s already moving on to point number three
10528s through all of those ultimates
10534s um really I think I kind of called it
10536s earlier that strix maybe just wasn't
10538s super confident on the control point but
10540s knew that they just had to make it over
10542s to hybrid which is the second map type
10544s to be more successful we see moving fish
10547s get rocked and immediately demaged the
10549s ability to follow up on that damage
10551s coming out from the DPS great
10553s opportunities produced by strix so
10555s they're now pushing forward rounding the
10557s corner looking to pick up these staggers
10558s for Prototype trying to run away
10560s possibly get a flank angle in here to
10562s pour some attention away from their
10563s front line
10567s finally forced to swap over to Sigma the
10569s diva
10570s Diva debuggler out they're all here we
10573s see the captive Sun from Halo are they
10574s going to be able to clutch it like we've
10576s seen earlier today they do pick up the
10578s one moving fish finds a second so
10580s Scarlett does answer right back
10581s stretched down to just their support so
10583s they finally we stopped and then run of
10586s tyranny just a mere two meters from
10589s going all the way without any casualties
10591s or any real team fight losses I should
10593s say but in the end Valiant Guardians
10595s finds a way to sand tall at the last
10596s moment
10598s Halo stayed alive for quite some time on
10599s the point but even if they did get
10601s staggered it doesn't really matter where
10602s you have over three minutes left to cap
10605s that final couple meters by the time
10607s they make it in for the last fight this
10608s next fight probably about 10 or 15. holy
10611s cow X10
10614s doing what Hanzo does that's the only
10616s thing you can really attribute that one
10618s too
10620s and as you were saying there's still two
10622s and a half minutes or more than two and
10623s a half minutes first tricks bad blood so
10625s one pick doesn't set you back but you do
10627s have to kind of start to figure out what
10629s your strategy is you're in Uncharted
10631s Territory if you fix bad blood at least
10632s on this map because that was the first
10634s time they lost a team fight since minute
10636s one early damage going out there is the
10639s alt available for X10 and in it the
10641s dragons will go flying through
10643s get a little bit of Chip damage but
10644s nothing more and there is that captives
10647s on a forest scarlet and that's what you
10649s gotta be careful of we've seen so many
10651s pop-ups already today and there's
10653s another one with a kill on to Halo
10657s unfortunately they're trading back and
10658s forth two for two dragon strike going to
10660s come out and chisato picks up two
10662s looking for a third and finds it maybe
10665s one more with the dragon strike not
10667s quite able to eat the rock to the face
10668s the moving fish has their back and
10671s that's the first big Genji yacht we've
10673s seen and it was at the time the valley
10674s Carney theater most
10676s okay but it was also again deal that
10677s required the Nano which I'm not trying
10680s to dog on people but like
10683s I've seen Genji's that are capable
10685s popping off without the Nano but
10686s sometimes especially just I feel like
10688s the way things are right now with these
10689s matchups if you're gonna go for the
10691s Genji blade you either do it knowing
10693s you're gonna die but you're gonna try to
10694s force attention and cooldowns or you do
10696s it because you have a nano and you're
10697s gonna absolutely demolish people and
10699s slice them like you know turn them into
10701s swiss cheese so to speak now as we move
10703s into this next fight my only concern is
10705s Valley Gardens used a lot of ultimates
10706s during that last one X10 is close to
10708s dragons again we could theoretically see
10709s a lift dragons but we have mini already
10711s with copy they do take out prototypes so
10713s strix has to play a little more cautious
10715s and they lose teeth as well so despite
10717s the old disparity looks like Valiant
10719s Guardians are able to hold off strix bad
10721s blood for another fight
10724s and all of a sudden those four minutes
10726s are down to just 60 seconds there this
10729s has been a great defense by Valiant
10731s Guardians they didn't even have to use
10733s any alt in that last fight as well so
10735s they're gonna have a couple coming up
10736s and strick's bad luck they need to find
10738s a way to finally win a fight they
10741s basically haven't won since that big
10742s push
10745s their momentum was stopped and its
10747s tracks and they're struggling to find
10748s footing yet again they do come up on
10750s window lift copy and very close advisor
10752s for this next fight but they're gonna
10753s have to deal with the response most
10755s likely coming from X10 using this Dragon
10757s to split them off again look yeah x10's
10760s looking has that Sonic Arrow out saw a
10763s couple there's the lift Here Comes
10764s captive sun halo goes down Genji goes
10767s down as well for the side Rebellion
10769s Guardians that's not what they were
10771s expecting in that instant but a Halo's
