[2020] Bane + Vixxen

Did GGG confirm that it was intended to remove the hex tag from bane/ don't give vixxen the hex tag?

Edit: to clarify: Bane doesn't work with vixxen (it won't cast curses) since vixxen has a curse tag but no hex tag, on the other hand bane has a hex tag but no curse tag.

Edit 2: not talking about dmg stuff, just the fact that vixxen doesnt proc the curses anymore when using bane.

So since the curse rework they don't work anymore together
