In the preview post, GGG said that when you encounter Niko "You'll now find three sulphite nodes." Now, in the patch, it changed. Instead of the guaranteed three, "Areas which contain Voltaxic Sulphite are now highly likely to contain 3 veins. This may not be the case for areas which contain many other terrain features, such as Shrines or Essences."
Now the massively nerfed scarabs will feel even worse if you get unlucky.
