Out of nowhere was mapping with some friends and now whenever I change maps/events/HO it says "Failed to connect to server" and disconnects me. Restarted computer,restarted game, closed everything, changed to every different US server and its about 75% chance I don't get in.
EDIT: It appears it may be the new update Discord just put out. As it was the only thing that made sense. I will try to confirm it in a few minutes

You can find them in your PoE log file.
Stand-alone: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile\logs\Client.txt"
Steam: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Path of Exile\logs\Client.txt"
The log line you're looking for will look something like this:
2019/03/12 16:24:38 2277454500 da [INFO Client 41092] Connecting to instance server at 101.100.146.42:6112
