In light of the Bethesda FO76 fiacso, I can't help but appreciate GGG even more with how transperent they are with their community.
There's an unbelievable amount of communication and I can't even begin to understand how other developers can't come anywhere close to this.
We get:
- Bex
- Detailed patch notes describing every change
- Reasons behind changes and developer opinion and design goal for these decisions
- Consistant Meta-Change to help guide players to discover other areas of gameplay/mechanics
- Clear communication about mechanical operations, company direction, bug fixes, intended gameplay mechanics, obscure wording and expansion on descriptions
- My man Mark who I idolize
And we get all of this for a F2P game that I've dumped thousands of dollars into just because I love them. I want to support other developers to go THIS direction. To thank GGG.
