[2019] Some settings reset when I launch game

For the past week, my settings have been getting reset when I launch Overwatch. This includes pretty much all my Video settings like display, FOV, Aspect Ratio, graphics quality, display stats and fps cap etc. My sound settings such as master volume, sound effects, music, ingame voice and voice chat settings are all reset. However, my control, gameplay and social settings are not reset and remain the same. How can I fix this? I log in everyday at get the menu music blasted into my ears when I had them slided to 0 previously. Do I have some sort of corrupt files or somethings. Please let me know if this is also happening to you. Thanks