10773s captive Sun still manages to pick up
10775s Scarlett
10777s internally prototype does get moving
10779s fish and
10780s slowly but surely strix is pushing this
10783s payload they have just a limited amount
10785s of time left the dragon strike is still
10787s online X10 trying to line up something
10789s huge but they do get knocked just barely
10791s backwards kind of forces the dragon to
10794s go just south of where they are aiming
10796s Rose I'm gonna pop the tack visor right
10799s now Valley Guardians just need to win
10800s this one fight and it starts with a pick
10802s on the mini and prototype Keith dropping
10804s incredibly low so is Scarlet and bug bug
10807s goes down at just the two supports left
10809s there's two meters One support kid Keith
10812s be the hero unfortunately Keith will not
10815s be able to find their way to the point
10817s Valiant Guardians bite the Skin of Their
10820s Teeth prevent a three cap and keep their
10823s hopes of sweeping here on hybrid alive
10828s that payload is extremely close you can
10831s see it here before it swaps over to the
10834s original position at the control Point
10836s how close it is to that final checkpoint
10839s so some may say that basically they got
10841s all three points but that little bit
10844s those few meters of leeway that are
10846s going to be given over in favor of
10848s valiant on this attack could be the make
10850s or break here for strix to either win
10852s this and send us to Flashpoint
10855s or from Valiant to 2o sweep this series
10861s as you said they they got as close as
10863s they could without capping but
10866s feeder and a half 1.8 meters I think
10868s that they left is the difference between
10869s saying well worse We Got Is overtime and
10871s worst we got is we're done for the
10873s evening and we're two in one so by no
10876s stretches Valiant Guardians were cut out
10877s for them because you have to remember
10878s strix Bad Blood basically captured the
10880s payload got all the way down to that 1.8
10883s meters before losing a team fight so
10885s Valley Guardians is gonna have to work
10886s quick they're gonna have to make sure
10888s that they win these team fights because
10891s I don't know where do you sit there
10893s because it feels like all the momentums
10894s on Valiant guardians but I feel like
10895s with strix kind of fighting for their
10897s lives here in round three might kind of
10899s give them that last Edge they need but
10901s where do you say this we get ready to
10902s kick off this second round here on new
10904s Bonnie
10905s honestly I think this is definitely and
10907s I'm I'm sorry to say this but moving
10909s fish needs to prioritize surviving and
10912s understand and like the calls of their
10914s team knowing what cooldowns are
10916s available for strix bad blood in these
10917s engages to make sure that Toki moving
10919s fish's Mac does not get deleted early on
10922s when they first do these Dives otherwise
10924s their team is about a front line a pilot
10926s Diva you do a lot of damage we have very
10928s little survivability in those instances
10930s we do see Scarlett get dangerously low
10931s pylons already destroyed and they're
10934s trying to just sweep over towards
10935s Coastline toll and make these angles
10937s happen Scarlett goes down for stricts
10939s Bad Blood early on and that is going to
10941s open up the window for Valiant guardians
10943s but X10 goes down to Keith Halo finds
10945s prototype so supports coming in clutch
10947s to play cleanup crew and sustain for
10950s their team
10952s Keith going to punch down by moving fish
10955s that's a huge pick because Scarlet's
10957s still running back though Minnie able to
10959s take out this Diva as you said nerdy
10961s moving fish just has not been able to
10964s stay alive and stay with that Mech for a
10967s lot of this map
10968s it's a big reason why strix had such a
10970s good start and it wasn't until they
10972s swapped to the sigma and valentardians
10974s found those wins and all those early
10977s plays for nothing is they got nothing
10978s out of it and justado actually gonna get
10980s taken out that's gonna stagger Valiant
10982s Guardians when they least need it
10986s and it looks like captive Sun as well as
10988s Nano very close to dragons for the side
10991s of valley of Guardians we've seen X10
10992s not really find picks but Halo
10994s unfortunately is going to go down very
10995s early we see next to necessarily get
10996s pics of these dragons but more use them
10998s as a facilitator for the rest of the
11000s Valiant Guardian Squad it's great to
11002s split people down in response to another
11005s ultimate to prevent pressure being put
11007s on your team hopefully extensively use
11009s this to put people in a position that
11011s allow either moving fish or Halo to
11012s follow up and play and uh you can find
11015s the eliminations necessary from the lack
11017s of positioning that'll be created using
11019s those dragons
11023s side it's just Otto is going to pick off
11025s Scarlet you do have that captive Sun as
11027s the Nano is going to go out onto moving
11029s fish
11030s critic flux comes out from Bugs but not
11032s able to fight a kill as Keith will fall
