After spending some time in Act 5 I noticed it odd how there are just like, no vendors at all with new gear. There's plenty of dungeons to collect gear from but those generate gold, not allow you to spend it. I have over a million gold at this point, even after investing a healthy amount into the Crusade.

But then I remembered the ol skelly salesman and I even spoiled myself on some of the gear he provides. In particular I am after the bow Killing Pace and my aru quite needs it as her damage is starting to fall off compared to the other martials I have available to me.

The problem is, after spending some time researching how to get it, I've come to the conclusion that i won't be able to at all, unless I spawn it in the game directly using Toybox, which is uber lame. The problem(and bug) seems to be that even when you do get to the trader after telling him to have "Hunter" items(which reportedly includes Killing Pace), his loot table does not update to act 5's. This was found by someone other than me but the thread didn't get any attention: here

This time around, can we get this some attention and get it fixed maybe? Its not fun to fall behind in gear for reasons like this, especially on higher difficulties :/

Can I ask if there is a workaround available that I could use for now? Even though there is only one item from this loot pool I'm specifically looking for, there may be others I'd be interested in and I don't have a way to tell what else should be sold by the trader.

Don't think it can be helped in any way in the base game. I believe some mods like Toybox have the function to generate items that are present in the game files though, you may want to search in that direction.
