I don't know if this is normal, if it's my timing with the new league starting, or if there's something else, but it seems like forever for customer support to get back to me, and the problem seems like a simple fix.
I don't want to say how long I've been waiting as I don't want to skew the answers that come back in here, but to people who've dealt with customer support before, what have your experiences with GGG been like? How long have you had to wait? I'm getting pretty cheesed off here
They’re usually pretty fast but I believe they’re dealing with a backlog right now as people get prepared for the expansion. They’ll respond as soon as they possibly can. Our apologies for the wait!
