Hiya, I'd suggest the following:

1. Ensure you are both logged into the Path of Exile website when trying to access the trade site.

2. Clear your cookies/cache and ensure you have no third-party applications installed on your browser or use a private/incognito mode.

3. If none of the above helps after your rate limit has ended please contact [email protected] so we can look into this further.
