External link →We are aware of this issue and will resolve it ASAP. Unfortunately, this likely means we'll need to rollback the PC realm to its state before the patch was deployed, meaning progress earned in that window will be lost. We're incredibly sorry about the inconvenience. We'll get this sorted ASAP.

When was this patch deployed that we're rolling back to? I just hopped off the game about two hours ago and had found a bunch of stuff.
Your progress shouldn't be affected from that timeframe. There was about 10 minutes of playtime that will be lost from the time Patch 3.13.1c was deployed until the realm went back down for the rollback.
Any ETA on how long the realms will be down for the rollback?
It should be back up momentarily.
is the patch coming today? or you don't know how to fix it for deploy yet?
We'll hopefully deploy it again in a few hours but it may have to be pushed to tomorrow.
