[2022] Anyone else's game just gradually breaking down since the new patch?

Since the newest game patch certain aspects of the game are just breaking. Sometimes area exit/interaction buttons do nothing when I click on them. Sometimes they don't load at all and I get stuck in buildings. Other times I'll load into an area and all the 3D graphics will be gone. Now in turn based mode weird things happen with the actions, such as I try and cast a spell and just nothing happens, but the game thinks I used an action to cast it, except the UI doesn't say I used an action to cast it, then everything on the hotbar and all the buttons disappear and the only things it let's me do is move and end the turn.

Usually this has to be fixed by exiting to the main menu, Sometimes it needs a whole game restart. The most recent time it happened after I tried to restart the game the game now just crashes on the loading screen.
