Hey there, after seeing this thread and reading the comment /u/zaedulus posted describing a mechanical change to the traitor keystone I decided to test myself in standard to see if it had been changed since I last tested it.

I was able to confirm that the traitor now gives 4 flask charges TO EACH equipped flask every 5 seconds per empty flask slot (and no, flasks in a disabled 5th flask slot using a micro-distillery belt do not count as an empty flask slot if you're wondering).

What this means is that the traitor is effectively quadrupled in effect while using 4 flasks, tripled in effect while using 3 flasks, and doubled in effect while using two flasks in comparison to how it used to function. This puts it at 80% the strength of pathfinder's nature's boon, ignoring the timing aspect of when you gain charges.

This could potentially lead to easier flask sustain on a majority of builds and open up completely new build concepts focused on "abusing" certain flasks.

I tested with 0 flask charge gained modifiers so I don't believe anything affected the results, and I would get the exact expected amount of flask charges each time. If you experience different behaviour or have further input please post a comment, I'm a big flask fan so this has got me pretty excited (hopefully this is an intentional buff but just undocumented as the traitor was a pretty useless keystone before).

Yeah, we found this recently and I spent a bunch of time digging through the revision history and eventually concluded it's always worked this way. That wasn't the intent, but there was presumably some internal miscommunication with the people testing it (complicated by the fact that the single-flask case is the same for either version).

For 3.15.2 we decided to just update the wording to correctly reflect the current functionality, although how it works may be rexamined in future.
