In /r/magicarena they have a bot that can do this. See here. This would make GGG's comments more visible.

External link →The other part of this is that this is already literally the point of upvotes. Anything from a Dev SHOULD be highly upvoted, since upvotes means that it is relevant. The real problem is that people think it's a "dislike" button. Devs should NEVER be downvoted regardless of whether anybody likes or doesn't like what they are saying.
We shouldn't have a bot just to cater to people who want to abuse/misuse the system.
Devs should NEVER be downvoted regardless of whether anybody likes or doesn't like what they are saying.
I'm not convinced this is true. I've definitely been known to go off on tangents to the point that I could be considered off-topic, and despite my best efforts, occasionally I will misread a question and give an answer that doesn't actually apply to what was actually asked, and could be misleading - which should be downvoted because it's not relevant to the actual question asked (and if it's misleading, lowering it's visiblity until my mistake is pointed out and I can fix it is a good thing).
With regard to the overall suggestion though, I can see why it would be useful, but personally I'd prefer it to only have links to the dev responses, rather than also quoting the text from them, because it's reasonably common that I won't answer the main question of a post because several other people already have, but will respond to a different question asked in the comments, maybe several replies deep. If I give an answer to that question and it's quoted in a stickied reply right below the post, which is asking a different question, then there's a significant chance that a lot of people will think my answer is to the original question.
For example, if a new player makes a thread asking whether their Frenzy Charges apply bonuses to their minions, then the answer is "no", and that's well-enough understood by the community at large that multiple people will probably have already explained that before I ever see the thread - in which case I probably won't also respond because that would be redundant. But if in one of the comment chains spawned from that someone asks whether their Frenzy Charges apply to Totems (they do, because they affect your skill's stats, and totems use your skills), and no-one else has responded to that, I'll probably reply saying "yes".
If that "yes" is quoted in the sticky post below the original question about minions, that's going to confuse people who know that's the wrong answer to that question, and mislead new players who assume I'm saying they do affect minions.
In general, I already try to include some quoted text about the question I'm asking, because I'm aware some people already see my replies devoid of context via the GGG tracker thing, but if I'm in a hurry or distracted that won't always happen, and this would both be more widely visible and be putting my responses in a different context rather than presenting them without context.
Whereas if it just said I posted in the thread and provided a link, people would have to follow the link to see what I said, and that would show them the context I said it in.
Upvoting a dev comment doesn't help if it's buried in a thread.
If a dev comment is buried in a thread, it's quite possible that it's only relevant to that thread, and presenting it out of that context, under the initial post, may be misleading (see my other post above for an example)
