Is the option to roll back to previous patch not available anymore? the latest "beta" branch is 2.4.1i but I think the previous revision was 2.6.0n. Would be great to able to finish current playthrough if possible without needing to wait couple weeks for mods to update.
This patch is mostly minor changes, so most of the mods should be fine without updates.
Team that is still working on the game is very small by now, and setting up a separate version, checking it, uploading to the stores etc. is a significant time investment. If you want some remaining bugs to be hunted down, it's probably best not to use their remaining time on this.
Now that Skar's Wrath of the Righteous Epic Metal Song is available as a part of the game's soundtrack, it can also be found on our own youtube channel:
Ps5 players who can't enjoy the music in the credits: 😭
Should come later in one of the following updates. May take a while though, there are some certain technical issues there.
Poor alchemists. Their bombs have been broken since 2.3.0.
I've seen your comment on Steam and highlighted it to the team, they'll take a look. There are still some bugfixing updates to be released.
Wowsers, will fully admit am woefully ignorant of the amount of work required to create a beta branch, hence the question. Totally agree with ya, bug hunting is a much better use of their time, and just want to say it is greatly appreciated, especially these days given it is they are likely difficult to find and nail down types.
As for the mod situation, progress bar on game load is getting stuck about 50% and sitting, so assuming there must be a conflict somewhere. All good though, if I need to wait so be it, just wanted to check situation.
Thanks for the swift reply, it is appreciated.
Try verifying the game files, the progress bar stuck problem is often caused by corrupted files.
Hi not sure if you guys are aware, and I understand Xbox series X isn’t a big priority for you with its small user base, but game performance in act 4 really suffers badly to the point it’s super distracting. There’s constant stuttering while navigating the city.
I'm afraid that we've already implemented most of the optimizations that are possible on console without dramatically decreasing the quality of models, textures and animations :( Act IV is notoriously very memory-heavy, and on consoles, the game operates very close to hardware limits, so I don't think this will improve much :/ I'm sorry. Not only any further noticeable effect is unlikely with realistic time investments, but also the people who can do it have mostly moved on to the other projects inside the studio by now.
translation to PT-BR is incredible good!
Brazilian community, and particularly, Levix is to be thanked for that! We merely included their work into the game.