11034s many trades one back into X10 and
11035s duplicate goes off onto the diva trying
11037s to build the self-destruct to create
11039s some space and they're gonna be able to
11040s get it and there comes the self-destruct
11043s followed by moving finishes
11044s self-destruct as well and wow they're
11046s D-Max bugs gets a fantastic melee kill
11049s that once again might kill all of the
11051s momentum the Valiant Guardians had
11053s pushing on to this point after that
11055s early support pick
11058s foreign
11064s here's the follow-up Echo copy I was
11067s wondering when
11068s because Casado was going to choose to
11071s pop it uses it to do the Baptiste
11073s opportunity to get damage and possibly
11076s ant Matrix but is it a three on one
11078s dragons forcing prototype off High
11079s Ground Proto does have the opportunity
11081s to use this attack visor possibly to
11083s help their team re-engage however that
11085s Soldier advisor from low ground a little
11086s bit more difficult to utilize we do see
11088s mini go down and bug go down moving
11091s Christian Halo hunting eliminations for
11092s their teams
11094s it does look like
11096s with those eliminations especially on
11097s the Prototype we think was looking for a
11099s flank onto the payload and nearly caught
11102s Halo look in the wrong direction Valiant
11105s Guardians will be able to capture the
11106s point go back to that three minute time
11108s period nearly not nearly as much as
11110s strix had but still enough to keep
11112s pushing and Scarlett getting picked off
11114s doesn't really mean a whole lot
11116s unfortunately because the payload is so
11118s far behind the rest of the team
11122s we do see moving fish choosing to stay
11125s in a very forward position as a sigma
11128s okay backing off I thought they were
11130s going to go all the way up to that
11131s doorway and I was like
11132s okay what are you what's the plan here
11135s but we do see that for the side of
11137s valiant Guardians are going into this
11139s we're lying on some portal it's
11140s predominantly that Nano and captive sun
11142s halo has been very very domineering with
11146s this captive Sun ultimate it's online
11148s they are notorious for picking up
11149s multiple kills with the CR able to see
11151s what happens we do have the response one
11153s from Scarlet which could be in
11154s conjunction with bugs grip fitting flux
11157s so I'll have to wait and see
11159s there is that Nano captive sun coming
11162s out from Halo they're gonna be able to
11164s pick up Scarlet as well as X10 picking
11166s up a kill means that it's basically a
11169s free second point for Valiant Guardians
11171s only Keith Left Alive on the point and
11173s they'll pick it up so now
11175s it comes down to this dirty Valiant
11177s guardian's gonna have three minutes and
11179s 25 seconds to go 70.83 meters to move to
11183s 3-0 constricts Bad Blood form the same
11185s defense the Valiant Guardians did just
11187s moments ago
11192s while moving fish is
11195s poking down bug very heavily X10 sweeps
11198s through the left side picks up a
11200s two-piece
11201s I mean we saw strix Bad Blood get to
11204s this point with five minutes on the
11205s clock the lion Guardian they have they
11208s have they had a little over three
11209s minutes the lift comes out the lift does
11212s pick up three others and now it is
11214s stagger game because this payload has
11216s not stopped pushing there's been one to
11217s two people on it throughout this entire
11219s fight and strix unfortunately got super
11221s staggered because that two piece
11223s followed up by the three piece that was
11225s spaced out perfectly
11228s good news for strix at least is just now
11231s the payload just kind of entered that
11232s danger territory so none of those deaths
11235s too costly still two minutes and 27
11237s seconds on the clock for Valley and
11239s guardian as you said dirty strix got
11241s here with five minutes and couldn't
11242s quite get the job done many a prototype
11244s already taking a ton of damage Here
11246s Comes This captive son it's been such a
11247s powerful ultimate all day and it does
11249s not disappoint here as X10 goes down
11252s prototype able to pick up halo moving
11253s fish does answer back but this looks
11255s like a team Fight Win For strix and the
11258s four stallion Guardians back but that
11260s was their big ultimate out of the way
11261s and nothing else is close besides the
11263s visor
11266s the doomfist swab working out for bug I
11269s don't know how long bug plans to stay on
11271s doomfist we do see blocks and spawn
11273s swaps over to Sigma understandable used
11275s it to stall it's one of the two you
11277s typically go with there's Sigma or ball
11279s well doomfist or ball make sense X10
11281s another dragons we have a dragon blade
11283s online we have Nano online we have
11286s captive Sun online all in favor of
11288s valiant Guardian strix Bad Blood coming
11290s in with almost nothing relying on this
11292s visor at the perfect moment to help
11294s their team be successful in this fight
11296s and keep their opportunities for
11298s successful life we have a massive Antion
11300s to The Back Lane
11301s and three and two go down to the Dragon

