Yeah, what's that.. 6-7 minutes response time before team is investigating issue. That's pretty nice at this hour on a friday. Espcially considering that the actual guys that work on this are like, in new zealand? So it's early saturday morning there aint it? :o
I confirmed they were looking into it and spent some time on it myself before I remembered to post. We do get alerts instantly for this kind of stuff.
