[2019] "vector<T> too long" Error

I am received a "vector too long" error upon trying to zone in The Prison in Act 1 and promptly got kicked from the game. Now any time I try to log back in with that character I receive the same error and get kicked from the game. Anyone else seen this issue? I can log into other characters fine.
