In terms of upgrading packs, you can upgrade from one of the Core Supporter Packs (or eligible point packs) to another in the same series by clicking "Upgrade" on the pack you want. The process will include any pure points packs purchased since the release of Betrayal up to a maximum amount of 80% of the value of the pack you're upgrading to.
With regard to payment plans, you can sort of set up your own payment plan by buying intermediary point packs/Supporter Packs, and contributing points over time, or if you want something a little more complex (such as a certain amount on certain dates), Support can help you organise that. ;)
