We've just released the Lost Souls Apparition Effect which adds a temporary effect of a bloody vaal ghost to your amulet. Check it out by watching the video below or press M to get yours.

For an outfit scary enough to match the apparition effect, try out the combination of the Doomguard Body Armour and gloves with the Gore Skull, the Pitch Black Bandana and the Vampiric Boots. Complete your look with the Blood Guard Footprints, the Gore Character Effect and the recently released Raven Demon Wings.
