[2024] The ranking system really needs to pick up on trends faster

So I'm re-ranking an account that I haven't played on in a long time. I use this account primarily to play hitscans (I cannot play hitscans well, so I use this to practice).

I have now won 28 games in a row. My gains on wins are STILL only between 24-26%.

This is problematic both to me and everyone else in my games. Almost every game is lopsided and the speed at which I am ranking up is very, very slow. I was placed gold 4 and right now I'm plat 1. The last time this account got to a rank where I started to go 50/50 I was GM3 (pre ranked rework).

I feel like the old system would pick up on smurfs (just to be clear my intention is not to smurf, it's just to play hitscans)/skilled players much faster and would allow you to go up 2-4 ranks at a time, but this system is so incredibly slow.
