Since Impale specifically does reflected damage, does the gladiator notable painforged double the damage dealt by impale?
Why would it? Painforged has no interaction with reflected damage.
Painforged gives 100% chance to deal double damage to your counterattack skills, which means any attack skill triggered by you being hit.
