Soapbox idea. Have Helena act as trade vendor. Anything you put in an "affinity" Helena tab can get bought out completely at your listed price. You could still price fix etc in regular trade tabs. But things with her will be auto listed and sold. She can send party invites and people can enter your hideout and talk to her directly.
What other things do you want addressed? Item clutter. Screen clutter? Etc.
