[2019] [Bug] First distant memory after the new patch - no chests spawned around the reward stabiliser

Distant Outskirts memory with 4-5 synth chests and 1 synth chest with fractured items. I run the memory and get to the reward stabiliser, but there are no chests anywhere to be seen. Clear the rest of the memory and find nothing. Could this be a bug with the new system supposed to make chests more visible?

I have confirmation from the team that they're looking into this.
Edit: It looks like if you had a Generic Island prior to this patch, it will have this problem. However, new Generic reward Islands shouldn't have this problem
