My hexblast hierophant seems to do much less damage on hexproof rares so I keep wondering whether doom works on hexproof mobs or not.

External link →Hexproof both makes the monster unaffected by Hexes and prevents them gaining Doom. The stats for having your hexes affect hexproof enemies turn off both those aspects.
