There’s a lot of communication that needs to happen between team members which is more suited to sharing an office.
Do you guys hire outside of New Zealand? I'd fly out there on my own dime if my resume was worth an interview.
For customer support and the community team we’re just looking at NZ applications. We prefer NZ for the web developer and programmer but we will take applications from elsewhere.
