  • Now gains +2 to Explosion Radius per Explosive Arrow on the target, up to +12 at all gem levels (previously scaled as the gem levelled up, from +10 at gem level 1, to +19 at 20).
  • You can now stick a maximum of 20 Explosive Arrows to an enemy (previously no limit).
  • Explosions now deal 3% more damage with Hits and Ailments per explosive arrow on the target (previously, this only applied to ignites).

From 800 fuse charges, down to 20. That is a big yikes. When I was saying GGG should change EA to make it so that Quill Rain wasn't the best in slot for it, I didn't mean this.

It explodes as soon as the maximum is reached, allowing you to start the next set of 20 immediately. This change is primarily to prevent it being able to deal so much damage at once that it overflows and can't deal the damage because the number is too big to calculate.
