Although it has been over 20 hours since my purchase, the following Steam transactions are not showing up on my Path of Exile account:
• Path of Exile 2 - Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack - $26.99 USD
• Path of Exile 2 - Path of Exile 2 Early Access Supporter Pack - $14.99 USD
Could this be due to my prior purchase of Steam’s top-tier (Feridun) pack? I would like to buy all three packs for their points.

(PS: The reason I opened this thread is that I previously read somewhere here that packs purchased via Steam can be refunded within 24 hours. I already emailed support but haven’t received an answer for 10+ hours. If I don’t refund the two supporter packs I purchased on Steam within the next 4 hours, I will suffer a significant financial loss (unfortunately, these packs are quite expensive for me due to where I live). Therefore, I urgently need to find out if the points for the two lower-tier packs I purchased will eventually be credited to my account, even if delayed, and I only have 4 hours left to make a decision (if the information above is correct).
