Axis appears as an enormous, perfectly structured city, surrounded by Maelstrom, the plane of primordial chaos. From the center of the Eternal City (which is another name for Axis) stretches Pharasma's Spire, on top of which the goddess resides, judging the souls of mortals.

Axis, being a stronghold of cosmic law in the ocean of chaos, withstood numerous attacks from Maelstrom and its inhabitants, and now it will have to deal with a new threat. Inevitable Excess DLC will become available on February, 15. Prepare to face the inevitable!
