[2021] What happened to random teasers and cryptic posts before launch ?

My experience a few leagues ago : The subreddit go wild with speculation about the new league's name, cryptic new unique flavor text, 2 weeks before anything is announced and the hype train is already in motion.

My experience now : Alright guys, here's the league's name, here's the date, here's how the mechanic works, what we nerfed etc, also the schedule we have 2 googly eyes hinting that there maybe crazy surprises, but that actually doesn't mean anything

After the announcement, I get so excited, waiting for the days that they marked with googly eyes, and then nothing. The league is filled with nerfs, the least they can do is do some memes or give us a look at some new unique just to get the conversation going, but literally nothing

Just a small hint of the new unique for people to start thinking of new build ideas goes a long way, just give us 1 unique a day