11314s the cheaper blade as it did require a
11315s nano but
11317s absolutely took over and a valiant
11319s Guardians with the 2-0 of strix Bad
11321s Blood to move to three and o on our
11324s first day here of course there's two

11327s what a dominant performance it kind of
11328s put the rest of the bracket on notice
11331s that you know Valley Guardians has to be
11334s considered one of the top teams up there
11336s with watching Timeless but the way they
11337s dismantled strix bad blood in this one
11340s no arguments for me on that front and
11342s just to clarify I'm not dogging on the
11344s nanoblade I just think that a if you
11347s know nanoblade is a win condition you
11349s need to adapt and be aware of that win
11350s condition and make adjustments you need
11352s to get you need to have something in
11354s your pocket to make sure you can counter
11355s it and unfortunately that nanoblade went
11357s unanswered and so it was kind of a
11359s free-for-all for that Nano Genji love to
11361s see it if you're on the receiving end of
11363s it it's kind of painful hopefully we are
11365s able to see teams work around it rather
11368s than playing into the favor of the enemy
11369s team going forward but with that being
11371s said fine Guardians they popped off
11373s nicely done
11376s yeah I mean you're already guaranteed
11378s going tomorrow is two or one of two or
11381s three undefeated teams and you just did
11384s it in such a dominant way I mean I had
11386s this pegged as I said a joke to four map
11389s game maybe even a three map at the
11391s minimum but just absolute domination did
11394s come a little sketchy on new Bonnie I
11396s definitely feel like as we talked about
11397s strix one of those teams made me
11399s dominates on the hybrid but the fact of
11401s valiant Guardians I don't even think the
11403s attack and these replays are all that
11405s impressive I think what to me was
11406s impressive nerdy was the five minute
11408s defense but you can see there 0.97
11411s meters left between a three cap for
11413s strix and they did it for five minutes
11415s without blinking an eye
11418s it's it's uh
11420s probably a player capable of saying hey
11423s it's not GG until we hit the end screen
11426s because sometimes teams you see them
11427s give up a little bit there is no swap to
11429s try and get out there and touch the
11431s payload there's no one even trying to
11432s touch the payload when it's that close
11433s they're just like it's over I give up
11435s everyone kept going for a million
11437s Guardians it paid off especially yeah
11439s you can see right there 2.13 meters
11441s dangerously close to that finish line
11443s for the side of strix bad blood so
11445s Valiant they didn't give up they kept
11447s the positive mental attitudes going most
11448s likely and they are able to be very
11450s successful strix Bad Blood though they
11451s did also show up they did a great job on
11454s attack hopefully tomorrow they find a
11456s little bit more success as they're going
11458s to be going against teams most likely
11459s that are similar in
11462s current overall standing to themselves
11464s or possibly lower because this is you
11466s know Swiss format we'll have to wait and
11468s see we can only wish them luck but right
11470s now Valiant Guardians interesting to see

12291s definitely early pick onto Wi-Fi it is
12293s Sunshine's going to melee but
12296s follow from Mercedes deletes sunshines
12298s both teams are equal trying to put a leg
12301s up EMP is dropped followed by the beat
12303s drop for sustain for shikikami the issue
12305s with EMP is while it's it's an annoying
12309s ultimate in a lot of cases you either
12311s need to have a very very short distance
12312s between you and the enemy team to
12314s immediately pick off a squishy or you
12315s need another old in conjunction with
12317s that EMP to find a lot of success with
12319s it just dropping EMP to engage
12322s very difficult to capitalize off of
12325s the EMP unfortunately didn't even hit
12327s the Lucio either so the sound barrier
12328s just immediately countered it Tara able
12330s to pick up a kill onto Mercedes so TBB
12333s at least getting picks across the map
12335s unfortunately Flashpoint is already at
12338s 40 and climbing for shikakami as they
12341s look to get him picked potentially onto
12343s Kayla Sunshine dropping low as well as

12377s possibly if they've started the
12378s migration process and were hopefully
12381s betting it all in the right location

12385s they're on onto the next flash point
12387s however you want me to point out Tara
12389s has decided to swap off that Arisa in
12391s favor of the Winston the Winston with
12393s the Tracer Sombra is the more common
12396s composition that we do see
12398s and then the orisa variation of it I
12401s just feel like there wasn't enough
12402s follow-up damage for those flankers to a
12404s be able to find Value and live because
12407s when they went in they got deleted now
12409s we do hear beat get dropped as well as
12411s the amplification Matrix and it looks
12412s like shikigami it's gonna struggle a
12414s little bit but able to find a footing
12416s taking out both DPS for the side of Team
