I was in Siege and I was close to topping off my Sulphite reserves, so I jumped over to Niko's camp with 5 Siege portals left. I upgraded my reserves and came back to pick up the last mining node on the map. All portals were gone.

Didn't happen before this patch as I used to bounce back and forth between maps and the mines when the capacity was really low to run a node, then pick up sulphite.
